YES! I got them & putting in another order right now! You guys see what's happening with DRKD.OB? at one point it was up over 204%. It's dipping but getting ready to move back up & for them it's just the begining. Now they're back up 192%! I was on it & let it go cause I thought there wouldn't be any movement till Fall. I was dead wrong!

This one will out perform it big time. Everything that drew my attention to it is happening here, accumulation big time. Only I think we may do a little better.

I might be done for a while but at least I'm set. Now I just hope this thing is everything I thought it would be!

I'm just catching up on the thread, glad to see everyone got their buys filled at the lower prices. I still have my core position at .0035, but I'm not too worried. I have one thought, and trust me, I am not bashing, I want this stock to go up more than anyone. I see we closed at .003, which is good, especially with higher than normal volume, but does it worry anyone that everyone was able to fill their orders today? It looked to me (I only got to watch for half the day) that the large orders were below .003 while it was usually small orders that got filled at .003. Could someone be artificially making this look better than it is? Just a thought, but could the company be selling off large chunks of stock today in the .002-.0027 range, which accounts for the big buys, and then be buying small chunks at .003 just to hold the price up to make it look more attractive? I hope I am completly insane on this idea, especially since I am in at a higher price than most of you. I have read every PR about this company, and they are all good. Also, MLON was not a shell company. The company that runs them is the same company that IPO'd. That makes me feel better and I'm sure I'm just reading into todays trading a little too much, but I always take the good and what may be the bad and use them both. Hopefully it is just the end of the accumulation stage and we're ready for take-off. I would love thoughts from others, especially you Dardog.

kbpkt!

Yes, it seemed unusual that today, slowly, I got a buy in at .0025 after days of trying & then on a whim I put in another order, same price, with hardly any time left in the trading day & bang, it went right through!

It could be that MMs 50% spread broke down on them & people refused to buy at higher prices. Also it might be that no one was willing to let it go at .0021 only to watch others pay a 50% premium for the shares they just sold. All this could signal a shake in the very near future. Hope it's not steep but I will buy more.

Something was pretty odd was going on. But I'm not too worried as I bought this with at least a month or three wait in mind before I let any go. Alot can change in a month let alone two or three.

All I know is soon enough we'll know one way or the other.

I've enjoyed the relief of the lower prices. I'm now holding 6.2 million with an average of 0.00251 and still building. My sites are set on 10 million shares before it moves to the next level. I've been worried that I may not be able to reach my goal amount but if we can continue to hold this buy level this week, I see no problem. I'll hold these until it pops, even if it takes until years end.....but I don't think it will. I think a nickel is easily within reach by this fall. This is the one I've been looking for since I started trading last summer. Ruff!!!

Good to see you chime in. If you see a nickel this Fall what are you looking for years end. I've read everything I can find on this company & this thing does have "storybook stock" written all over it

Good outlook! & if it's not this stock you will hit one. It's the willingness to take the risk that will make you a winner not a singular stock. Having said that. this would appear to be the one.

Very good luck to you!

I'm looking for a three day run in the next month or so. First pop will not be that big & neither will the second one. I just hope the second pop takes us well over a penny & the third should be a really good spike which would be nice if we settle above the high of our second.

If this behaves like a stock with promise we should experience a stall that could last a month or more with a base above the high of our second day pop.

When it runs from there we will see Dog hit his million! .125 to .14 will do that nicely. Don't be shocked if MLON runs well past that. We're due for an unknown stock to do a NEOM type gallop.

I got more at .0023 today....my average is above .003 because I started buying my shares back in the middle of June when it was around .0038. I've got around 2.5 million and will add more each month. It's a no brainer and I'm glad to see more and more people finding out about this company.

today i decided to open the MLON thread and read what people were thinkin about this particular stock...

seeing as i've had this on my radar for the past month and haven't really paid attention to you, you guys really make me interested in this stock.

it seems like a bargain at the prices its at, even though i can't afford 7 million shares, maybe a couple hundred thousand will do me justice.

thanks everyone for insight.

Heck Dog... the bank didn't send the wired money until I called them for the 2nd time to tell them again it goes to the bank, then that bank sends it to the Ameritrade account and they put it in mine. A one hour transaction took 6 hours to do. Since mine is a business account, my bank is I guess paranoid, which is good... but gosh I missed the entry I wanted!
I finally have an order in at the .0023, but I am sure I will have to raise it in the morning to the .0025.
7 mil huh? OK, You ARE the man, cuz I can't catch that yet... but in the movie "catch me if you can" he finally did get caught. In this case it will be a good catch. I dipped into the candydish on the buffet for this one. I didn't want to go to Acapulco anyway.

Hey everyone when Dog gave QBID at .0001 and lots of people made lots of money with K's after it, this just may be the one for this year. Hold tight, and put on the goggles so you can see as the MLON owners flash by.

There is soooo much to like about this company. Dog, I'm sure chasin', but that 7m is gonna be ruff to catch.

I "thought" I read the CEO had been a top official for a goverment office in Hong Kong, and he signed a 10 million $ contract with a company in Hong Kong. "If" he has friends that do that kind of business... there may be others and it sounds good. Sorry since I cannot find the article, I guess it is a maybe till I find it again. I am impressed with what he is doing and Holly who does their marketing.

Webman!

