oops, my bad - i just reread your post glass and realized that i misread it the first time. yup - NT10K. if it were another company i'd worry, but - eh, it's "normal" for CLSI to be a little late. in the past they've almost always gotten the report in either 2 or 3 days after the NT10K. i'm still holding, in with chunks bought at .015, .016, .017, .018, .019, and .02, heh. actually might have missed .018, can't remember exactly Posts: 1698 | Registered: Mar 2004

Things are looking gooood for almi. It sure is nice to see order commin in and even better to see that that are making prgress pushing the nanomaterials market. If it was mentioned in Josh Wolfes Nanotech Report from Forbes there would be a fire lit under this one...

yup i agree, i am just holding - got burned too many times in the past trying to swing-trade this one. friday is a good example - who knew that it'd rally out of the blue to a new all time high? no news or other impetus, just - happened.
ALMI is one of the few OTC stocks that i feel comfortable calling it an "investment" and just buying and holding long. bought a little more at .48 just this week, in fact. my 12-year old loves ALMI, i put all of his lawnmowing etc money into at back at .18. he asked me this week if they had Atlas Mining t-shirts he could wear. heh, maybe I will call Roskelly about that!

Closed at .70 .... I'm still holding. I feel that in the upcomming year they will be posting increasing revenues, additional contracts, and the possiblity of new, high end applications for their clay.
However if this run up continues I be looking to take partial profits closer to the 1.00 mark. Its nice to see it run so fast but the volitility can become very eratic when it stats to move fast enough for the traders to play it. Hopefully the correction wont be too painful.
My only temptation to sell right now is that I'd love to get more SVA before it takes off too. Great things brewing in the company i think.

The way it is going right now, I would hazard to guess that it will go up to close to .8 tomorrow and then go back down for a month or two to wander between .8/.7 before starting another climb. That's approximately it's historical pattern. Only thing is, it hasn't ever gone up this far in a few days' time before!

personally, i have no clue where ALMI is headed next - the last 2 days have almost defied logic, and weren't driven by any news. somewhat new territory: neither a close of .60 or .82 would surprise me.
one interesting aspect of the MM spread though, is that NITE is on the ask at .735. historically, as anyone who closely follows atlas trading know, NITE is by far the most important MM in dictating the price of ALMI. spreads can change quickly, but - it's a good sign that NITE isn't the lowest on the ask. it was also a very good sign that there was an end of day run back to .70/.71, rather than a selloff with daytraders taking profits. you never know, but - both of those aspects bode well for today's trading.
i felt i *had* to take at least some profits yesterday, because frankly the stock price has gotten a little bit ahead of the company at this moment, imho - still waiting on big monthly clay orders commitments. but - am still holding a significant number of shares, still my biggest holding. one thing is for sure - helluva week for atlas, dang! congrats to bill jacobson
