Keith, I did read them, but DD didn't really matter with this stock now huh? LOL I had trouble finding them later though. That is why I posted them here. It seems as though they continue to disappear. According to the last one.....0005.......are they referring to the shares we own or is this retro to the reverse split?

Pooled CASH Dividend cost and PAYOUT for 1 BILLION shares!
Cash pps dividend 1 BILLION shares $3300 for 33M shares = .0001 per share dividend -> $100K CASH $6600 for 33M shares = .0002 per share dividend -> $200K CASH $9900 for 33M shares = .0003 per share dividend -> $300K CASH 13.2K for 33M shares = .0004 per share dividend -> $400K CASH 16.5K for 33M shares = .0005 per share dividend -> $500K CASH 19.8K for 33M shares = .0006 per share dividend -> $600K CASH 23.1K for 33M shares = .0007 per share dividend -> $700K CASH 26.4K for 33M shares = .0008 per share dividend -> $800K CASH 29.7K for 33M shares = .0009 per share dividend -> $900K CASH 33.0K for 33M shares = .0010 per share dividend -> $1 MILLION ________________________________________________________________
Mack had a great idea. If we could elect new officers (the existing ones would not do this for sure IMO due to vested losses) and adopt a dividend which we asked shareholders to contribute to we could pay out a dividend. The amount we raise would be magnified by the short factor, IMO near 2000. This is a big number.
For instance see below, Cash amount is for 1 BILLION shares owned after the FS.
How would we organize and do this ? Mack has a great idea. If we pooled a little cash and then declared a dividend on the legitimate 33M shares we could force the SHORTS to pay out or cover at .0003 in a dividend. The greater the "Pool" the greater the pressure to cover the short or else pay an enormous amount. If we could pool $33,000 then cash dividend of .001 cents. Most would make a fortune off of $33,000. The key is organizing to do it. If we do and can find a way the funds will come in. A dividend at .001 with a short of 2000 for each share would be 66 MILLION dollars just to cover the dividend. The alternative would be to take shares out of the market and be done with the short. 4 BILLION shares @ .001 = $4 MILLION dollars. What ever the dividend was set at seems to be where the price per shorted share would tend to go. They would either have to buy the share or pay the dividend. The higher one sets the dividend the greater the ultimate profit. Set the cash dividend to occur in a short time frame. How could we quickly change ownership of the company and move in such a manner ?

Brilliant idea. $3300 would be a .0001 dividend per share. That would require those that were short by a factor of about 2000 to shell out 6.6 MILLION dollars ($3300 * 2000). This makes the assumption that each share has been sold 2000 extra times. This might be a little less. In any case it is a huge number and a little bit of cash could by the dividend itself cause short covering at .0001 cents. This is the GREATEST idea I have heard yet. Maybe SSP and others might have an idea how we could get this started? This is by FAR the BEST way I have heard anyone suggest to force the short cover. GREAT IDEA MACK. Since technically all of us as a whole as well as other trader friends control the company how could we move ahead with organizing this? I will gladly throw in $100. I bet lots of others would too. Heck, if we could raise $10,000 that would be a dividend of .0003 per share. Think what 1 BILLION shares of stock at .0003 would be worth? $300,000.00 !!!

My first post.. been lurking since fall. This GVRP thing is intriguing. A squeeze does seem plausible and you would think the buy-back has to happen at some point. But if SHO covering, lol, is any indication, couldn't this thing just sit on the bottom for months while they slowly buy back at quadruple-zero prices?
