Upside, I do not think it is the same person. If you goto the Corporate Roadshow website, there is a picture of MLON's Mario Pino. If I have the time later, I'll try and find the link and post it for you.

All I know is....It's been great to me.
Was able to get in before the last run at .0003 sold at .0019, didn't see it would run as nice as it did. For all of those that sold higher..GOOD FOR YOU!

Got back in now at .0007 was setting my sell for .0012 and saw the volume starting to pick up and canceled......NOW I'M READY!
ARE YOU? Looking forward to Monday....

That's where I'm at Dog!

Mario's the only reason I held this after the dive began eventhough he was the reason for the free fall!

He's a hustler & will make money. With this momentum behind him he's dangerous!

I know alot of people will sell at .01! I'm looking for more!

I actually traded this stock back in the days before this thread existed. My first flip on this was buying at .003 and selling it off at .006. If you want some fun reading, go back and read the "old school" MLON threads before this one. There was not much action on those threads back then, but there is still some good DD on them. Anyways, congrats to all who are making money in this, especially those of us that stayed strong through the rocky times. The best times with this company are still to come.

I, too have held and am glad that I did. Bought in July and have averaged down. Good to see prices around where I initially bought. I, too am green on this one, but like what I see and would like to secure more shares. Hope to play more dips and accumulate. If this plays as many of us think it will, final bank will be sweet. I'm holding for the long haul--well past a penny.

I figure this one is simple math. Was a solid $5 stock before the forward split. Meaning you got 200 shares for $1000. Forward split awarded 200 shares for every one held. That being the case, a shareholder then had 40,000 shares instead of 200 for same $1000. Early March when F/S took place, the stock held around 0.04. Flirted with 0.06 and 0.07 a few days. Since the F/S the company has secured many many multi-million dollar contracts. The same 40,000 shares the early investors owned for $1000, now only costs todays investor $124.00. Yesterdays news, at first just appeared to be repeat of recent contract news. But it also states "two more contracts" to be revealed soon. I feel "soon" is probably this week, as they have been securing new deals at the rate of two per average this month. I think the 0.04 price after the F/S is easily attainable, and the way things are looking for this fast track company, who knows? It's all in the math folks.

Good points and reasons to invest in MLON from one perspective.

I took some liberty to paraphrase the recent PR’s somewhat…

1. Dividend to shareholders as of 12/17/04.
The condition: 1) time frame – by the completion of the internal audit; maybe by January 2005.
2) stock has to reach at least .01 cent per share.
2. Club XTReme launches Q – 1.
3. Owns 44% of a silver mining company.
4. At least $45,000,000 in assets.
5. Has two bids to purchase the entire firm. Offer may be put publicly in the Wall Street Journal.
May sell when audit and buyback is complete for at least .05 <.10<.15 per share.
6. To be fully reporting in early 2005.
7. Offered $10,000,000 for mezzanine level of investment and partial ownership.
8. May change name to: “Kidder, Peabody and Co.”
9. Rights to market I.R. of the most effective type II Diabetes prevention treatment program in U.S.
10. Consortium of the world’s wealthiest investors may take a personal interest in MLON to assist it to become a Fortune 400 Firm in five years.
11. Has enough cash to begin stock buy back (at current market prices – Dec. 17, 2004 about .002 PPS) in the weeks before and after the new year 2005.
12. MLON plans to have a significant Broker/Dealer under it’s belt moving forward.
13. Wants to purchase a firm for a minimum of $25,000,000.
14. Has a team of attorneys to help it reach out to the highest level of the legal industry to secure a possible relationship with International Securities Law Firms like “Connally and Williams” or “Sullivan and Cromwell”.

Having said all this, IMO this seems almost too good to be true. Conventional thinking would say “Then it is too good to be true”. There is something about Mario Pino I don’t fully trust. Maybe I just don’t know him well enough or maybe he just has a slick salesman presentation. In any case, I hope the entire bottom doesn’t fall out of this thing.

Even so, this could all be Legit and we really have a tremendous success story ahead of us. As the weeks and months unfold will see how it pans out. Ideally, I want to believe it’s all real but I just don’t know yet. Mario’s track record is not proven and solid yet! (I am now considering an exit strategy for the right time in the future.)

The above is my opinion. Good Luck to all!
07up

whizknock says,,,
**Good job O7up!**
And I took the liberty to repost this on allstocks MLON board where people will enjoy what you've written!

By the way. You may not trust him but Mario knows how to make money. For all intents and purposes that's what he's doing now. Anyone who backs his play (Buys shares of MLON) may will be rewarded with windfall profits!

Good luck to you!

I had to give up reading the RB board. I use to be able to come home from work and catch up on the 30-40 posts per day, but now I get home and there are usually 2000+ posts on there. There is just no way to catch up. I appreciate it Whiz when you bring over a few of the valuable post each day, it makes my life much easier than trying to scan through the 2000+ post each day, most of which are the typical RB BS.

You should calm them down over there Whiz. Lot of new people sounding like the types on qbid and cmkx threads. People never learn. There could be some ups and downs yet with this stock. If people never learn anything in this game......pennies are manipulated. They use peoples excitement against them by pushing a stock down. Millionaire dreams cause traders to start acting like bashers just because they watch the portfolio shrink. See most of the middle of this thread. Ride it out and make the bank. Don't let a decrease excite you.....don't let an increase excite you. At least to the point of trading with emotion. That is what kills most traders. Emotional involvement with a junk bond. Ruff!!!

