This one has more promise than most and continues to flounder.

They have reported profits the past 3 quarters that I believe came from their other companies such as the gun-sight and telemarketing companies, Prizewise hasn't figured in yet and the patches for homeland security have been huge sellers.

we need to be patient with Europe as the new frontier for Prizewise.

** What about that lawsuit for 6 million?
Is that affecting the pps and will it hurt the company tremendously if they have to pay out?

Come on guys, we ran up 52% yesterday...you didn't think people would be selling today for profits? This thing has been bouncing at .03$ for so long it only stood to reason that people would want to take some profit. I sold out my position yesterday and will get back in when it drops lower than .04$. I do like this stock and with all the positive PR's (except for the 1 about the judgement against them) I do feel the stock is undervalued. MO

LAS VEGAS, Sep 24, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- 21st Century Technologies Inc. (TFCT) today announced that the company is planning the launch of a new investor awareness program designed to upgrade the availability of information regarding the company and its subsidiaries and widen the dissemination of news and other media to shareholders and the public markets. With 21st Century's recently announced $12 million joint venture and licensing agreement in Europe, the company anticipates a greater degree of worldwide interest in its subsidiaries and their products, and this initiative is designed to address better communication with the public.

Included in the expanded awareness program will be the launch of a new corporate Web site, such as an alert system through which investors can sign up to receive information by e-mail as soon as it is disclosed to the public as well as easier access to third party media coverage, audio and video content and other information pertaining to the company's investment portfolio. Shareholders, potential investors and other market participants will be invited to subscribe to receive regular notices by e-mail whenever new information is released by the company, including press releases, notices of SEC filings, and company newsletters.

"Given the significant progress being made by the company's subsidiaries and the potential for additional growth in the future, it is more critical than ever to have communications tools in place that consistently and effectively convey accurate information to 21st Century's shareholder base. With the tremendous opportunities presented to the company, such as those presented by the Department of Homeland Security and other governmental agencies, we are more than happy to herald the potential of our subsidiary companies and the long-term outlook of our investment fund to a wider audience. The increased information flow is planned to provide greater profile and awareness for 21st Century in the public markets and bring the company's story to a growing number of interested parties," commented Kevin Romney, president of 21st Century.

Once the television ads begin to air, the web traffic will increase dramatically. The public will then become aware of the potential - not only as a great site, but also as a great investment. Then we'll start to see movement in the pps. JMHO though

I still say that they need to get their patch products into the hands of the government. Prizewise is a minor contributor albeit one with loads of potential. We need some federal contracts for the Promag and Seapatch, once that happens this stock will go haywire.

21st Century's prizeWise Announces New Payment Options for Sellers; New Feature Increases Sales 27%

LAS VEGAS, Sep 27, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- 21st Century Technologies, Inc.'s (TFCT) portfolio investment company, prizeWise, Inc., today announced the implementation of additional payment options for sellers on its online trading platform. Since implementing the feature last week, daily sales have climbed 27%.

prizeWise members can now choose to have funds transferred by PayPal(R) for prizes they have sold. Additionally, they can choose to accept a quantity of prizeWise coupons and incidental tickets equal to the dollar amount of their pending payment.

Previously, sellers were only paid with checks sent to them by way of traditional mail. This default method is still available to members.

Steve Rinehart, president of prizeWise, commented, "We added each of the features for different reasons. PayPal(R) allows merchants who are in a hurry to get paid quickly, and the Coupon and Ticket Transfer feature lets those who want to bid on prizes to do so without the company having to pay merchant fees on the transactions."

The Coupon and Ticket Transfer feature was developed as more and more sellers requested that prizeWise customer service convert their payment into coupons and tickets for them.

"It sped up the payment process and allowed them to re-invest in the system immediately. The process was time consuming for us on the back end, so we automated it for efficiency's sake," Rinehart continued.

Rinehart also said, "Each time a seller chooses to be paid in coupons and tickets, it serves as a new sale for the company."

