I would appreciate it if you would not expose my next company to everyone before I IPO it. In the meantime, I would recommend that everyone buy into this little gem I found called Mellon Research. I hear that they are giving out free shares of another company called Wall Street Securities. If you buy this now, I'll throw in, I mean, I hear the CEO will throw in a free armoir chair with every 1000 shares you buy. There will be an announcement about the chairs from NASDAQ soon. They will arrive in the mail. This is the stock of the century. SCAM will also go through the roof when it comes out. We have the mineral rights to an old land fill that we plan to mind in hopes of finding furniture burried underneath to help with another promotion that will be announced soon. IP: Logged |

Tony, I have decided that when I disburse the WSS shares, you can not have any. I don't like your attitude. However, I do not know when I will disburse them. The holidays are coming up and I am thinking about issueing a few more PR's to try and get the PPS up higher so I can dilute the stock more. I need more money for the holidays, and as you can tell from above, Mrs. Pino needs to go shopping first. Once my priorities are taken care of, I will disburse what is left to all the shareholders but you. I will probably lead everyone on for about another month, then issue a PR saying it will be another month after that. IP: Logged |

DON'T AVERAGE DOWN - AVERAGE UP: Bad investors average down, buying more shares of a sinking stock to decrease the average price per share they have paid. This strategy is like throwing good money after bad, and is hardly ever effective. Nevertheless, individual investors seem to continually engage in this practice. Professionals are much more likely to 'Average Up.' They acquire more shares as the stock price climbs and the momentum of the company rises. They see increasing share prices as a confirmation of their research success, rather than a profit-taking opportunity....Peter Leeds. WHO IS LISTENING? IP: Logged |

NEWS OUT!!! NEWS OUT!!! Press Release Source: Southern California American Mining Southern California American Mining is Pleased to Announce Business Details and Information About Upcoming IPO
Laguna Niguel, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 24, 2004—Southern California American Mining (NASDAQ: SCAM - News), announced today that it estimates the company will be worth in excess of $17 billion dollars within the next two days. “We are pleased with the ongoing operations of the company in several mining ventures, including our most promising operation in the ownership of mineral rights over an abandoned landfill,” stated company CEO Mario Pino. SCAM has completed many extensive aerial surveys of the region and has concluded that many rusty cars and old pieces of furniture exist under the surface. “We plan on excavating these items as soon as possible, especially the furniture, and intend to refurbish the items and resell them at a significant profit to the company,” Pino stated. “Plans to distribute some of the recovered furniture in the way of a dividend to our loyal shareholders is also in the works. We plan on a press release from NASDAQ being issued in the next 7 days explaining our furniture dividend.” SCAM has also entered into many strategic partnerships with other companies. “Through the extensive networking abilities available through the cell phone spamming capabilities of Global Explorations (Pink Sheets: GXXL) we have partnered with many other companies in making our dreams become realities,” stated Pino. Among the partnerships formed, are those of the likes of CMKX Diamonds Inc. (Pink Sheets: CMKX), American Fire Retardant Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: AFRN), and iBIZ Technology Corp. (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT). Urban Casavant has been a great help in consulting SCAM with the aerial survey process. “Urban Casavant is a true man of genius. He has conquered the diamond mining process with his numerous diamond finds in areas of the world that have been previously thought to be worthless,” stated Pino. For his consulting efforts, Casavant has been paid a fee of 10 billion shares of SCAM stock. SCAM is also pleased to be using the fire protection suites of American Fire Retardant (OTC Bulletin Board: AFRN). “After many years of research, we came to the conclusion that American Fire Retardant is the industry leader in the profit and sales of fire protection products for a reason. They hold their products to a high standard that is unparalleled in the industry,” Pino stated. “Even after a few third degree burn accidents and permanent scarring of tissue from some of our drilling experts, we believe American Fire Retardant to be the maker of the safest fire suites available.” “We are also pleased to be the first company ever to see and use the wireless keyboard technology of iBIZ Technology Corp.” (OTC Bulletin Board: IBZT), Pino said. “After the many hijacking and outside company production failures of contracted businesses, we are pleased to have Southern California American Mining be the first and only users of our wireless virtual keyboard technology” stated iBIZ CEO Ken Schilling. Schilling also went on to say that, “there is no economic reason for the current value of IBZT stock. We feel that IBZT is vastly undervalued and is probably due to the naked short selling of the market makers. We do not think our current price per share value has anything to do with the fact that our keyboards only exist in the offices of Southern California American Mining.” On a side note, besides the furniture dividend, SCAM is also pleased to announce that all shareholders of record on October 31st will receive another dividend in the form of restricted shares of stock in Mr. Pino’s next company, Consolidated Reinvestment Arbitration Professionals (NYSE: CRAP). “We feel that our loyal shareholders are entitled to become rich overnight” Pino said. Please do not flush this opportunity away, details of the CRAP dividend will be released shortly. “This is the opportunity of a lifetime” Pino states. “Especially for a company that has not hit the open market yet.” The IPO for Southern California American Mining is set for November 1st and is expected to open for around $100 a share. “All we have to do is launch!” Pino laughed. Safe Harbor Statement As a cautionary note to investors, this PR is completely false and made up, certain matters discussed in this press release may be forward-looking statements within the meaning of the Private Securities Litigation Reform Act of 1995. Such matters involve risks and uncertainties that may cause actual results to differ materially, including the following: changes in economic conditions; general competitive factors; the television network's ability to execute its business model and strategic plans; and the risks described from time to time in the company's Securities and Exchange Commission filings.

I'm sure the PR means well, but I have it on good authority CRAP has dropped. The only thing holding it up is the small float. Matter of fact; people say "CRAP stinks!" As you know, much of CRAP's assets are in agricultural products covering all four food groups. With the new diet craze...well, nuff said. Food production is down and they are turning to energy resouces, more specifically, gas. My source is well known in the entertainment field for his honesty, maybe you rcognize his picture?? TO THE MOON !!!! Insider information, "my ex wife's new boyfriend's cell mate" has it on good authority that a certain well knowen personality, as soon as paroled, will be featuring the rare and desirable period furnishings that CRAP will be recovering from it's archiological digs. With this exposure, size of the Ass_ets, and the very liquid position CRAP has, it is guaranteed to run! Disclaimer; The 457 posts on every BB under 37 aliases are not mine, I am not a CRAP pumper.
