Nope. The ask is .132. there were two stray orders more than 5 minutes after the close. One at .155 and the other you know already. No after hours trades here are valid for tomorrows opening. Hopefully, we'll have a nice opening, though, but it won't be reflective of these strays.

Decent day today up nearly 14%, I'll take this any time...Quite a bit of buying the last 2 minutes, over 1 million shares traded and one block of over 600k. Let's hope for another good opening tomorrow with some staying power. It will only be a matter of time when TFCT starts to go up 1-2 cents at a time vs. 1/10 of a cent....patients is a virtue.

I was hoping for a higher close but you can’t complain with a 14% gain….PrizeWise is doing extremely well, it’s only a matter of time before others realize its potential and we head to much higher levels.
It sounds like we will be hearing some other exciting news out of 21 Century very soon. I understand that they have been invited back to Washington for further promag reviews. If this meeting goes as well as we all hope, a significant P.O. could be placed for this product. If you recall and I quote: “Recently the company began negotiating a $30 million budget allocation with the Department of Homeland Security to enable local fire departments to purchase the patches as part of their local preparedness efforts. In a terrorist attack, emergency personnel could quickly place Tridents magnetic patch on a tank containing hazardous materials, preventing further damage to people or the environment. The ProMag and SeaPatch systems have already been adopted by fire departments across the country through local funds, federal fire grant and Dept. of Justice funds.”
Also Kevin Romney, President of 21st Century Technologies seems to allude to this in his statement http://biz.yahoo.com/bw/040610/105220_1.html.
We have a lot of potential with this stock and I really believe TFCT is a rare Opportunity and you know, Opportunity doesn’t knock often…..

Opportunity you are so right, I’ve been so focused on PrizeWise I wasn’t even thinking about their other product lines. If they can get this order from the gov’t this will put a smile on all of our faces and $$$ in our pockets. I have to admit this is one exciting stock….

with a 14% increase, like we had today and a differential increase of .016 from thursday to monday a 13.91%..(14%) increase. from this percent increase we should have a opening on tuesday at a .0182 differential thus giving us a \\.1492\\ opening tuesday morning. this number is only perportional to monday's increase, and only that do not kill me if i'm wrong but my guess is somewhere between .145-.150 opening and prob. a .147-.155 closing bring us up 15.2% from monday's close price. only my guess let' see what happens... Any other guesses? let's hear them....

SO how are the two trades that went 5 minutes after close reflected. Why such a gap up in the price ...from .131 to .155 and .17..why pay 3 cents more than close price ???

I have written before about my continual problem with Prizewise. I still can not retrieve coupons and I have emailed Customer Service several times with NO response back. I give them my account name and password and ask them to find the coupons in my account. I find this real disheartening because I'm so pumped about the stock. I just think that I deserve an email back. After all I did spend $15 to get the coupons and I would probably spend a bunch more if I could actually use the coupons. Has anyone else had this problem? What coupons have you guys been given by the company?

Sorry to vent!

21st Century Officials Meeting with Members of Congress and the Administration
Tuesday June 15, 8:30 am ET

LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 2004--Officials from 21st Century Technologies, Inc. (OTC:BB TFCT.OB) travel to Washington, D.C. this week to meet with members of Congress and the Administration to discuss the benefits of its magnetic sealing devices. This visit marks the second Washington visit this year by company executives to build awareness of the product benefits and secure federal funding.
Kevin Romney, CEO of 21st Century Technologies, said that he is encouraged by support Congress has given supporting federal procurement of patch technologies. This week's trip is designed to build support and awareness of the technology and strengthen agency relationships for research and development funding. "Our last visit we met primarily with officials from Nevada and Texas," Romney explained. "This week we will be meeting with officials with key positions in military and science committees as well as professionals from agencies."

Jim Branch, president of Trident Industries, Inc., will again join Romney on the trip. Both will provide product demonstrations of the ProMag and SeaPatch. The company's Washington-based consulting firms are working together to coordinate the visit. Perennial Strategy Group is handling Congressional visits while TechVision21 is responsible for agency meetings.

ProMag (for land-based applications) and SeaPatch (for marine uses) devices are magnetic patches capable of sealing any type of leak to include size. The devices can be used on large and small circular punctures, jagged tears, even bullet holes - to overt disasters that are natural, accidental or caused by acts of terror. "We're confident that we'll again impress officials with the simplicity, easy application and seal power of our patches," said Branch.

As a symbol of their reliability and functionality, SeaPatch and ProMag magnetic-powered quick seal devices have been type-approved by the American Bureau of Shipping and are used during emergency response training at the Department of Transportation's Emergency Response School in Pueblo, Colorado, the Louisiana Emergency Response Training Center and the Texas Engineering Extension Service.

