"I must say that I'm relieved to see ALMI trading back at a more normal level. It was fun to watch it go up, but I like the slow method better."
I agree completely, Granny.
Readers can spot my nervous nature in prior posts when prices moved up so high. I was not and still am not quite sure what to make of those prices.
Current prices are just right, maybe a tiny bit on the high side but explanable through the 10Q just filed; mild improvement as expected.
Like you, my preference is for stocks to behave as we expect; safe and sane.

I dont think anyone posted this. Interview is pretty interesting and Jacobson doesn't try to talk too big. Small talk and to the point. Need to check it out Purl

Right off, do NOT allow the Wall St toolbar to be installed, if you register. No, no, toolbars are bad, bad.
I have not spoken personally to Jacobson in a couple of years. During his interview, he sounds just as shy as in person. Jacobson is a very sincere and honest man.
Trivia, years back, he asked me for advice on how to handle pr news and all that. I really like Jacobson; down to earth, hard working and very honest.
All he indicates in his interview is straight and true, no pump, no deceit,
"Just the facts, Ma'am."
Listen careful for his comment about his doing "janitorial" work at his company; he is not a three piece suit type of man; he is a miner.

The Janitorial part is what got to me. He doesn't care about what others think. Purl, what are you talking about the toolbar, does it just pop up itself or has to be installed. Because I dont have one and wont install one.

A Netscape browser, least the one I use, defeats the Wall St "active x" toolbar.
I tried MSIE browser there and a pop up thing wants to install a toolbar. My security settings would not allow this.
Wall St site wants to install a toolbar, like the Google toolbar, Lycos toolbar, very typical. Those are often considered "spy ware" or "ad ware" which pop up advertisements in your browser, like it or not. Those toolbars can be very difficult to uninstall.
Might be the Wall St toolbar is ok, maybe only shows up when you visit there. Good practice, though, to not allow a toolbar installation.
Probably you have your security settings high enough to prevent this or you are using Netscape.

Yes! Long time back, I called to talk to him. I was told he was down in the mine working and they could not reach him then was asked if I would mind calling back the next day.
Jacobson said to me, "I really would rather work in our mine. I am not cutout for this management position."
He is a pretty good guy, hard worker which really counts on my scorecard.

Granny, Blue, IESV volume today is only 123,000 shares. This is a strong signal dilution is finished. Maybe share prices will begin to move upward. This sudden stopping of high volume points to lender dilution, and points away from naked shorting.
fwiw, especially in case you ever stop by here purl, am still holding a sizeable chunk of ALMI. floundered awhile but back up around 1.90. honestly i only check the price once a week or so, no intention to sell it anytime soon. anyone else still holding this one?