21st Century Technologies is a Business Development Company, operated pursuant to the Investment Companies Act of 1940. It holds various enterprises as investments and seeks to grow companies in which it has an interest.

i think you are 100% correct. prizewise is a good idea, particularly if the deal to expand into europe is to shareholder's benefit, but is is a long way from producing a reason for a retrace of the run in june.

the trident products are what have always interested me in this company. if they hadn't jumped the gun quoting a congressman or senetor (don't remember which), around a year ago i think, about approval of their products for homeland security use, i think we would have seen a contract by now. the patch technology continues to get credible clients. just a matter of time imho.

I think everyone likes this stock and for a penny that's been profitable, the sky should be the limit.

When Prizewise has TV ads and the European market open up, watch out!
I am holding long.

I wonder that lawsuit, whch they are appealing, is the reason for the drop in pps?

the lawsuit is a major chunk of non productive capital lost, and a stain on tfct's image. it has imho neutralized the equivalent amount of net profit if the appeal is unsuccessful, as most are. not the end of the world butcertainly not good for the bottom line.

Nothing to worry about the lawsuit (for the moment)

Contrarian examples are:
1. LFTC won the appeal (and now is trying to reach an agreement)
2. USXP won a case for more than 200m!
but they haven't seen a cent
so i think we will have the final word of Wilson case in years

Just got this email from Prizewise....

"Attention prizeWise users!

We’d like to invite those of you who haven’t purchased from prizeWise back to the site with a special offer.

In celebration of a new merchant account processing relationship we’ve just established, allowing us to once again process American Express and Discover cards, we are pleased to announce the 107%-for-7-days sale.

Every dollar you spend with a credit card on the prizeWise Web site in the next 7 days will pay out 107%, rounded down, in coupons and tickets.

For example, if you access your account and spend $30 on money-saving coupons, you’ll actually get 32 coupons and 32 chances to win great prizes.

We want to see you on the site, so login and save!"

Nice effort to increase numbers.

21St Centy Technologies Inc     (OTC BB: TFCT) Last Update: 9:42:00 AM ET Sep 29, 2004

21st Century's Portfolio Investment Company, Trident Technologies, Demonstrates Product Effectiveness at U.S. Maritime Security Expo

LAS VEGAS, Sep 29, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (TFCT) today announced that its portfolio investment company, Trident Technologies, Inc., has continued to increase awareness of Trident's patented magnetic patch technology to a broad range of potential customers, including an array of U.S. government departments and agencies, with its presence as an exhibitor at the U.S. Maritime Security Expo in New York City last week.

The Expo drew a comprehensive and impressive list of attendees including Port Operators and Administrators, Terminal Operators, the U.S. Customs Service, the U.S. Coast Guard, the U.S. Department of Transportation, the U.S. Department of Justice, a number of oil company executives, the U.S. Department of Defense, European and Asian government and industry officials, the U.S. Navy Military Sealift Command (MSC), the U.S. Army Military Traffic Management Command (MTMC) and shipping and trucking lines. A full attendees profile can be viewed at http://www.maritimesecurityexpo.com/whoattends.html.

Decision-makers from each of these entities were presented demonstrations illustrating the reliability and functionality of the SeaPatch magnetic-powered quick seal device and its ability to seal any type of leak. The device has been successfully used on large and small circular punctures, jagged tears, and even bullet holes to avert disasters that are natural, accidental or caused by acts of terror. Expo attendee, the U.S. Department of Defense, recently received $1 million funding in its newly approved spending bill to purchase patch devices from Trident.

Jim Branch, president of Trident Technologies, who attended the event and met with representatives from a number of entities listed in the attendee profile, commented, "The Expo allowed potential customers the chance for a `hands on' experience with our products. The placing of one of our patches on a steel plate always makes a positive impact. The show was also beneficial in generating new ideas and prospects for customized magnetic solutions for other marine applications other than leak sealing, such as marine salvage operations."

