Good to see that you are still around Benjiman. I am just lurking in the background for a bit with my shares in my pocket. I made out on a run with NTCI two days ago. That gave me some more cash for FCCN shares at .005. Because of this I am going to ride my shares and will not be tempted to sell.

Good luck to you and every one involved. Right now I am at 450,000 shares that the MM's can't play with for some time.

still holding my freebies as well fellas.

I debated on throwing more capital in but for now I am happy with my position.

Been in for almost a year now and all I have are some stinkin freebies LOL.

Sounds like the "went on vacation and all I got was this lousy T-shirt" phrase...

FCCN (.0055) Franchise Capital Corporation Announces Successful Exhibit at SEMA Show and Reports Strong Interest in Dr. Gas Products From Automotive Supply Distributors

Thursday, November 15 2007 9:01 AM, EST Market Wire "US Press Releases "
MURRIETA, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 11/15/07 -- Franchise Capital Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FCCN), which recently closed its acquisition of Aero Exhaust, Inc. , a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and NASCAR Performance Partner, today announced the successful joint exhibit of Aero Exhaust and Dr. Gas., Inc. at the 2007 SEMA Show and reported strong interest in the piping and tubing products of Dr. Gas, Inc. from automotive aftermarket product distributors, including those that currently distribute Aero products.
The SEMA Show (http://www.semashow.com), which was held Tuesday, October 30 - Friday, November 2, 2007 at the Las Vegas Convention Center, is the premier automotive specialty performance products trade event in the world featuring performance, accessories, restoration and motorsports products.
Representatives from Aero Exhaust and Dr. Gas, Inc. attended the SEMA Show, including Dr. Gas, Inc. founder and CEO Boyd Butler. Members of Aero Exhaust's marketing department who attended the SEMA Show reported that regional warehouse distributors of automotive supply products articulated a strong interest in distributing Dr. Gas, Inc. products, specifically its piping and oval tubing products.
"At the SEMA Show, a number of regional warehouse distributors, including those with established relationships with Aero Exhaust to distribute our products, expressed a strong interest in carrying Dr. Gas products as soon as possible. It was apparent from the feedback we received at the show that there is widespread interest in the products of both Aero Exhaust and Dr. Gas in the automotive performance supply industry, and that the synergies between the two companies will provide significant opportunities for cross-marketing and promotion," stated Justin Andersen, warehouse sales manager for Aero Exhaust, Inc.
"The SEMA Show was a successful event, and we are now following up with the numerous distributors who visited the booth and look forward to entering into discussions with them related to the supply of Dr. Gas products, while we move forward with our expected acquisition of Dr. Gas and execute the integration strategy between the two companies. The automotive performance supply industry clearly understands the potential of Aero Exhaust and Dr. Gas working together, and we will take every opportunity to increase the profile of both companies under the banner of a single public company," commented Bryan Hunsaker, chief executive officer of Franchise Capital Corporation and Aero Exhaust, Inc.

Very fluffy, but they need to do something here.

The 'Good news' is that there has been NO dilution here by the company - that makes this a buy at this level imo.

I agree sir Smelly. Their last 2 PRs have been fluffy but atleast they have been positive and since there hasn't been any dilution I still think they are heading the right way. I would rather they give us PR's with out names of interested companies rather than they name a bunch of people interested and come up with nothing. Respectable IMO.

True, but they are always late with their PR's. That's the only reason I suspect them not releasing it today.

I don't know here now, .004, This thing could collapse to the .000s pretty quickly. I'm holding off on buying.

Man do I feel bad for people who bought over .025, they aren't going to see that for a long time if ever.

I think people who bought in the .01 - .015 range may have half a chance to walk away from this break even if they put through the Dr. Gas Def.

If that Dr. Gas deal falls that will be the end of this stock forever.

I came in at .025 originally. I averaged down to .011 then to .072 but now it cost to much for me to double up so I am stuck with .072

Sheesh, where down to .004 and theres pressure on the Ask. This is where I have to think about selling to mitigate loss and buy it back when I think it bottoms out.

I would say .0001 soon, and then Aero will go bankrupt. I think the Dr. Gas thing is BS, they just wrote up an LOI to stave off some selling after the 8K. Hunsaker should not be running this company, he's a terrible CEO in my opinion.

Rough day today. I don't see this going up in price anytime soon. If we do rebound from these prices a bit I may consider selling and then getting back in at these lower prices. I do have a good number of shares and have lost a good chunk of cash so far.

Hey Moneyx3! Thank ya Kind sir!

For the record...I'm not in... [Wink]

I was hopin' that maybe some that were in would:

~look at the shares that FCCN has diluted [Mad]
~look at the current PPS [Mad]

~see the possiblity that FCCN could very well throw a few more shares into the market

~Be open to the possibly that all this volume is the company selling/diluting...every day. [Eek!]

I have learned...Sometimes it is better to cut your losses and move on...or you can hold and HOPE...(which I have done plenty of times and kicked my butt 99% of the time)
I'd only be holding right now if I had totally "free shares"
But then again...miracles do happen...and maybe it will...GLTA! [Smile]
