Thats where I figure Im ok Even if they make me cover I have 200 million left so I'll give them my shares to cover. This has been the most wild investment Ive done What a ride.
i THINK you are on safe ground there... but i'm trying to use logic...

I just talked to my Scottrade guy here. I am the only one he has heard from. We discussed what happened and his feeling is that the whole thing will be reversed. So it may be that if you sell now they are short shares and you will have to buy them back. HAve to wait and see.

If the reverse split is nullified, you are back to your original amount of shares, but have sold millions. That could be a problem.
Should GVRP never cover for their shorts, you remain short and have sold short.
Selling now might place you in a position of buying back shares at a loss.
So much is unknown, I suggest being prudent. However, I could be dead wrong. Don't allow my opinions to sway you, just be careful.
Dish, a rumor NITE is at .0002 for ask. This would indicate NITE has bought and is looking to make one-hundred percent profit. This tosses a monkey wrench into who is actually buying. GVRP or Market Makers?

I highly doubt the whole thing could be reversed… seems practically impossible at this point.

That's what I told him. I said how could they ever undo this mess. By the way he first said he did not show any F/S. Then he said oh I saw something about that on the wire this morning.

There are inumerable methods to undo this. Keep in mind GVRP will be looking first to not losing money. That is their top priority. They could fold in an instant. Chapter 7. Reverse split. Dissolution....

but if they do not buy shares back who else is going to buy them? No one.

Just got off Trevor at Ameritrade and wanted to confirm with him that if I sold the shares that are in my account that I would not be held liable for finding those shares should anything accur and he confirmed with me that I own those 200 million shares and would not be liable unless I had sold and option or something on those shares. So I dont see a problem right now at least that is what Ameritrade is telling me.

At Ameritrade you have to have a margin account in order to sell short. Am I correct? Then it would be their problem....wouldn't it?

There is another possibility here folks. They might go a different direction. With all of the "free" shares they picked up today. (Market orders) this thing could really climb fast. They might just decide this is too much of a money maker to reverse the split. Hell who knows? Maybe they planned it this way? LOLOLOLOL
