LAS VEGAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--TFCT-- 21st Century Technologies, Inc.'s (OTC:BB TFCT.OB) portfolio investment company, prizeWise, Inc., announced that its first month's activities exceeded their initial expectations. Steve Rinehart, president of prizeWise, advised 21st Century that 116 sweepstakes closed during its first full month of operations. "This past week alone saw a 219% increase over the previous three weeks, with 63 closed sweepstakes," said Mr. Rinehart. "The dollar amounts of completed sweepstakes are steadily increasing as evidenced by a 24 carat 3.1 ounce gold bar for 2,090 tickets", added Mr. Rinehart. Mr. Rinehart additionally advised management that the total visits are steadily increasing and that almost 500,000 visitors have visited the site during its first month of operations. "PrizeWise.com is continually adding refinements as evidenced by the addition of a listing of recently closed sweepstakes accessible via the browser button", commented Mr. Rinehart. Kevin Romney, President of 21st Century Technologies, commented that prizeWise is going to participate, as a representative of 21st Century Technologies, Inc. in the upcoming Small-Cap Conference on June 25, 2004 at the Four Seasons Hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. Http://www.prizeWise.com is a site which sells coupons, with an option offered to purchasers to receive tickets to enter sweepstakes contests on the website. The value of the sweepstakes is now well over $20,000,000. The public is invited to browse the website without obligation. 21st Century Technologies is a Business Development Company, operated pursuant to the Investment Companies Act of 1940. It holds various enterprises as investments and seeks to grow companies in which it has an interest. IP: Logged |

Such good news, remember people take your profits if you are not in for short term. Most of the time when we have great news it gaps way up then has to go fill the gap. Gotta fill the gap to continue to move up. Just remember! Good Luck to everyone today, we have been waiting for this after bleeding the past couple dayts IP: Logged |

I think they deff will be close to a dollar pretty soon. Although today's pr might not do much, as soon as the commercials come out, this will fly. IP: Logged |

I feel it will be tough but with the right advertising campaign they could definitely pull it off. They could even surpass $1 if the demand is strong enough. Ofcourse, it will only be able to reach those highs if they show outstanding financials. To reach the dollars they need to show the green, they can't reach the dollar on speculation alone unless it's backed by a hord of investors providing the necessary cash. Time will tell I guess. For the mean time, I'm holding long on this one. GLTA quote: IP: Logged |

Just a thought! Perhaps the reason the pps has opened lower is because the total amount of revenue they have produced (just on raffles being closed) is a whopping $1,730.43 (this only includes the 50 that are shown on the website). This is how I came up with it: Total Value of Prizes closed: $10,179.00 Prizewise take (17%): $1,730.43 Keeping in mind that a total of 116 sweepstakes have been closed you can use a multiplier of 1.32 which gives you revenues of $4,014.60 (based on the assumption that the dollar amounts of the prizes are similar) This excludes revenue that they are generating from their advertising space on their website. So because of this I feel they definitely need to air commercials and I hope they generate a lot of growth. I believe there are a lot of gamblers out there who don't know about prizewise but hopefully they will soon find out.

Wow that was a bad day for TFCT. Sure it gives us another buying opp. but with that kind of positive news i am sure all of the investors were wondering what happened today. I mean 500,000 visitors is a lot dont you think considering the banner ads have ben running for only 1 week basically. Oh well Some Where Over the Rainbow dreams will come true with this stock in the long run. GO PRIZEWISE!! IP: Logged |

Not sure if this was posted yet, but the website was updated with a slick tutorial that walks you through the raffle process. Answers all those questions about coupons, etc, and looks very well produced and user friendly. Wish some of my other stocks used their web designer. (Not metioning any names.) IP: Logged |

They will see the tutorial and see how easy the whole process is. Word of mouth is strong in this type of environment. As for the web design Bialystock ... yeah I have a few companies in my portfolio that could use some help. Good luck to all

Press Release Source: 21st Century Technologies
This latest purchase builds on a 4-year relationship between Trident and ESSM. The rare-earth permanent magnets purchased by GPC for the U.S. Navy are similar to the magnets used by ProMag and SeaPatch, Trident's efficient rupture and leak sealing systems employed by private industry. The ESSM Trident magnets are used as anchoring platforms for underwater salvage operations. The Trident Magnet Systems are used to affix hot tap flanges for environmentally safe removal of oil from sunken ships. They are also used to mount boring machine systems used to test hull integrity. Additional uses are under study to provide magnetic solutions for the diverse challenges of underwater emergency salvage operations. 21st Century Technologies is a Business Development Company, operated pursuant to the Investment Companies Act of 1940. Leardron- That made me laugh! It reminded me of some kid saying, "Hey, the news just said Paul McCartney was in the Beatles. That must be a mistake, because we all know he was in Wings. (Laughing WITH you, not AT you) Glad you corrected yourself before people started calling you names! (Hey, we've all made a blooper or two, but some are more forgiving than others around here) I, and many others no doubt, bought TFCT before we knew anything about Prizewise. This news is the start of what we've been waiting for!!!

Wait... What's that sound? That's the sound of SERIOUS investors stepping up to the plate! This is going to bring in those who aren't particularly interested in a raffle website, but who get all tingly at the sound of "...The United States Navy's Naval Sea Systems Command has placed an order..." and "...as we continue to explore other opportunities funded within the Department of Defense..." Ohhhh yeaaahhh!!!! (I don't mean to imply that those who got in because of Prizewise aren't serious. I bought MORE because of Prizewise! You know what I mean.) IP: Logged |

Ok now i am starting to get mad about this. yesterdays news good...todays news even better...yet the stock looks like it will see RED again today. What do investors want from them. Anyway has anybody been keeping tack of how the auctions are going. Yesterday they raffled off the most i have seen yet...over 1k in prizes...today they will easily do the same too with some bigger prizes such as a plasma tv. making to the browse link. I keep refreshing the page and each time more tickets are purchased. GOOD NEWS with such little advertising if you ask me. IP: Logged |
