I have had penny stocks where the main man answers the phone every time you call.......and they still go nowhere. As far as the nature of thier latest venture, unless your morals prevent you from investing in an area of adult entertainment (multi-billion dollar sector)I don't see the problem. I stated in the beginning that this was going to take until mid-October and we see the 3rd quarter financials (w/no debt). The ploy we are seeing now is classic penny game. I have been trying to buy MLON for the last two days. I tried at 0.0008 yesterday. I tried at 0.0006 today. The last three hours today, I tried 0.0016. No luck. The game is on people. Those with moral conflict, I didn't see last move coming, I apologize. Those that are freaking out prematurely, I said MID-OCTOBER. But you make the call. I'm still buying, if they would sell to me. It's not a moral conflict that bothers me with this issue. It's the way he announced it with no forwarning. I would have liked Mario to tell us he was considering this move prior to an announcement that it was as good as done. In any event I took a gamble in a financial institution & ended up being part owner of ClubXtreme! Well when the Dog told us about this company it was in the financial biz. It touted its financing deals with great margins and big deals on the horizon. Now the company has morphed into who knows what. The following stock slide occured and justifiably so. Now how could anyone in there right mind invest more cash into this stock with the bogus websites and such. It is just a trainwreck of a buisness with alot of very unanswered questions. I also have to ask the mass........if you really had a promising company why would you junk it to call it a new name and dump the mlon all togther.....unless it was a piece of crap that was worthless in the first place? Now with that said I pose this next question to you Dog.........several of us bought on your recomendation....we are all adults and only have ourselves to blame for current events. I would like to ask this of you.......your honesty to let us know when you throw the towel in and how badly you get shellacked on this stock. I personally don`t think we will see .0025 ever again since the mlon buisness we bought is now gone but again thats just my opinion. So what do you say dog ? There can't be much demand for the misspelled domain: "wall-street-secRUIties.co.uk", or the meaningless "blocked-funds.com" The kind of intense thought that has obviously gone into planning this business "merger" astounds me. It's interesting to note that if Mario had done absolutely nothing except leave MLON the way it was, the stock price would undoubtedly be higher today. Oh, by the way. What do you get when you have Porn, Banking and Fake Antique Furniture all in one place? Answer: One-Stop Shopping! LOL

the spread is f'd up as usual .0007 x .002 I have noticed an mm that I'm not used to seeing on level 2. CRWN It's nice to see the pps creep up but it's on very little volume. The good thing is that most of the sellers are gone. IP: Logged |

GXXL was well known long before their news. Nobody heard of MLON until a couple of months ago. I'm the one that actually has the first post on Raging Fools when I found this stock. It is still virtually unknown. The spread is typical MM play on this. They are wearing down the impatient and scooping cheap shares. Mario is rarely in the office. It is in nice part of Phoenix. Hilton next door. Complex has many high end lawyers and similar businesses there. Small offices, a couple of Large Conference rooms that all share. When you do worldwide business, you don't sit in one chair all the time. Many of you have been playing pennies long enough that you should recognize the spread as being MM doings. LOL However, I do know comedy when I see it and while it may ultimately be a waste of time, it sure is less expensive! The only stock I'm in right now is QBID, and I have a pretty small stake. So I guess that's my "winning pick" for today! LOL

I do appreciate that you started this thread, which has been by far the most popular of all the MLON threads. A lot of that has to do with your reputation here, which is well deserved. I guess my point is that your a smart guy and your reputation presents that, but at best case scenario with this right now, MLON just has a few points to clarify and needs to correct a few errors in a professional manner. However, worse case scenario is this is just another penny stock scam that we all fell for. Obviously I am hoping for the first scenario since I own many million shares (about 4,000,000). The three main reasons I am staying with MLON right now is that they are a new company and were not derived as a result of a shell company merger, which is where most scams come from, the fact that I do trust that you have positively confirmed the existence of MLON's office and that it is in a nice area, and that IF this is not a scam and it turns out to be the compnay all penny-stockers have searched for I will be extremely happy that I own as many shares as I do at the price I do. No. My post is missing. I think it is a different thread even. I have never posted anywhere by any name but Dardadog. But on the issue of the company, PR's, Mario.....only time is gonna tell. I don't blame anyone for bailing if not comfortable. I for one, don't check the stock everyday. Don't care what it's doing most days. This week I kept an eye on it as I was trying to get current price. Still haven't. I said I was going long and I am. I don't expect anything for about six weeks. If it doesn't move. Then it fooled me. Will have put a dent in my profits, but not to badly in my wallet. I've been wrong before...........but I'm right more often. Warning!!!! Someone or something has been taking this up very early sporadically that I have seen over the past 2 weeks....awaiting the early morning flippers interests to get peaked on the 100% increase already (albeit on the initial trade of only 100,000 shares)....then volume gets to about 800,000 thou 1 and a half later....then all of a sudden, the 100$ percenter, takes his 100% back....and now your down 10% for the day!!!! Just what I have seen lately. I have no position in this stock. It has been on my e-trade ticker, and its hard not to notice 100% green while the rest are red!!!! (ha) But then its even harder to notice, that when you look again an hour later they are red 10%....and i get this overwhelming feeling (deja vu) that ive seem them do this before....aND TODAY AS OF TEN MINUTES OF THIS WRITING Just beware is all i say. I know MLON may be lagging BUT I am in and staying . I have contacted them about doing a reverse merger for me to take my company public and Mario sent me an email back with 2 different numbers to contact him at. I was rather suprised by it myself not expecting anyone to contact me being a small company and no financials to show track record. All I had to show him was the debt ratio and the amount of potential earnings with trademarks and copyrighted intellectual materials and all tooling owned. I hope he can pull a miracle from his butt now to help me get further but thought it would be interesting reading for the others invested in this company. IP: Logged |

i dont know how that effects what I am doing compared to confidentiality. I am calling tomorrow to talk to him about this and will be doing a conference call with him and my attorney for my protection and advice. I will let you knwo what I can when I know more what I can say. I just thought II would drop a line as to the suprise thing that happened to me about this stock and not let others be discouraged about it from the others that didnt decide to hold it. That is why I am looking more into it and see what they can do for my company and being friendly to those that helped me. Pay it forward even if it is a forward split. Hehehehehehehe Im learning.
