Maybe the company is being under valued by the market makers? Someone with alittle more knowledge will help us out here.

Yeah...either Mario is talking out of his a$$ to try and run up the pps(believable).....or the pps is way undervalued (seems unlikely). I may really regret my panic selling today if everyone buys into the news tomorrow.

Yeah... I would explain it to you... but you seem to know soooo much already:

"but u suckers got happy with that fake jump to .002 ahahahahah losers".

Remember that one? You shouldn't bare your 'insides' to everyone like that. Now everyone knows the truth about you.
Not fun to be known as a loudmouth &*?%#@
Why don't you snake back to RB! We don't need that here.
I can just see the people lining up to help answer your query. You're so warm and lovable!

MM's don't determine market value of a company. What people are willing to buy and sell it for does. If no one sells at the current high pps goes up until there are sellers. Once there is more sellers then buyers price goes down. Supply and Demand plan and simple. Everone want to blame MM's for their not selling and taking profit. Its not there fault, it is the fault of the ones that did take profit and wait to buy back low. Not really fault.

Uh, that sounded you did understand. You don't think the Stock market follows basic economic facts. Supply and demand is easiest explained using the market. Supply rises over demand prices drop, Demand rises over suppy prices rise. Supply and demand at equalibrium it stays flat. Like when news hits that causes people to start buying more shares then available so stock prices go up until profit taking and now there is more supply (shares) then buyers (demand) so it goes down. Then it starts all over again.

Let me share some of my thoughts.

When someone post on a bboard, they have a reason.

Maybe they want info, want to chat or need some advice to confirm they are right on a stocks (being nervous, especially when you're a newb is normal...it's your money on the table)

Maybe they found something that should do good cause of the momo, or under evaluated PPS, or good news and they are buying (it's good to get more people on board..good for buying pressure...good for ego when the stocks starts to fly)

Maybe they are just pumping to raise the price and let the co. dump shares on the market without taking the PPS down to much. Those pumpers are often paid or frontloaders.

Maybe they are just bashing to make a stocks dip after shorting to dead (and wanting to cover as low as possible) or just out of frustration (cause they lost money on it).

NO MATTER what reason they have (I Have) for posting, you have to make DD. Look at chart, read PR, check on filings and mostly (since we're on a bboard), verify who,s posting and for what reason they probably are doing it.

I get sometime excited, like with MLON. 1600% up in 2 days and more than 6 Billions volume traded. YES. I got excited. Am I a pumper? I dont think so. When I post on a stocks it's because I believe it's gonna go up. I don't short. I make mistakes. Today, CYBT was ready to move...chart, news, etc...I thought, I bought, I didn't move. I made my mea culpa to those who bought on my info...I hate when we (WE) loose money, I just love it when we (WE) take some profit out of those T.MM (terrorist MM).

MLON was on my radar many months ago. I bought some last spring. I had a chat with Dog that got on board. He played it more than I...good for him. I avd down at .0002 and made good profit today. I still hold a very large position on it like I did on QBID when we started trading it at .0002.

Finally, what I'm trying to say is, trading is like the wild wild west. Choose carefully who you trust, but most, put trust in yourself. You need in and out prices, no matter where the stocks is heading. Minimize losses, maximize profit. We cannot win them all. But at the end of the week, I want to have more wins then lost...and I want to be able to look at myself in the mirror...and tell myself I work hard, made a couple of new friends, and some cash (ok, lots is better).

Malloy

NB I stopped posting on QBID cause of many negative vibs...dont bring it here please...if you have info to share (even bad news), I'd like to know...knowledge is power!

Are you in this! I've been in it since July & averaged down eventhough I was not happy with the way Mario switched business direction. I'm now happy I took the risk to hang in there. Better things are coming!

I'm just wondering if that 10 cents Mario is throwing around is gonna be post reverse split.

Two different stocks.

Q has a very social issue that gives it lots of exposure. I know people that never invest being shareholders now. But Q has aslo, even if the are a communication enterprise (by definition a TV station is), a huge lack of communication skills.

MLON is run by a finance guy. I think he knows a lot more how to play the market. From what I read in my first DD, his co. has very little overhead expenses and lots of possible profit. In other word, he sells more his knowledge and matchmaking then a real product. The XX thing is probably just an opportunity based on huge $$$ involved all around the world in that business.

