The Town Hall provides a forum within which shareholders and other stakeholders can pose questions to management about various business activities and achievements pertaining to Esprit. Queries from interested investors can be submitted via the enquiry form on the Town Hall page at www.espritfinancialgroup.com.
The Company will post and respond to questions that are representative of the questions submitted. For obvious reasons, questions will be screened for language, and moderated to prevent abuse.
The Company's IR department will try to ensure that popular questions are answered within 4 - 5 business days.

Hey Brackep!! excellent question - I sent them an e-mail asking they post the same thing a couple weeks ago and never got a response - guess they thought enough people were asking for the same thing! sweeeet! I like that you don't have to register to be able to read the questions and after seeing some of these companies that use a bl0g imo this is the way to go. however - if you send in a challenging question and it isn't posted and you don't get a reply in a resonable amount of time could be a bad signal.

QUESTION: I would like to see more transparency. On the website you could add management’s bio’s to the investor relations page, a real-time share count of Authorized, Outstanding, and Restricted stock, the Transfer Agent’s info, and management’s stake of restricted shares.
RESPONSE: We will be posting bios for key executives, as we are in the process of updating this website. For share information, you can refer to our Pink sheets listings. This is updated regularly.