To the best of my knowledge we have 2 billion O/S of which only 189 million are in the float. These numbers were recently disclosed by the company. My guess is that the company may have sold more shares & that our float may have increased. I do not know this, only guessing & hope that they didn't sell too much! Hope that helps.

Rivercity!

Next week? Beats the hell out of me but over the next couple of months, maybe as late as Thanks-Giving I hope to see .125 to .14!

After that it will totally depend on how they run this company & how much stock the company has sold & moved into that float. I don't know this for a fact but my bet is they're selling company reserves of stock. They E-mailed people a week ago & stated their float was 189 million.

Sync!

Got that right. I'm after as many as I can get at these prices. I only hold a little more than 1/2 a million shares. I buy when I can get cash to my brokerage account because I don't want to let go of other holdings.

I have a fat piece of QBID left after taking major profits over a month ago. Also got a piece of ONEV & have accumulated GZFX while it declines. QBID needs to do something powerfull to show investers they're for real. I believe ONEV & GZFX are future dollar plus stocks.

MLON may never reach a buck & if they do it will be a long way off. However, within a couple months it will run more than likely twice & could go three times. Also think each run will build off the median share price of each previous run. I will try to hold through all three runs much like I did with QBID. After that I will hold a core position on the off chance that they're a legitimate company with a plan that works.

Go back to the midel of page 6. I wrote a message about a three stage run & that's what I see before Christmas or sooner.

Don't ya love it when ya read this kind of stuff. Hummmm, we also need to keep an eye on the OTC companies they are helping grow. Those OTC's are gonna grow up to be big boys and I sure want in on the ground floor on 'em. I'll hold 3-9 months as they grow.
Their fees are 20% of a transaction, and they have had some high dollar deals already. No wonder they are zero debt.

One of the Criteria to accept clients:
"Positive cash flow projected within 3-9 months."

"We have a local office established and staffed in mainland China and the Company is projecting a deal flow from this region of 8-10 companies this year, with $20-45M in fees."

"The Company is well-established and projects profitability it's first year in business and is projecting revenue of $20-30M."

"Mellon Research principals have structured over $750M in public offerings, debt, equity, M&A transactions and strategic affiliations in the previous ten years prior to joining Mellon Research. "

Candydish - imo I wouldn't hold ANY of these OTCs more than very short term any more. Proof is in the pudding: Ibiz, QBID, GZFX, ADPR, ADVC, CESY, CWIR, ARGD, UVCL, CDVJ, wNMI, FNIX - and the list is a mile long. For every 1 that stays up there - 1000 go back down 90% off their highs or sub.

You may want to play it a few times a month - If I did THAT with UVCL, IBZT and a few others - I'd be WEALTHY! LOL (Instead - I gave $1,000's back ;-(

Mellon Research, Inc. Announces Significant Strategic Plan for Next Twelve Months
7/30/2004 9:30:12 AM

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Jul 30, 2004 (PRIMEZONE via COMTEX) -- Mellon Research, Inc. (Pink Sheets:MLON), the market leader in providing boutique investment banking services to private mid cap companies and offshore firms, announced today that it has spent a significant amount of time analyzing global market conditions and is now deploying it's pre-announced marketing plan that incorporates elements of online marketing, aggressive PR, and opt-in e-mail marketing, and is also negotiating with a number of financial services providers and banking firms so that it can leverage their contacts and global reach. The company has worked closely with its advertising agency of record to refine its strategic and tactical marketing plans and processes and with our board of advisors, to come up with a strategic plan that incorporate specific performance milestones that will enable us to grow our company, meet or exceed revenue goals and take the company to the next level!

"We've carefully researched the market and feel that there is no single financial services provider like us that can effectively reach the global SMB or SME ("Small to Medium Sized Business Market") using interactive and other forms of advertising to generate a strong market presence and deal flow," said Mario Pino, CEO of Mellon Research, Inc. "We now have established quarterly goals that encompass a specific number of new clients that we want to retain, revenue targets that we need to meet and/or exceed and a finite number of partnerships that we need to build with other banking and/or financial services.

"Our intent is to open branch offices in Europe and South America by the end of quarter four of this calendar year, and to strengthen our existing presence in Asia by opening up a branch office in Tokyo. We are also in negotiations with several influential 'Chaebols' (large interlocked trading companies) and Kereitsus (groups of interlocked companies in Japan) in Korea and Japan that we intend to partner with by enabling them to participate with a significant equity position in companies that are in their 'extended families' of companies that they introduce to us for investment banking services.

"Our aggressive branding and lead generation interactive advertising firm is starting next month (August) and will run through the remainder of this calendar -- we are driving extensive amounts of traffic via online advertising processes with all top tier portals, including MSN, Yahoo and Google. This type of advertising gives us a global reach that enables us to position our brand and services in front of high growth companies throughout the world. We intend to continue this type of advertising for the next 6-12 months, as it is cost-effective, can be modified quickly based on ROI and lead generation and tracked so make sure we are meeting our performance goals.

"To recap, we've developed a strong strategic plan that incorporates disparate elements including: aggressive growth plans that incorporate quarterly metrics, an integrated advertising program, strengthening our partnership base on a global level and opening offices in key market segments around the world. We are confident that these processes will enable us to move our company forward and achieve or exceed our stated revenue and growth goals. This strategic plan is truly an evolutionary next step for our company and we will have at least 2-3 new client deals to announce during the next 90 days, which will underscore our success."
