SHORT HISTORY OF AERO EXHAUST The Aero Exhaust Company was formed in 1999 in order to develop an idea for a new type of vehicle exhaust. The Aero Exhaust company has evolved from a couple of reducers built in a garage, to a global manufacturing and distribution company with the most technologically advanced muffler in the world today. After three years of research and development the Aero Exhaust was finally perfected. In January of 2003, the company began aggressively marketing the Aero Exhaust product in its current form. The Aero Exhaust product has been met with enormous industry acceptance and demand. The Aero Exhaust has been approved for a US patent (patent 6,679,351) on its innovations and development in the exhaust industry. A BREAKTHROUGH IN HIGH PERFORMANCE EXHAUST TECHNOLOGY! When the incoming exhaust air stream enters the Aero Exhaust it is rapidly expanded and split via an airfoil cone with an orifice similar to a jet engine. The outer airflow velocity is increased due to the increased distance the outer air must travel. The higher density inner air stream also creates a low pressure vacuum in the outer expansion chamber that assists in drawing the air out of the exhaust pipe. The outer air stream accelerates as it recombines with the inner air stream. The recombining of the air streams muffles the exhaust sound and increases the exhaust flow. Thus allowing your engine to breathe easier and dramatically increases your vehicles performance.
The Turbine series as well as the Turbine XL series allows for more efficient combustion to create added power instead of simply dumping more fuel into your engine. Aero Exhaust achieves incredible performance and improved gas mileage while creating the smoothest low throaty turbo sound on the market.
The company evolved this technology into a new exciting stainless product line designed and manufactured completely out of T-304 stainless steel.

FYI - there are a couple of people that have been manipulating the crap out of the price - large holders. I believe once the 8K comes out, they will stop flipping and let it run. All IMHO.
Good luck, and hello all!

the manipulation screwed some already I believe.
there was a large sell earlier last week that caused a nice drop and then a nice bounce. The person selling didn't have the chance to see the news that they were waiting for come out that evening. needless to say, some had to buy back in just in case. This is how I see it, and glad it happened, because it opened the door for some bottom feeders like myself.
FCCN looks like it should move along nicely.

I think we will have a strong close today since the 8K comes out tomorrow.

Lol, if Aero has revenues over 2 million I'll be surprised.
And if FCCN shareholders get more than 10% I'll be even more surprised.
My prediction; revenues around 1.5 million, growth rate of 10% and FCCN shareholders get 5 - 9%.
Then after the pps completely collapses to sub-penny, there will be a 100:1 R/S.
Again all my opinion. But hey GGI made out really well over the past year, Aero got a nice 1.9 mil payday, and the FCCN management made some cash as well.
Smart traders who flipped this pancake did well this year also. So it's not all bad, lol.

And just to say...those are my 'best case' scenario numbers. It could be a lot worse in my opinion!

Wow, you would give up on a load at .016 and a run to .023?
Or are you just thinking that the resistance of .023 will be the breaking point when this goes higher?

Look, I was hoping I would be wrong here. But the fact is the FCCN is always a few days late, but they get it done eventually.
I'm pretty sure that the 8K will be out AH on Friday, of course the stock will tank tomorrow. The MM's will kill this tomorrow. But if that 8K is decent it will run hard on Monday.
FCCN however has really mishandled this, the pps should be over .05 right now. Several things killed it:
# 1. The 10K delay
# 2. The merger completion announcement AH, should have been pre-market Friday. It gave the bashers a chance to develop a tactic - which they did by focusing on a 2 year old law suit.
# 3. The 8K not being filed on time today.
These 3 things tell me that FCCN management is not to aware of how the Pinks work. Maybe they don't care, maybe Aero is worth 50 million and is heading through the roof.
I don't know, all I know is that if I were running things:
# 1. The 10K would have been filed on time.
# 2. The merger announcement would have been at 9:15am Friday to throw off the bashers

Franchise Capital Corporation Issues Comment on Status of 8-K With Details of Aero Exhaust Acquisition Franchise Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FCCN) today issued a statement on the status of the Current Report on Form 8-K that includes details of its acquisition of Aero Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner.
"The Form 8-K is a comprehensive filing that includes financial information audited by our independent auditing firm and a review by legal counsel that has been retained specifically for the 8-K," stated Bryan Hunsaker, chief executive officer of Franchise Capital and Aero Exhaust. "We realize that there has been a great deal of interest generated by the acquisition of Aero Exhaust by Franchise Capital, and all parties involved in finalizing the 8-K are working hard to complete and file it as soon as possible, so the details of this transaction can be disclosed to our shareholders and the public markets."
The definitive agreement regarding the acquisition of Aero Exhaust by Franchise Capital was executed in January 2007, and at that time, Franchise Capital announced that it expected to exchange up to 95% of its total issued and outstanding capital stock in exchange for all of Aero Exhaust's issued and outstanding shares. Franchise Capital provided $1.9 million in financing in the form of a commercial loan to Aero as part of the transaction. The value of the loan and any accrued interest were converted into Aero Exhaust common stock as part of the share exchange, which increased the percentage of the public company's issued and outstanding common stock retained by Franchise Capital shareholders. The final number of shares exchanged, including the additional percentage retained by Franchise Capital shareholders, will be included in the 8-K filing.
The 8-K will also include the audited financials of Aero Exhaust and additional detailed information on the company.
