Some of us do know a little about the company. Some of us have been researching it for months. This is part of the payoff we have been waiting for. It is by no means the only payoff or the last one at that. This company has several irons in the fire at any given time. They are also working on a few new ones. This stock has a lot of potential despite the large float. When the marget makers are satisfied with their position, you will see the price rise.

Why didnt you tell us about your 1.00 target at .01 instead of .05? If you have had all this great dd for so long, why only join and post now that it runs?

Sorry for the typo. I meant market makers. Not marget makers. I guess that is half way between a maggot and a market makers. They do play a lot games with the market. They can get you upset, angry, scared, frustrated, and make you want to sell. Don't fall for their traps. Good luck and hang in there. I will.

Chief,

What are you trying to say? What I posted was of no use? It also seems you are saying I don't do any DD or have not done any DD for this company. If I am mistaking by what your intentions where with that post, I apologize. But, spreading the word about prizewise is a great idea. Everybody knows you can mail a letter to someone and ask them to mail it also to someone and eventually that mail can reach around the world in about 7 exchanges. Just imagine what email can do for us.

Heck if this can't work by implanting it into your emails. Then why do we have banners in each and every website we visit.

I have owned this stock on and off for several months now. I never lost money on this stock and do not intend to do so. I do not believe that any one with half a brain would bash the stock they own. Everyone has to start posting sometime. Now is as good a time as the next. What I do not undertand is the advice from bashers who do not own this stock. They come on this board and try to trash posters and this company in an effort to trick weak hands into selling their shares. IGNORE these bashers. They have no interst in this company. I am LONG and I am STAYING THAT WAY!!!!

Hey chief,

If you have been trading alot and have researched boards alot. You would know by now, BASHERS and PUMPERS are part of the game. Just ignore them. Read what you want. Post what you feel the need to post.

Enjoy what you do and make the best of it.

What you said is a good idea. More should do the same. It is not just pumping a stock. It is more than that. It is a good concept that you are promoting. I am sure there is a segment of our society that will find the site very attractive.

seemed like slow activity at the site ,but thats better to have that now than when the commercials come out. When everyone finds this after the tv commercials hopefully alot more products will be close to finishing, then you will see people buying alot more. maybe thats when the stock flies. anyone know if these commercials are on major networks, or during poker tournaments, during lottery drawings etc.....

You didnt answer my question chief! Why did you join right after the stock had such an amazing run if you had this great DD and believed in the stock all along? Wouldnt you have felt better to get these nice people in at .02 or under instead of .04 or .05? Im just wondering bro, not bashing you or TFCT.

well you know i have to say something qbid is at .01.. and people are saying it will it a dollar but with this stock being at .04.. and has been farther why start talking about a stock early on when people are just going to get discourage why not wait until the co gets all of its ducks in a row and the price is still low to get people in.. once a stock hits .05 or .04 it makes it easier for people to see the big picture.. sorry if this sounds like jibberish im kinda tired

CT 21st Century`s prizeWise.com Continues Impressive Launch

May 25, 2004 04:52:00 (ET)

LAS VEGAS, May 25, 2004 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Steve Rinehart, President of prizeWise, Inc., a portfolio company of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTC:BB TFCT.OB), has advised senior management at 21st Century that the launch of the website http://prizeWise.com continues on a impressive course. He said, "We've had over 36,000 visitors to the website since Friday. Yesterday, we completed 15 sweepstakes, truly impressive for a new way of having fun on the Internet. And there's more...both prize posters and entrants come from coast-to-coast and north to south of these United States...New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, Kansas, Illinois, Colorado and California are among the states of residence of sweepstakes winners and prize providers. A variety of items were won yesterday, ranging from DVD's, video game players, eagle statues, and other interesting prizes. In addition, we have altered and improved the browser feature on our website so that it now displays first the sweepstakes that are approaching completion, so participants can decide to enter "short fuse" sweepstakes if they so choose. This adds to the fun. The sign-up rate continues to be high. I cannot emphasize how impressive all this has been in the absence of advertising or promotion. Our ad campaign will be underway in the near future. We'll see enormous positive results from that, I am sure. Now, we are busily smoothing out the few wrinkles that have appeared. We'll be ready for the big crowd."

Kevin Romney, President and CEO of 21st Century stated, "We continue to be pleased by the showing that prizeWise is making. I see a brilliant future for this enterprise, to the benefit of our shareholders. These are exciting times."

