i was reading on another bb and someone pointed out that program designers and insiders could probably do very well by rigging drawings. how can the public be assured that this doesnt happen. it would be nice if everyone was honest and nobody had to worry about ethics but ive seen shows that tell how people in casinos that know the "RNG(Random Number Generator)Code" can cheat very easily. Anyone on the inside would be very tempted to use their knowledge or build ways into the program that would allow them to win a half million dollar house for a buck.
It would be sweet if the world was perfect and nobody had to worry about stuff like that but could that kind of temptation really be avoided?
Im not bashing because i love the idea of the site and 21st century, ive got 12,000 shares and plan on holding until it makes or breaks. Just concerened on how public confidence will play a roll.

I suppose anything's possible but I can't see anything like that happening. As far as public confidence goes, at least pertaining to this matter, I would call it a non-issue.
I don't believe that most people think that way. If something arises or there is a hint of insider rigging though, it would be devastating to the company and all of it's shareholders. It would probably mean the end of them.

Out of abject boredom....I decided to email both investor relations of TFCT/GZFX and suggested they advertise simultaneously on each other's site.....MONEY, MONEY, MONEEEEY!!!

P.S. Worth a try....you never know...

I'm not all that optimistic about next week simply because I believe in the old adage, "Buy the rumor, sell the news". When the ads finally hit, I think we might see a bit of a drop because then the anticipation will be over. People will be thinking, "now what"? However, the other side of the coin is that this has happened pretty quick so I guess there's a chance of a rise when they release them and prove they're for real.

OK people. This sat for quite a while in the .035 range (6 mos). There are a lot of people (400,000,000 worth) that bought in that range. Most like myself are either getting free shares or taking their 100%. I think this is great that we haven't droped at all this week.By the way and correct me if I am wrong, there are less than 200 million "common stock" shares the rest are restricted or insider shares. I have not been on the site for about a week until tonight and I was shocked at how many Items tickets were 50% or less bought up. I am on 65,000 free shares and am not letting them go til this run is over (20+ cents). I do believe with hype that this can go to a dollar. I just hope it does it next week while I am on vacation so I can't sell early!!!!

Good luck!!!

I was wondering about that too, but then it hit me.... A single PR about going live and a group of investors is not going to make this thing fly overnight... it's not going to generate a huge amount of web traffic... and it's not going to fill the raffles.... but... when they start the national ad campaign and air those tv commercials, we'll see a HUGE influx of web traffic, and consequently, raffles filling up... people will sign on (and sign up) in droves.... that's when we'll see this thing fly... and I don't think it'll happen 30 seconds after the first commercial airs.. they'll have to be seen several times before the average person remembers to go to the site.... remember, people don't immediately sit and surf when they see a commercial, they'll try to remember for later... JMHO though... and if i'm wrong, it just means we go up faster... either way it's a win-win...

They got less than .02 per share for all those 235 million shares. Think the equity investors will take their quadruple and run from a development stage company? I guess we will see.

Finally got around to registering at prizeWise and bought 30 tickets. Put 5 here and 5 there, on dvd's , a powerbook, a hard drive, an ipod, and presto they were gone before I knew it. Easiest money ever spent.
Just from the painlessness with which I dropped $30 there in piecemeal fashion, I think this is gonna be a winner. I'd watch a bid on Ebay for 2 days to ride an auction and try not to overspend, sometimes worried over much less than $30. But at prizeWise, you get a feeling much like a penny stock portfolio (for some). "Invest" at undervalued levels ($5 for an ipod?), walk away and hope to return next month to see a winner somewhere in the pack. People come back to their penny plays, and I think they'll come back to prizeWise in the same state of mind. Just my opinion, but the right half of my brain "knows" I probably ain't seeing that $30 in value again, most likely, but the left side says "who cares, it's fun and you might hit one." Guess which side is winning, lol.

Bailystock,

I know exactly what you mean...I dropped $45 on there in no time flat... Once the tv commercials start, you'll see many people doing the same thing... some will be one-time-onlys that sign up and play, then forget about it.. others will be hooked.. we only need a small percentage of hooked players... they'll keep it going and spread it by word of mouth... Just one more thing - THAT IPOD IS MINE! LMAO...

We'll see about the iPod! Lol!

Luckily there's like 10 of them on there already.
Like I wrote to Steve Rinehart (sp?) after I had minor trouble signing up (I know I should've written to customer service but I just clicked the first link I could find) , the site is addictive and I can see how people will get hooked easily, even coming up with strategies and odds for getting the items they want cheaply. The "odds of winning" generator built in to every single raffle is ingenious, and sure to appeal to the gambler in all of us.
BTW, Steve emailed me right back, (twice!) after investigating my sign-up issue personally and even offered their number for me to call him if I couldn't log in. Very nice fellow, seems to be doing a hell of a job.

Now if you'll excuse me, my odds-of-winning generator is telling me I have to drop exactly 3 more tickets on that iPod to elbow out Pharm!
Peace.

P.S.... "ssshhh!... i created another out of state profile for bigger raffles... but don't tell anyone..." I just wonder what my dad will think when boxes start showing up at his house!

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 7, 2004--Steve Rinehart, President of prizeWise, Inc., a portfolio investment company of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTC:BB TFCT.OB) has advised that the companies' website, http://prizeWise.com continues to exceed expectations. Mr. Rinehart said, "We've been running test banner ads on various places on the net for a week, which resulted in higher than expected number of visitors. When our full advertising campaign gets underway June 10, 2004, we expect we to receive 250,000 to 350,000 new visitors during the first 60 days, judging from the tests we've run. People are attracted to, and fascinated by, prizeWise.com. The site is operating smoothly, with enthusiastic, warm response by participants. PrizeWise is fun and entertaining, offering its users sweepstakes bargains not paralleled elsewhere."

PrizeWise.com offers valuable coupons for sale and the option to the public to obtain sweepstakes tickets. Various sweepstakes contests are offered on the website. The total value of the sweepstakes online is now well over $10,000,000. Numerous sweepstake prizes have already been awarded since the website's opening on May 21, 2004. PENNIES are like HORSES, they can take you for WILD rides. But it's nice to be on a PENNY if it bucks! ...... Especially if it 2 BUCKS or 3 BUCKS!

Looks like an excellent day for TFCT longs Chart suggests retrace to mid/low 8s and then strong buying pushing it near .10 later on today.

What do you mean retrace? I bought in at .063, should I sell it? You thinking it will go back down? Vadim

I dont think it will go down much from here TODAY. There is a big wall at .095 that can be broken with some strong buying. But over the next few days it could drift downward without more news. The chart is absolutely GORGEOUS on this one.

Who needs news though...we are all aware of the large advertising campaign that will begin on Thursday. We will probably get news on Thursday with reference to the ad campaign. I truly don't expect much of a retrace, definitely no lower than 0.08, IMO.
