I'll 2nd that Jenna! Now for the OEM's, the current 3Q revs, the Dr Gas acquisition finalization, the symbol change, etc. Bottom line - nice to be part of something real! The best to all!

Bought in at .0075 with $1200 on Friday. The charts look very good and I like the recent news. This should be a good base to move ahead on. Good luck to all involved

I was able to procure a very large sum of shares at .006 when the cowards were selling like fools.

I have my negatives on this, but come on this is easy money now. I'm sure Aero and Dr. Gas are not at SEMA this week for the french fries.

IR keeps putting out positive PR's, at .008 this is still severely undervalued. It should be at .05 imo.

All I know is if we close under .009 I am doubling up again tomorrow hoping to get my average down from .0111 to around .009

I bought it at .025 so it's been nothing but damage control for the past few weeks.

I'll admit it - I've been flipping this stock back and forth like a pancake at IHOP all year.

And I've made a lot of money doing so, I bought in for another flip, I expect to run to 3 cents again in 2007.

Look at the chart for the past year, it's been a dream stock to flip.

I can appreciate everyone who has been involved in this stock for awhile. I am new to this one and hope to learn from everyone here. FCCN came up on my radar when it gained 25 or 30% a couple of days ago. With the past history and what the charts look like, I believe that we have establshed a base and have lots of room to move in the right direction on this undervalued stock. The candlesticks look very good for this to move ahead. Hope I can help out the cause along with everyone involved

I don't understand how things occur under the bid. Like a few moments ago we were at .009 and the Bid was .0085 with an ask of .009 yet 110910 shares moved for .008 Why would someone sell for less than what they could get......?

CNBC reports: 35 billion $$ business ... 75%of new car buyers add "parts" to customize their cars ... consumers want to customize their vehicles at the dealerships ... auto makers want piece of the action.

I would think given an option list to choose from, a "part" like Aero offers, should be a high priority given todays gas/oil prices.

MURRIETA, CA, Oct 31, 2007 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- Franchise Capital
Corporation (PINKSHEETS: FCCN) which recently closed its acquisition of Aero
Exhaust, Inc., a world leader in performance exhaust airflow technology and
NASCAR Performance Partner, today announced the initiation of an integration
strategy that will allow Aero Exhaust to immediately begin combining specified
aspects of its operations with Dr. Gas, Inc. Franchise Capital has entered into
an initial agreement to acquire 100% of the common stock of Dr. Gas, Inc., in
part to make use of Dr. Gas' manufacturing, design and engineering capabilities
to increase the availability of Aero's product lines.

A preliminary 23-item integration strategy has been drafted, which includes both
production and marketing elements. Several of Aero's diesel exhaust systems have
already been delivered to the Dr. Gas manufacturing facility in Sandy, Utah, and
tooling for the fabrication of Aero's diesel kits is underway.

In add i tion to the manufacturing integration, Aero Exhaust and Dr. Gas, Inc.
have begun combined marketing and promotion efforts, beginning with the 2007
SEMA Show, which begins this week in Las Vegas, Nevada. Aero Exhaust will
exhibit with Dr. Gas, Inc., at the SEMA Show from Tuesday, October 30 through
Friday, November 2, 2007 at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The SEMA Show
(http://www.semashow.com) is the premier automotive specialty performance
products trade event in the world featuring performance, accessories,
restoration and motorsports products. Aero's booth number for the show is 21036.

"Even as we move forward to reach a definitive agreement to acquire Dr. Gas,
Inc., we are concurrently initiating an integration strategy that makes the most
effective use of the synergies between Aero Exhaust and Dr. Gas," Bryan
Hunsaker, chief executive officer of Franchise Capital. "With the demand for
Aero's products, particularly the diesel ex h aust kits, currently outpacing the
available supply, ramping up production is an immediate priority. This process
has begun, and we will continue to expand the tooling and fabrication efforts
through Dr. Gas, Inc.

"We also recognize the need to begin marketing the combined capabilities of Aero
and Dr. Gas under the banner of a single public company to the automotive
performance automotive supply market. The exhaust market is a very cyclical
market, and we are using this opportunity ramp up for the 2008 season, and the
SEMA Show is just the beginning of these efforts," Mr. Hunsaker added.

You would think but we went down instead of up again. This is one backwards stock. On the bright side I got the rest of my fill at .008

Now let's just hope for some bad news so it goes up....

Glad to see that you got your order filled at .008
I might have thought that the price may have gone up a bit today with the news release but the release was mainly about which direction the company was heading rather than concrete profits. It is nice to see that everything is being put in place and they have a good marketing plan for the near future.

I do like fact that the PPS is gaining slowly and firming up the support base. We should get some good profits in the near future.

I feel the same way Brain. I saw one fill at .007 today for 20000 and a few others picked up some at .0075 but I am happy with my .008

The charts look really good and we have been closing either even or .0005 up so things seem steady.

The overall market was hurting today. Seven out of the nine stocks I hold are in the red.

I bought in at .0075 last week so I am down a bit. Since I am new to FCCN I did set aside some funds to average down and double my shares. I was going to use these funds to average down or throw in if we had a run.

I do believe that today was just an off day for FCCN and most other stocks.

Well now, I didn't know if the site was ever coming back up. Anyhow, no SEMA news yet. I hear from some that its a good thing because if they made any deals they would need time to get things in order before releasing it. Makes sense to me anyways. Im in to buy more at .006

I bought some more at .0065 yesterday. Right now I am sitting with just a little over 350,000 shares. I will be putting these aside for some time as that uses up my spare money on this one.

Good luck with buying some more at .006 Benjiman

Sadly enough it keeps teetering between .0055 and .006

We need some good news.

This is just getting uglier every single day that goes by, very sad.

They put out decent PR's but it's not helping at all.

I have to think the company is just dumping as many shares as possible into the float. Pretty amazing to read Ihub about a month ago and then now.

People that were strong longs have become more negative than the bashers. And the bashers are all gone....

I've seen this happen so so many times; GZFX, CSHD, SLJB, the list goes on and on and we can now officially add FCCN to the hall of fame of Pink Sheet POS!

Good luck if you are still in this play.

There comes a point when you have to take your losses and try to find another winner somewhere. I think people are abandoning ship here and looking for better plays.

I will have to remain as a mid term or long on this one. I invested what I could afford to loose and will put my shares to bed until it comes back around. I believe that it is shorter term than everyone is thinking at this point. Good luck to everyone involved

Guess the site has been down for a couple of days. Am I the only one left in this stock. On the bright side the charts show the minor walk down for a couple of days. They also show support at .006 with buying pressure. Hopefully this will be a platform to see some upward direction.

Yeah it seemed the site had some technical difficulties. I had to resort to reading the trash talk on iHub but there was nothing useful there.

Still waiting on a PR. I looked at the PR's for last month and they didn't have a period this long without one the whole month. I think we are back to wait mode for a while honestly. I would like to think the news coming out in the next few weeks would help but it didn't last time.
