MM Manipulation. Newness didnt wear off. 3 days is all the MM have to cover (from what I've been told) then the explosion will happen. Seeing a couple mirror trades...

IMO- symbol change won't be much of a deal- maybe draw new attention. Shorts have probably already covered- they have had plenty of time. Not to say it won't be shorted on the small run next week caused by new interest. But mostly everybody is frontloaded on this one, I think.
The longs are waiting for finacials- projected earnings, buy back, uplisting, etc. then .01.

Finished green again. .0012 GO EFGO! If there isnt any shorts then why are teh MM holding this back? They take it down on buys and are doing mirror trades. Somethings going on, just glad we finished up.
Im long. Waiting for financials, uplisting ect. then $1.00!!

Zero, it's been my experience (or I overheard it somewhere, one of those) that shorts don't cover when you think they will. They won't cover when the price is low and they have the chance like a normal person would because they are banking that they will never have to cover at all.
They have to be forced, almost at gun point.
Also to be considered is that every single holder of an underperforming stock thinks there's millions of shorted shares and they are being manipulated and held down.
If Garr is what his fans think he is, this stock will do fine with or without a short squeeze.

Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (EFGO.PK) Announces Completion of Global-Vision Purchase Monday April 16, 6:00 am ET
LAS VEGAS, NV, April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Esprit Financial Group Inc. (ESPRIT) (formerly Cash Now Corporation - CHNW.PK) www.espritfinancialgroup.com is pleased to announce all of the contractual conditions and obligations for the acquisition of Global Vision are now complete, and Esprit now has operational control of the Company.
Mr. Garr Winters noted that; "The last remaining obligations of the purchase agreement have now been fulfilled. All parties have signed off on all of the required documents and we are now in legal control of the Company. The last administrative step of ratifying the agreement in court is a formality that will be taken care of in due course.
Now that the acquisition is complete, Jack Chang and I will be meeting in Texas later today to set up the banking relationships that Jack has developed on our behalf. We anticipate that matters will proceed quickly, and hope to have these initial relationships formalized within several days."
Winters added; "Esprit is acquiring all of the intellectual properties, processes and services that have been developed within Global Vision. We are most specifically interested in the key services that have been identified to date, including;
- Check 21 processing. - EM2 electronic funds management and international transfer capabilities. - International stored value debit cards and branded prepaid Visa cards."
There also appears to be some additional service capabilities that have recently been developed of interest to Esprit. Mr. Winters and Mr. Chang will be discussing these over the next week or so. Esprit anticipates making one or two additional announcements on these services as appropriate.
Winters further notes; "Esprit will also retain non-exclusive license rights on all of the additional intellectual properties that may not be immediately of interest to us in our core business sectors. These may be spun off with the remaining shell Company, or may be sold separately to third parties. We will be working with Jack to determine the best course of action."
The spin-off of Global Vision will require completion of additional financial and legal filings to bring the corporate records into full SEC compliance, and we have retained consultants to complete this work. We anticipate that it may take several months to complete this process, and prepare the corporate shell for sale in a Reverse Takeover or similar transaction.
Mr. Chang advised; "This is an exciting point in time. There have been a number of business contracts that we at Global Vision simply did not have the resources to close. Now that the acquisition is complete, Esprit brings those much needed resources, and I am quite optimistic about the opportunity to begin closing some of these deals in a relatively short time frame. Garr and I will have a busy week, to say the least."

Any of you guys notice the difference in LEVEL II? UBSS with his unlimited size has moved the ask from 0013 to 002.
Only 1 MM at 0013 and the next is at 002. This could be huge.
I have watched the level II on this one for quite some time. Before the ticker change the spread was always an uptick away and now the spread is huge. Trying to slow down the volume maybe.
I think this change in level II is telling us something here and I think the PPS will go up soon.

Like they always do. I dont understand that one. They leave 1 at ask and before it should go up, more MM come back to ask.
Manipulation.
Anyone know whats up with the bids going through at 12 in blue(Scottrade T&S) then the ask goes to .0012 a bunch of buys, another blue 12 and then ask at .0013 again...???
