i mean, not reporting as a pink is one thing, but they can't just find a dealer and slip em in, then say, "There. Go ahead and fullfil the due bills."

bdgee asks,

"Do fire ant eat spoiled stuff?"

Fire ants bite and sting me. Yes, they eat
spoil stuff, I am about as spoiled as can be.

Tex, I "think" they have to file a regdex
for those shares. However, I am not all
that sure.

Think I will go skinny dipping. I hope those darn
sailors with harpoons are not around; their language
is so atrocious.

"Thar she blows, maties! Man ye 'arpoons!"

Such illiteracy. Simply disgusting.

Purl,

stephen dreyer, is located in both ny. and washington DC.

1 Steven D. Dreyer
Arent Fox PLLC, 1050 Connecticut Avenue, N.W., Washington, District Of Columbia 20036-5339

2 Steven D. Dreyer
Arent Fox PLLC, 1675 Broadway, 25th Floor, New York, New York 10019, (New York Co.)

Practice Area: Corporate Law; Intellectual Property

http://www.martindale.com/xp/Martindale/Lawyer_Locator/Search_Lawyer_Locator/search_result.xml?PG=0&STYPE=N&PRV=ABA&LNAME=dreyer&FNAME=stephen&FN=&CN=&CTY=&STS=&CRY=1&LSCH=

this is his firm:http://www.arentfox.com/index.html

normally a company will retain their lawyer from the state that they are in. Usually where the company is where jurisdiction is, i'm not so sure in a stock but that is the norm. I can't find a stephen dreyer with a license for florida so this must be the guy.

company website is brutal. i hear your good at those things, maybe you can get bigger letters.

enjoy skinny dipping, wear earplugs or a shower cap so your not bothered by the fishermen.

Dreyer is obviously licensed in the two places that matter most for a stock. SEC in washington and NY and exchanges all in NY.

The comments I have read about the SEC inverstigation all/most seem to indicate an issue with sells and buys on Friday and Monday.

Why only these two dates?

Question...have I been driking kool-aid again or having lack of sleep issues? My thoughts on the SEC halt:

The Commission temporarily suspended trading in the securities of Gluv because of questions that have been raised about the accuracy and
adequacy of publicly disseminated information concerning, among other things,

1) number of shares outstanding for the company,

This is only an issue because shares were for sale that didn't exist....fault of the TA and owners (they held the shares)

2) the availability of non-restricted shares for trading and delivery,

Again, this was brought about by us complaining about not getting our shares (probably Purl)

3) the current shareholders of the company, and

The SEC also questions the right of the company to issues 250 T shares without a vote.

4) the rights attached to ownership of these shares.

Again.....WHERE ARE OUR SHARES?

This could actually turn out to be good news.

Got this today if you missed it:

Dear Valued Izone Client,

Thank you for your email. The SEC and NASD is investigating recent trades on GVRP. Originally, all clients who have bought or sold GVRP were restricted. Since the focus of the investigation has been narrowed down to trades placed on 05/20/05 and 05/23/05 and your trades of GVRP do not fall under this time frame we were able to remove the restriction from your account.

Sincerely,

Client Services

keithsan, I think that's where pc got the idea about focusing on 23rd and 25th; we agree, as pointed out to dishgal, may be a clue, but that's all...

I am waiting for him to verify if he is legal

i SUSPECT that the 20th and 23 were insiders trying to buy back....that's why they are under investigation...

and,

i think that MIGHT mean the SEC is actually frowning at them a little.....
