Anyways, IMHO,

I think some people just naturally don't like having anything to do with pron. It runs them off, at just the mention of it. Then again there are those that just love pron. How many of those, who like pron, are investors in stock, is the question. We all know that they love to pay for it. The ones we lost today are the ones that are willing to invest in banking, but not pron. I hope Mario is on the right track. I also hope that he keeps WSS in the banking stuff."

He did say a month ago that he was working on making MLON a reportable Co.

So, if you buy 1000 shares at .0023 = $2.30 and you get 1 WSS = $5.00 that is a profit over 100%, assuming we are ablle to sell thoses shares,and still keep the Club Extrme shares @ .0023 then, this is great

The question that you have to ask youselves is: Can you trust Mario?

I see it like this. The people who owned this prior to the 200 for one reverse split are going to realize that they really went through a 5 for 1 reverse split.

If you owned 5,000 shares back in Feb & rode the 200 for 1 forward split you ended up with 1 million shares. Now we "merge" with WSS & get 1 for every 1,000 shares of a company that's indentical to MLON. That brings us to 1,000 shares from our original 5,000 shares.

The possible up-side:

If WSS really trades at approx. $5 then those of us that bought in the last couple of months will see minimum 100% profit.

As far as a dividend goes, esentially the company we bought (MLON under a new ticker) will be the dividend & what ever it does would be gravy if everything else falls into place.

The website that Mario owned & hasn't paid for is in the name of someone who probably was one of the original shareholders who's trying to recoup his losses by holding the MLON registered name website for ransom. Someone said he was asking $20,000 for a site that Mario said costs only $200. Mario couldn't care less about that site now as his new finance company will be WSS & MLON will soon be known as ClubXtreem.

Now consider this. In Navada prostitution is legal. Is it possible that we're going to own a club that showcases "high dollar" escorts. He said it would be interactive on the web & nothing but the cream of the crop would be allowed in....

"Club XTreme will feature an audience comprised of a select group of the young and restless generation - attendance will be by invitation only, augmented with a doorman checking all who enter to make sure they are sufficiently hot to crank up the atmosphere,,,"

The realistic downside:

The only negative I see now is that I have virtually no doubt that Mario planned this from the begining. If he duped the pre-split shareholders I don't expect him to treat me any different.

My take:

I'll hold for a while to see if this generates any interest.

I hear you Sync! I'm not selling yet & still think there's a chance for this to run. I hope I don't get burned for that. But on the other hand I'm not buying anymore either. Matter of fact someone on R/B board asked me outright & I told them if I saw this move by Pino coming I would never have risked it. After listening to Ken Schilling telling me that VKBs were being shipped & then see him disclose on a court document that none were ever shipped I don't like it when people "restructure" their business plan in a flash after selling me their shares.

However, there are some people smarter than me that are buying in at these prices like they know something I don't.

So who knows, I'm holding for a month or two at least.