SeaPatch and ProMag magnetic-powered quick seal devices have been type-approved by the American Bureau of Shipping and are used during emergency response training at the Department of Transportation's Emergency Response School in Pueblo, Colorado, the Louisiana Emergency Response Training Center and the Texas Engineering Extension Service. An A & E Network "Behind Closed Doors" series program, hosted by Joan Lunden and aired on August 3, 2002, documented SeaPatch's effectiveness in the largest and one of the best fire training facilities in the world where fire and HAZMAT professionals simulate every possible scenario including a mock city, railroad cars, industrial refineries, aircraft and ships. The video can be viewed through the Trident website at http://www.seapatch.net/aande.htm.

The market is a big guessing game where all of the traders try to guess what the average trader thinks the average opinion will be. It's nonsensical. Look for value. I think this stock is undervalued and time will realize this.

There could be a thousand of thos pr's and nothing would really happen. I think they are primarily put out for awareness reasons. As a shareholder I see those and think to myself, that in time things will come of those types of announcements. I to am disapointed, how could you not be when several weeks ago we were above 10 cents. But all it was, was hype. Things are moving in the right direction, at least from what I can tell. In time the pps will reflect that. Income will be rising steadily, and with that pps. GLTA.

Personally I think the whole penny market has been in the tank for about the last two or three months. I will say it again. I think one of the biggest reasons is the election. I think once the election is over and we know who is going to be pres, investors will be able to make better calculated decisions with their money. I also think Iraq and the price of oil have some to do with it but not as much as the election does. Just get it over and move on so we can start making money again.

i have a feeling that with the recent changes in naked shorting rules, the pps moves (especially in penny land) are not as dramatic or frenzy feeding as they were before. things have tightened up and so has the perceived reaction to news.

21st Century's prizeWise Announces New User Referral Tool

LAS VEGAS, Sep 29, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- 21st Century Technologies Inc.'s (TFCT) portfolio investment company, prizeWise Inc., today announced the implementation of a new user referral tool.

The program allows users to enter up to 10 e-mail addresses at a time of their friends and associates and sends out an e-mail on the users' behalf. The message introduces prizeWise and invites the recipient to sign up for membership.

PrizeWise then places five free tickets into the referring member's account for each of the new members who becomes a paying customer and purchases at least $15 worth of coupons on the Web site.

"Our customers demonstrate a high degree of loyalty to our company," said Steve Rinehart, president of prizeWise. "Some of our best publicity has come from their efforts. They're some of our most valuable affiliates," he added.

Affiliate Marketing has long been one of the most effective advertising channels on the Internet. In a study published by the Aberdeen Group in September 2003, Jeff Bezos, CEO of Amazon.com, was quoted as saying: "Developing over 1 million affiliate sites is one of Amazon's best investments, and it is totally measurable. We have scaled back on TV and wish we had come to that conclusion earlier because television is simply not as measurable."

The new user referral program serves as yet another development for prizeWise in the successful affiliate marketing arena.

Business Editors

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 30, 2004--21st Century
Technologies, Inc.'s (OTCBB:TFCT) portfolio investment company,
prizeWise, Inc., announced that the prizeWise.com website generated
its highest single day sales total earlier this week.
"Sales reached $7,736.00 for the 24-hour period ended 5 PM MST
Tuesday, September 28, 2004. This sudden increase is in direct
response to inviting existing users back to the site with the 107% for
7 days promotion," said Steve Rinehart, President of prizeWise.
Mr. Rinehart added, "We're looking to the future and focusing on
increasing the lifetime value of our users. Other features such as new
payment options, full credit card processing ability and increased
site capacity have steadily increased sales, and we expect our
reactivation efforts to increase both sales and sweepstakes closings
in the weeks ahead."
Rinehart also said, "Our previous sales record was just under
$7,000.00 after a 5,000,000 mass email campaign. This fresh approach
is far more cost effective and less resource intensive."
The 107% for 7 days promotion, which runs until October 6th, is a
celebration of the new merchant account processing relationship. Users
of prizeWise who make new coupon purchases using a credit card will
receive additional coupon value and chances to win.
