Tex, that amendment, as reported by "Matt" who is
said to be an I-Hub administrator, could be true.

However, earlier Matt displayed a very childish
and unprofessional emotional outburst which served
to reduce his credibility to nothing.

Additionally, his report of the amendment displays
a file date of May 27 but an effective date of
May 20, which is very suspicious and most likely
will later be shown to be unlawful, if what he
reports is true.

Personally, I will wait until a verified copy of
that amendment is available.

agreed re amendment. I don't think I presented it as something I verified, in fact posted the link so others intersted could read. As far as Matt the persona on a board, I doubt that I could care less. Basically, it would seem they have 3 options.

1. Let the shares stand........then reverse split..we would end up with a very few shares in the new company. Maybe.

2. Reverse all trades.

3. Cover

For some of you more well informed traders, which would be the simplest option in your opinion?

I would think it would be very difficult to reverse all of the trades. Of course maybe not in the age of computers.

Any other options? I by no means know what I am talking about. LOL.......Just trying to use some common sense. I still have an awful lot to learn about this thing called the "trading game".

I'm sorry. My nerves have settled a little and my brain waves are connecting again. I have been sleep deprived and giddy for a week ......I will shut up now.
This has truly been a roller coaster ride....LOL
Everyone have a great and safe weekend. Oh and be sure to get plenty of sleep.
