Mellon Research, Inc. Announces Spin Off of Wall Street Securities

***

> SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Aug. 17, 2004 (PRIMEZONE) -- Mellon Research, Inc. Yeah, I see what you're getting at and the reason I called Mario yesterday was because people on the thread were speculating all kinds of things after the questionable wording of the first PR at the close of market yesterday. What I posted was what he told me during that conversation. I guess he thought about it and then reconsidered because of the new releases now out. Makes me look like a pumper here, I know, and I've had another conversation with him since, told him how I felt about it and what it makes me look like. Sorry that I misinformed ya'll but then again I'll just keep to myself whatever he says until a PR is issued. To me though, this is not a bad deal. I have at the moment 900,000 shares of MLON and on Sept 15th, I'll own 900 shares of WSS at $5.00 per share for no more investment than what I put into MLON. That's like a $4,500 return on my money already. WooHoo.

OK, I get your point. Going into lurking mode now. By the way, I bought my shares on Aug. 5th, this year. It's a long shot, I know. I'll just have to wait and see for awhile. I hope the bears are wrong and the bulls raise this thing higher. GLTA.

Anyway, there's no guarantee that these WSS shares will be worth anything at all, or if the company will ever be traded on an exchange. Your "WooHoo" is a tad premature, IMO. LOL.

Good news fellas!!
I just talked to mario pino, who is actually just a really cool guy. He told me he was trying to do the unordinary and give a straight dividend, (no strings attached), on a pink sheet, which rarely happens. TO CLARIFY, he said, for every 1000 shares of mlon, any person holding stock before sept 15th will recieve 1 FREE share of Wall Street Securities. This company is going public on or around that date and will open at $5.00 and stay there. All mlon stocks will simply be renamed, not REISSUED. These stocks will fall under the name of xtreme club.
I also confronted pino about the naked shorting problem on the stock, and he said he was aware the the mm's were taking turns f#$%ing him. He was very enthusiastic, though, about how he is bringing in 5 new POSITIVE MM's, and has hired the best to blast the current mm's off the low bid and the new mm's will get this stock back to what its worth and then work to chase the ask. Pino was a real cool dude, and he is invested in his company, so i am too. MLON IS AT LEAST A 3 MONTH HOLD. ( or of course a one month hold until the dividend!!!)

MLON - Mellon Research, Inc.
This stock became available in December, 2003. It held a stable price of $5.00 until a 200-1 forward split was done the first week of March, 2004. At that point it held 0.04 - 0.07 for approximately ten weeks before falling to current level of 0.002 - 0.003 prices. The past few months have shown this company to be aggressively structuring new multi-million dollar "revenue producing" contracts at a rapid pace. The mathematics alone make this an attractive stock as before the F/S an investor had to pay $1000 for 200 shares of stock. The forward split the gave the same investor 40,000 shares for the $1000 originally invested. At the current price levels todays investor can buy much more reasonably:

40,000 shares @ 0.002 = $80
40,000 shares @ 0.003 = $120

At the rate that this company is securing new contracts, I feel that as early as September, 2004 they could reach the post-F/S price of 0.04. What costs $80 today would then be valued at $1600.

I still don't understand you. It's not like you are going to lose your original shares.
Did you sell or are you just going to continue to bitch?
Get out if you feel you need to.

So what if all of his posts are in MLON!
Perhaps this is the only stock he holds as of now.
There have been times that I have had only 1 or 2 stock in my port.

Don't go into lurking mode dkester1, it sounds good to me.

One of MLON's services is to help bring companies public. One way to do this is to merge a public company with a private firm which automatically brings your private firm to open market. WSS is a private company right? Am I crazy or can we look for a PR about a company that is already in business doing an IPO? In any event we may very well see a filing that includes elements of WSS which just might make this a much more valuable stock. For every share of MLON we own we get a share of WSS. I hope that there's a very positive spin on all this & we get a clarification PR that benifits us all.

OK! Looks like I was wrong about a 1 for 1 share dividend. But it does look like we're setting up for a good PR & maybe a good run.

I see it like this. The people who owned this prior to the 200 for one reverse split are going to realize that they really went through a 5 for 1 reverse split.

If you owned 5,000 shares back in Feb & rode the 200 for 1 forward split you ended up with 1 million shares. Now we "merge" with WSS & get 1 for every 1,000 shares of a company that's indentical to MLON. That brings us to 1,000 shares from our original 5,000 shares.

The possible up-side:

If WSS really trades at approx. $5 then those of us that bought in the last couple of months will see minimum 100% profit.

As far as a dividend goes, esentially the company we bought (MLON under a new ticker) will be the dividend & what ever it does would be gravy if everything else falls into place.

The website that Mario owned & hasn't paid for is in the name of someone who probably was one of the original shareholders who's trying to recoup his losses by holding the MLON registered name website for ransom. Someone said he was asking $20,000 for a site that Mario said costs only $200. Mario couldn't care less about that site now as his new finance company will be WSS & MLON will soon be known as ClubXtreem.

Now consider this. In Navada prostitution is legal. Is it possible that we're going to own a club that showcases "high dollar" escorts. He said it would be interactive on the web & nothing but the cream of the crop would be allowed in....

"Club XTreme will feature an audience comprised of a select group of the young and restless generation - attendance will be by invitation only, augmented with a doorman checking all who enter to make sure they are sufficiently hot to crank up the atmosphere,,,"

Highrollers come into Vegas for a vacation or whatever & book glamorous party girls for the week end. Who knows, we all may have just become pimps by proxy.

The realistic downside:

The only negative I see now is that I have virtually no doubt that Mario planned this from the begining. If he duped the pre-split shareholders I don't expect him to treat me any different.

My take:

I'll hold for a while to see if this generates any interest.

Here we are attempting to play the markets & to think,,,

"All we ever had to do is pimp!"

And for all of the MLON supporters like myself, take a look at i'm all in's post about his convo with pino. He says that pino is taking action against the naked shorting problem, and is PAYING someone to blast the dickhead mm's out. MONEY TALKS FELLAS. eat one justlooking!! GOOD DD I"M ALL IN
