i mean, not reporting as a pink is one thing, but they can't just find a dealer and slip em in, then say, "There. Go ahead and fullfil the due bills."

normally a company will retain their lawyer from the state that they are in. Usually where the company is where jurisdiction is, i'm not so sure in a stock but that is the norm. I can't find a stephen dreyer with a license for florida so this must be the guy.
company website is brutal. i hear your good at those things, maybe you can get bigger letters.
enjoy skinny dipping, wear earplugs or a shower cap so your not bothered by the fishermen.

Question...have I been driking kool-aid again or having lack of sleep issues? My thoughts on the SEC halt:
The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Gluv because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things,
1) number of shares outstanding for the company,
This is only an issue because shares were for sale that didn't exist....fault of the TA and owners (they held the shares)
2) the availability of non-restricted shares for trading and delivery,
Again, this was brought about by us complaining about not getting our shares (probably Purl)
3) the current shareholders of the company, and
The SEC also questions the right of the company to issues 250 T shares without a vote.
4) the rights attached to ownership of these shares.
Again.....WHERE ARE OUR SHARES?
This could actually turn out to be good news.

I will continue looking where I read it.
I've only seen speculation and the companies thoughts, and we know they are lying weasels.

Got this today if you missed it:
Dear Valued Izone Client,
Thank you for your email. The SEC and NASD is investigating recent trades on GVRP. Originally, all clients who have bought or sold GVRP were restricted. Since the focus of the investigation has been narrowed down to trades placed on 05/20/05 and 05/23/05 and your trades of GVRP do not fall under this time frame we were able to remove the restriction from your account.
Sincerely,
Client Services Ameritrade Izone Division of Ameritrade, Inc.