Now, where will it go. If I was 100% sure, I'd get a new mortgage and put it all on it....but I'm not a gambler, so, I'll play the ups and downs. With that volume, the hype is not over...should play for a week or more but will surely be very volatile. After that, will need more substance than just hype to keep it moving.

And there's always the 'bash' factor...that already started...how strong will the negative influence have on people? One thing I can tell you about that is, looking at today's chart, the most block volume we've seen was when the stocks dip to .001...so, did the basher did a good job to buyback low or, the buyback going on at this level or, people averaging down or, shorters covering...your guess is as good as mine.

i'm curious sync...do you have a life? or do you justify your existence by posting all this negative stuff for no reason? this isn't a company with a bad history...

mentioning people by name and accusing them them of lying, cheating, and or stealing is punishable by law....i don't know what scamola is, but you do actually have to PROVE what you accuse people of in writing....libel and slander...bad karma....especially since it normally takes a couple years to get ANY business going...

anyway, the way i read the prospectus on this company/Mario is that you are gonna get a LOT of voltility BECAUSE Mario is a deal-maker... deal-maker's reputations are important to their careers...he might actually be damaged by statements like these...you know, the kind of damages that you can sue people for???
as are the other shareholders (as in us here at the BB)...so do you have any real statements to make or are you just mad cuz you bought high and sold low?
there are quite a few trashy stocks that you could actually call scams and be able to prove it, but i don't think this one is one of them...

I just love it when some newbie pops on the scene with a great opinion. Pumpers seldom like the truth, like you all I can say is grow up...invest wisely and do your own DD. Hype will only take you so far. You may call it negative.I call it facts. Find anything in my post that is untrue?? As for worst eneemy that can be debated. Another great post....Mario the deal maker........I HAVE HEARD IT ALL!!...WHAT DEAL WAS THAT EXACTLY???????WAS IT THE PORN BANKING.LOL . Now addressing do I have a life.......lets do a check on whom posts the most..are you saying Dog has no life cause he posts like there is no tommorow. I seldom post but am entitled to stocks I own. Now I have stated Mario is full of ****.......I don`t recall calling him a cheat or stealing....you have done that..As for jail.....False statements are not tolerated in the investment community. CEO`s who do it regularly find them selves in the same place Ken Shilling of IBZT is in right now. Same should go for posters........if you have facts lets see them.not this wait and see for the cheerleader crap. Post me some facts! This a great chatsite with some great investors.it would be a shame to have it ruined to a pumpfest or run over by bashers. You see I have not lost cash on this stock as I was bailed out of it today...by your posts I guess it has not been all that good for you. Oh well that what tommorow is for.good luck!

Hey guys, question here.. Does going on CNBC mean anything? I mean, that's a pretty good attention getter.. Would anyone go on mainstream news and not have anything to back it up? I'm not really sure about that one, but my ignorance tells me that CNBC is a good thing, unless there are ways around that.. I mean, could he get away with drawing so much attention and have nothing?

Interesting.....I put a sell in first thing in the AM 250K @.003 for some profit, if it hit, and it did....never sold....of course it went down to .0016 by EOD. I'm still pondering why that is. I use Etrade, and had a problem with QBID recently as well. Didn't have time to call, so sent an email to Etrade.....awaiting reply....perhaps I need a better broker....

For penny trading, that is. Any insight would be appreciated....Thanks...

Just remember this is a bogus company (Wall Street News Alert) that takes money to recommend stocks. Not to say the stock bad but this article is. From the same article:

This profile is not without bias, and is a paid release.

Companies who promote stocks like them also use stocks from the most active list to try and draw attention to the dog they are promoting.

Which is exactly why mlon was in it.

Sorry ric I should have put FWIW. The point is it's press, it mentions MLON and I posted it here in case anyone missed it.

No big deal.

I just got off of the phone with the CEO. I really like him. I also believe him. They are working on finalising that Sarbanes Oxley rule and he met with his lawyers and accountants last night.

MLON closed a contract and are going to formally announce it just like they said they would.

They are going to NY and are meeting with many brokers/investment banking firms.

And yes he was overwhelmed by the offers he received. Now it's a ten cents minimum.