With the volume up as it is a lot of new traders become aware of the stock. All the Jed Clampett wanna be's yellin' how the stock is gonna be a dime in a week.....see gaps that double in the morning.....hit close to a nickel by Tuesday.....they hurt the stock and don't even know it. By guessing with rediculous opinions, the newer traders become disappointed after being caught up in the enthusiasm. The best way to let a stock rise is to keep the raging bullsh!t and outlandish price thoughts to a minimum. The quieter the better as far as unfounded opinions are concerned. When the stock doesn't react the way the new traders are "expecting" it to due to the outlandish posts of prosperity overnight, they trade and move on. That is just playing into the hands of the powers that wish to manipulate it. Just play it. Don't fall in love with it. Ruff!!!

The charts on this look good. We have two white soldiers formed, and if we can close up tomorrow, which I think we will, we will have the three white soldiers to symbolize a breakout. Fridays close was also very similar to the close two fridays ago right before the huge run on the next Monday. We had lots of volume and momentum building into the close. I am definitly looking for this stock to gap and run in the morning. I can not wait to see what the morning holds for us.

Believe me. I too look forward to the outcome on this. I just don't want to see overzealousness cause a problem. Patience is key. It will come. No sense gettin' an ulcer over it. Nobody has been more attentive to this stock than myself I guarantee. But you don't see anywhere in these posts where I've flip flopped my feelings because of how it has played out. To much expectation can cause doubt is the point I'm tryin' to make.

I agree Dog, and I am guilty to a certain degree of flip-floping on this one. I use to be very optimistic, then pessimistic, and optimistic again. There were many rough times for this stock, and thank god I never sold off. I strongly agree with you about posting outrageous claims about this stock hitting $1 or anything else outrageous, it only lets people down and sets them up for disappointment. Sometimes I may get a little excited about this stock now, but when your making money, who's not excited? But one thing I will never do is make unfounded claims about any stock and pump it on a board by posting misleading information. My post above was just based on my observations of the chart and the volume building up going into the weekend compared to last weekend.

Well Dog: I for one bought into this stock sometime ago after reading your first post on this stock. I agree that I have seen alot of people flip flop as the pps dropped to almost out of sight, I have seen numerous post about the character of Mario.
I have always valued your DD and postings and felt that it would bounce back no matter what gloom and doom posts appeared. I have seen posts that were less than kind towards you because of your postings on this stock.
Well I for one have a great deal of respect for your post, opinions and DD not just when the stock flies but even when it fails. However, I cannot remember getting a tip from you about a bad stock. You have helped me to make lots of $$ and I truly appreciate your post. I am long and strong and holding on this one to the end.

Just my very humble opinion, anyone who lets go of their shares when we go through a penny will be kicking themselves before that day is out. I don't know what day will be but it's coming.

What ever news takes us to a penny will be worth a nickel or more!

But that's just my humble opinion & I've held too long a couple times.

Dog! They're going to run this up & down regardless what I say. It's up to each of us to hold through the rough. QBID took three runs with serious shakes to get to .028. I got in at .0004 & held through all the noise & took huge profits in the .015 range. What's most important is I held a real healthy core position. Despite what many think it will be worth alot more in the future.

I will do the same here only I'll see profits in the .05 range!

hey Whiz, think we can sneak some buys in this morning? Thinking of selling my seih, btor and amep to buy some more shares this am. Although btor and amep are worth keeping, I figure I can buy back in if we make some money here. They seem to rise and fall a lot lately!

But that's just my humble opinion & I've held too long a couple times.

Whiz you are without a doubt my favorite poster. Together with being the CEO of Floating Turd .com your posts put really a light side on investing. As for selling at a penny I can only speak for myself but I have yet to kick myself with a 500% gainer. I won`t worry about that nice gain until I see it. Keep up the good work and information!!

I just want to urge all of you that got in this thing with 1,000,000 plus shares not to be taken by some of todays moderate gains or satisified by the midlevel profits that might be available to you. I urge you all to hold your shares up through a penny. Even then, I suggest a hold until a nickel. Dont be impressed and excited with your thousand dollar gain. HOLD/BUY HOLD/BUY should be your gameplan up until a penny. Hold and bypass the thousand dollar profit for the big one. It will be there...I guarantee it. I refuse to sell this stock before a nickel and I urge the rest of you to do the same. In fact I will be buying up until it reaches a penny.

Mario, shady/sketchy/brilliant/gutsy, who knows....what we do know is that he will wheel and deal until this stock is trading around a dime. Whatever he does, legal or illegal, moral or immoral, i guarantee he will get this stock up where he wants it. Just get on board and enjoy the final result.

You are a student, and you don't make 10,000,000 dollars. You make 10,000,000 of something valued at $0.0001 (i.e. CMKX stocks - lol)

The end of 2004 is really shaping up. If MLON can follow the lead of some of my others it will be a unreal Christmas. A week ago I was ready to sell my NSOL as it was so stagnant. The last 10 days it has rocked and I just cashed out @ 1.81 from a buy in at .59 for a sweet 39K PROFIT..YA BABY!!You know you may want to watch sync man.Things start to happen when you hear me say sell..lol

Any predictions on whether it's smart to wait for dips to buy or just buy, because the dips are over?

CANCEL ALL SELL ORDERS THROUGH A PENNY.

This stock will get there before the new year....and if not it will certainly see a nickle before first quarter close.

HOLD/BUY