21st Century Technologies is a Business Development Company, operated pursuant to the Investment Companies Act of 1940. It holds various enterprises as investments and seeks to grow companies in which it has an interest.

The coupons that I have received have absolutely no value in my eyes, but like I've always said...the coupons are really just a gimmick what you are really purchasing is the chance of winning a prize just like any other raffle out there. It's unfortunate that you haven't received a reply from them and that you are experiencing problems with the retrieval of your coupons. I haven't had any problems and they respond very quickly. Perhaps you can call customer service at this number 1-877-prizewise and explain to them the problem that you are experiencing. Good luck!

I think we'll see some movement when the tv commercials begin. Also, I was happy to see PW banner ads on national sites, but I went there trying to spot the ads. However, ask yourself, when is the last time you clicked on a banner ad? I can't think of a time that I purposely clicked on one. I know that they must be somewhat effective, otherwise nobody would offer them. But, for the most part, they don't generate the type of traffic that is needed to sustain the site or bring hoards of investors. TV excels in that!

Until then, I'll just hang on a wish...

Geez you longs get awfully pessimistic about not much drop. See, if you hadnt gotten yourselves riled up about a big day today then it wouldnt be as disappointing. If you are here to make a quick buck, it has already been made. If you really believe in the company, then you will stay in through the waning volume and declining price and buy more as it drifts lower. The true longs shouldnt be worried, its only short term traders that moan and whine about the price dropping 5%.

I think this is a perfect entry point. Any where around here, once it pops its gonna pop HARD.

Just look at the charts and do DD. I believe in this company, but you also need to keep up with all the other news as well as this TFCT symbol is not just prizewise it is 21st Cent. Tech. as well.

I agree it is a goog entry point

But how do you explain the volume?
If it´s such a great entry point people should be buying and the price should rise with that, am I correct?

any thoughts on this?

pharm- Even if you don't click on the banner, you still SEE the name. That would make a banner ad at least as effective as a print ad or billboard, right?

I would agree, Winsum, ... but don't you also have a way of tuning that kind of stuff out? for instance, I use Yahoo often, but I couldn't tell you 2 of the last 10 banner ads that they featured. Every now and again a particularly flashy one will draw my eyes, but usually not. I guess it's a good thing that the PW banner has that pulsing raffle ticket!

Also, even if the percentage is 1 in 1000 to click on a banner (that's a guess, not actual fact), then chosing sites that have hundreds of thousands of hits daily gets you several hundred (edit to add 'hundred') new users weekly (per ad site)... They're not numbers to sneeze at, but tv commercials will make that number skyrocket.

This stock should start a period of behavior very similar to GZFX, waiting and holding is the name of the game in this one, the people who bought trying to make a quick buck are still slowly selling realizing that not even the daily PRs are creating enough volume for momentum anymore.

And don't forget about the TV ads on July 1st..that should create huge momentum from speculation before (like we saw with the last week before the banner ad campaign) and a little more from viewers who see the ads.

GLTA...I'm still waiting for the right time to hop back on.

Wow the message board for this is dead. Is everyone really worried about this cause of a small sell off today. The PR about the other part of the business was postive not negative. You cant have a PR everyday about Prizewise. Great buying opportunity here. My one coworker was all upset because of the lower volume today. I said you cant go by the average volume on this thing cause for 3-4 days it was trading over 100 million share day. Before the big PR's the average was 6-8 million. THe well hasnt dried up yet and never will. Keep strong everyone this will be one of the best pennies this year i believe once the commercials start airing.

I have been saying this for a week. It will be played for a few weeks unless something big happens. You will also notice, as it happened in GZFX, that people will come in complaining about service. They will say little things, not real bad just little things to try to make you sale your shares cheap. If it tries to run without the MM's favor then the bashing will pick up. They hope you get bored and sale you shares to them cheap so when the next run does happen they will be covered. Been here (GZFX) done that. Don't worry, when the time is right this stock will go to the next stage. But for now it will go up one day and down the next.

Yeah but something strange is going on here, why would someone buy 100 shares for $1 of a stock that the last sale was $ .30 something very strange indeed, and if the price shoots up so fast on such low volume it can drop just as fast, no?

Wow TFCT is a just a PR factory isnt it... I think they need to stop issuing news for a week or so and let everything cool down. Once again once the chart shows this one cooling down Im going to agressively accumulate.

Yeap...she was delisted on May 17. I think we just need some time to retrace and cover our gaps from the last weeks...remember this was a subpenny and it climbed very fast (~20% a day for a while). Give it some time, it will climb again, do some DD on the company and youll see how much potential it has...and dont forget the july 1st television advertising which should draw some speculation buying.

FYI:
I still haven't hopped back on the TFCT train. But these might be the best levels to get in at.
