How do you know they dont already have them? Remember only 20% of the NDOL O/S was the float, insiders held the rest, iirc.

They have to issue new shares since they are taking all of the outstanding shares from North-West.

Well, thats great then. If their shares are restricted and ours is not, that means less supply and more deand. Ndol should run like crazy tommorow.

I have been watching this forum for a few days, more fun here than waiting for a filing that's for sure. When the filing comes out so will the Ï told you so's" but in the end it looks like this will do very well for all even if you need a little patients.

It appears our shares are not restricted. If this news doesn't give NDOL a good kick in the ass I don't know what will. I only wish the pr was written in a clear manner. You have to read the pr closely to see that North West shares are restricted. I don't think the MMs can hold this down much longer. Let's hope for a good ride tomorrow.

"I don't think the MMs can hold this down much longer."
Market Makers are not "holding" this stock down. Current prices are natural and set by traders, although inflated twice actual per share value.
When Market Makers play a stock, action is extreme and fast paced.
My opinion, based on decades of experience, is Market Makers know this stock is played out for now; flatline. They are executing buy and sell orders as they come in, not even any front running taking place.
These steady prices and high volume suggest to me NDOL is dumping new common shares. Might be those twenty-million shares per their recent S-8 filing; employees dumping before termination.

Purl... If you would pay attention then you would know that the 20 million shares are restricted. Oh thats right you don't own any Nord shares and really don't have a reason to pay attention to the facts.

As long as Purl Gurl or his/her lackeys don't cram some more doublethink into this thread, this news ought to settle a few doubts.
NDOL shares not restricted, in fact they will be the only way to publically invest in the company, therefore price to the moon, or at least the space station considering it's Russia.

I was thinking about jumping in, as I have had no luck since I sold this baby for a hefty profit (thank God), but the PR just isn't clear enough. I agree with what you guys are saying, after reading it 20 times I see it your way, I just wish we didn't need to guess at so much.
By the way, what's the relationship between NDOL and FLST? Thanks.

Doniboy, I left some comments for you on the other stock. Take what I say with a grain of salt. My personal habit is to not spend much time on a stock for which there are no financial reports available. That stock might be doing very well, or might not. News is good, they were once over a buck a share, but there is no current information on their financial status.

Whats that supposed to mean. Some little unattached sentence thats supposed to spin around in my head till morning, to keep me down or something? When you say something, show your source or keep it to your self as far as i'm concerned.

i think NDOL should issue a PR that says "READ MY LIPS! YOUR SHARES WILL NOT BE RESTRICTED!!!"
Its crazy how the restricted issue was put to rest a while ago but people keep overreacting and searching for a way for them to be restricted.
Its very simple. North West shareholders will have restricted shares. NDOL shareholders (you) will NOT. Why is this good? Well, cause you can sell, North West shareholders can't. If they can't sell, then there will be less profit taking that drives it down after the merger.

What ever happens hear you won't and haven't made a penny here, but I would'nt put it passed you to be bogus enough to actually own some. you don't seem to show you're true colors at all.

Careful. You can only assume volume will be less than would be if those North-West shares were not restricted. This has nothing to do with volatility. Quite the opposite, actually.
Lower floats will exhibit higher volatility leading to extremes in prices, up or down. I am not writing this will happen but am writing a smaller float supports higher volatility when there is reason for just such.
An example of this is a .57 per share drop in less than thirty minutes on Monday. This can happen because of a moderately small float.
Should there be half a billion, a billion in the float, that would never happen.
Lower float is a higher risk for loss, and a higher chance for profit.

deleet, the fact that they can be bought and sold will speak for itself. It just might slow things down a little bit.

If people are too dense to realize that this is good news, and panic (again), our next PR will be "Purl Gurl elected President of NDOL after she robs the public of 75% of the company's shares through internet propaganda".
You don't wanna know what her PR's would look like. One would be scary, then an hour later after it dropped 75% she'd issue a new one that said "MWAHA SUCKERS"

GREAT NEWS!!!our shares can not be restricted only theirs!!!180,000,000 of insiders of NDOL will be restricted, but the float is NOT RESTRICTED 300,000,000!!!!!!!only new merger issued shares (that means North West OIL shares will be restricted because they are new issued shares--look up sec--144) If our shares are restricted and North West oils are restricted,,,no brainer there would be no shares to trade,,for one year--I DON'T THINK SO!!!!!this deal was done weeks ago,, we are just getting it bit by bit!!! weeks ago when we heard of buy out, NDOL said that the buyout CO. was buying 10% of our stock,,-this has already happened i/m sure ,,,witch gives them access now to trade on market,,, as with theres ,,they probbably will have to wait one year!!!!! We are definately now in the best position ever and we are GOING ALL THE WAY UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

sygy, thats good stuff and I agree. I think you mean 30,000,000 don't you? like you said this deal seems like it was done already and we are seeing the replay. That might be why the process is progressing so quickly.
Long counter educational post will be forthcoming.

exactly. any bashers out there can dream up hypotheticals, but you can't beat common sense. If NDOL shares were restricted for us, that'd mean 100% of the shares would be restricted for a year. How is a company going to grow if it can't be bought or sold by anyone for a year?
Anyone dumb enough to sell at this point deserves to lose their money, and i'll be first in line to buy your shares.