PrizeWise.com is sweepstakes-oriented website at which participants may purchase valuable coupons and opt to obtain sweepstakes tickets which will allow them to enter various sweepstakes being operated at the website. 21st Century Technologies, Inc. is a business development company under the Investment Company Act of 1940. I just keep looking at the big ticket items being posted on prizewise. Each day I am counting the automobiles, its gone up from the low teens/low twenties pre launch to the 30s now. Big ticket items = cash for prizewise, that equals higher pps
http://prizewise.com/products.asp?c=5&s=16&sc=0&pg=1

Also, pre launch there were two homes up and now its 4.

PPS is Price Per Share. I do not think that some of you have realized the potential use of a site like this. They can host many different raffles for different causes. Some of these causes can attract NATIONAL advertising. In some ways it is BETTER than EBAY. It could become a BUY-OUT candidate. If I were YOU, I would hold on for the LONG-TERM this time. The guys who run this company are pretty sharp and know a diamond in the rough when they see one. Opportunities like this one do not show up everyday. I do not want to sound like a pumper but I can not think of any other BB stocks quite like this one. Maybe that is why it has NASDAQ listing potential written all over it. JMO.

The site is moving so slooww.. Must be a lot of traffic. It reminds me of ebay, what kills me is was I didn't invest back then but I was on their website from day one. Never occured to me to invest. Oh well that is how I feel about Prizewise. I guess its time for me to throw some money in now that I am registered. Exciting stuff.

does a penny stock ever go from a penny to a dollar in one day...i think not bam...long term investors should be rewarded with this one. I have been in on it for awhile now. Sure the stock went down on monday cause like any stock a 50% gain is huge and why not take some profits. Today it hasnt reversed again which is a good sign. Site is slow moving so i am guessing that is traffic that they werent ready for and the commercials will be out in June. Dont look short term on this stock.

I cant wait to see if they put a counter on the website how many people are using the site. I love the idea of having a link to raffles that are close to going off. Looks like all positive news. Hopefully profit takers will be out of the stock after today and the rest of the week will be up up up!

Honestly, I dont see how anyone could bash this. Its an online lottery. Ohio Lottery scratch off tickets avg to be about 1 in 5 or so odds at winning a prize. Typically though, and im just guessing, that prize is only a buck or two. For odds where you are 10x plus winnings they are much much higher.

I will buy a ticket to see if they list the full odds in all prize catagories. But none the less, Ohio instant ticket games brought in 1.1 Billion dollars.

Not only is prizewise going to be winner in itself 21st Tech shows they like to make money with multiple revenue streams.

I have a question. This isn't bashing or anything... just asking for a greater understanding of prizewize.

So let's say I bid and win a house. And the house is worth $400,000 right?

NOW here is what I am wondering. Did I just BUY a house... ala ebay? Or did I just WIN a house ala the lottery? VERY IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE.

If I WON the house... aren't I subject to income taxes? Winning a house for $1 is great... but getting hit with 30-40% in income taxes could really knock a lot of people out of the box y'know?

So if someone would clarify that for me... thatnks a lot!!!

I found this information on the website (prizewise.com) under legal:
----
8.3 Taxes, Duties & Fees

All prize winners are responsible for paying taxes on the prizes they have won in their own jurisdictions. Winners are responsible for any additional fees involved in shipping the prize overseas, and also for any duties imposed on such prizes.

I hope this will help answer your question. I for one am not worried about the taxes. It would be the same as winning the lottery or paying capital gains on your trading profit. There are taxes for everything. LOL.

It is considered winning, not buying. That's why there is a limitation for Florida and New Jersey residents. Technically, you are *buying* coupons and receiving *free* entry tickets for the raffles.

Thanks for the info. I guess if I had dug a little deeper I would have found that. I don't think it would slow the stock down at all... however I was thinking of playing some of the raffels. If won the lottery and they decided to take 40% of my winnings that's fine. 40% of a house I won though... that would mean A) I would have to already have that much liquid cash availible... or B) that would mean that I would have to sell the house and pay for the taxes that way. I like the idea of winning the house. But I don't like the idea of having to sell the house imediately... I for one don't have that kind of money to pay those taxes. STIL, if I were trying to win just so that i could imediately sell the place, those are pretty nice odds!

Thanks again,

Here's another question I couldn't find the answer to. What if you buy a ticket for a raffle and they don't sell all the tickets by the deadline. Do you get your money back if you bought tickets? I entered a drawing for a camera that required around 1,000 tickets and not many have been sold yet. Any info would be appreciated.

I totally love thier site. I actually have a few items listed on there to try it out. I currently sell on ebay. The site has been up and down the past few days which has been annoying but when it works it is great and very user friendly. I am sure there are many bugs that will be worked out before June 10, smart that they waited. There are some questions that still need to be answered about the process. This site will go far IMO, in due time. I am def holding long here. Wish I got in sooner. in at .034 Plan on adding more. GO Prizewise! Very exciting!
