bdgee....I appreciate that. I have learned a lot from this group but I have a lot more to learn. I am always a little overcautious. It does tend to break the mood. I watched this board for a year almost before I learned to trust. Been on too many others....that you can't trust. LOL

Dish...., these are good people that can take pride in banding together to provide a haven from the trashy and often hateful attacks that seem to prevade most boards and prevent anyone from benefitting. Here there are people wise enough to understand that as a cooperating group each of us is a whale of a bunch stronger and better prepared than any of us would be alone. REach one adds to the whole And you are certainly a welcome part.

I've read some of Ken Scordo's remarks on the IHUB TGL board, but I haven't yet figured out the connection to GVRP's woes. Can anyone summarize, plz?

shows up on i-hub, as broker for "OCS" which ties back into i-hub--from what I can tell--there's an "OCS" connection to posting the amendment specifics, may not be the same OCS. Anyway, then he gets banned (account suspended) by Matt, a mod, who flames him in suspension notice for "I'm trying to open a brokerage here..." AFTER he, scordo, flames "the other board" as a bunch of scammers for whom authorities (can't remember how he phrased it) will have no pity. some kind of basher play...anyway prolly no one but me is interested...I just got an ol' newsman hunch. sometimes intuition plays out, others--nothing there...

BDGee...You are very sweet. Everyone has been very kind to me here and I am fairly new, however my son has been here for a while. LOL
He is the reason I started lurking in the first place. He was right about this place. A good place to share good DD and not try to take advantage of others.

Any other options? I by no means know what I am talking about. LOL.......Just trying to use some common sense. I still have an awful lot to learn about this thing called the "trading game".
SEC is most likely unhappy with these people that recent filing won't stand. But I'd be a fool to guess their plans.

Here is an angle to think about, might not be true, just an angle:
1) Sunday May 22: GLUV issues press release asking for trading halt.
2) SEC has basically all week to halt trading, but does not because they look into the company and realize their dealings are not exactly kosher. (SEC is on our side)
3) May 25: GLUV decides to file amendment to increase authorized because they are getting nowhere with their requests to the SEC, and take this "last ditch effort" to try and save everything.
4) SEC halts trading of GLUV on May 27 when they hear about GLUV filing to increase auth., which might not be legal.
Any comments??

possible, but would require more or less "direct line" from Fla statehouse to SEC, which seems to me personally a bit farfetched. More likely, imo, SEC suspension has been building since last Friday, when we started calling. The volume on Monday would've been a big finger on the trigger...They've been watching and in the meantime the GLUV SLAM-BANG-THEATRE gangsters ran down and filed this last desperate attempt because by then it seemed the ONLY THING TO DO--ooo mommy!--because they cun get any reg help. HEY I ROBBED YOUR BANK, but since my getaway driver has a migraine, could I borrow your car?

IMO this authorized shrare increase is a good sign for us. Suggests the Co. is desperate. The SEC would not have suggested they do that at this early juncture while the investigation is still ongoing. I mean, the SEC hasn't even reviewed all the evidence yet! The Co. had to have done this "increase auth" on their own. We may end up being OK here. Only time will tell, but there are so many angles on this thing there's no way to know for sure.

Another thing to think about that kind of proves my point:
If they are asking for the SEC to "unwind" everything, why bother filing for increase auth???????? Must be that the Co. didn't get their unwinding wish.

the hang-up for glossing over is STILL the "due bills"--we bought em w-aaaaaa-yyyy fair n square. It's like when a bully shows up and you warn him, "Dude, don f w me." Then he goes ahead and punches, and you knock his a$$ out. How's he gonna prosecute for assault? They were warned, the TA was notified, we been calling reg agencies...JEEZ if were running a scam, we'd justa been quiet!
