Posted by binnocent on :

I don't know about To Da MOOOON! LOL

But here is the reason I think this has a good chance for decent run tomorrow. As CHNW opens as EFGO tomorrow everybody will be able to buy easily as EFGO. Those holding CHNW likely will not be able to sell right away online. Most will have to call in to their Brokers. Just normal procedure for symbol changes with the likes of Scottrade etc. This will cause a lack of supply if volume starts coming in on the new EFGO symbol. Thus creating a run. Where that goes is any bodies guess. No guarantees with these pinks. It's all about supply and demand. The lack of shares available for quick sales can create the run. Just my opinion based on watching these before. So I'm taking my chances. Still holding 1 million free and just bought 1 mil more as soon as the name change was gonna happen for sure and will try to buy another mil tomorrow morning as EFGO!!!!

Good Luck All!

I think the big difference here is how easy it is to verify everything being said/done. Its not just a bunch of BS that may or may not be true, they are following through and you can see it happening. I'm long on this one.

Invalid, I wasnt saying that efgo was bhub. It isnt in any way. I was saying that I agreed with binocent that this may have a good day tomorrow. I was also saying that I had thought that of another stock and i was wrong. I think it will rise tomorrow. I dont think it will rise on "shorts" having to cover. They have had 2 weeks to do so. I think it will go up because of the name change. If there is any problems with the name change with the brokers then I will be buying more. TMAN...

Yeppers.

Go EFGO GO GO GO!

The follow through and value of the company will make it rise, the name change just supports that value the company has and the trust they are building with shareholders.

Ok lets dissect this.
Ticker change recently= That usually lights a fire.
Board buzz is friggen insane= That usually lights a fire.
EOD numbers for CHNW looked poised for a launch.
The company isn't valued for much. And tomorrow is Friday the 13th. WTF is goin on here?

I want to know what is attracting other people? Someone help me please. This one just doesn't shine for me until I factor in board hype. What did I miss? Not counting the ticker change.
I am still a newb trying to learn this stuff but I see no real logic to follow other than mob mentality. Is this how these stocks work?

- share buy back announcement (around 1 billion, maybe more, I personally think 1.5 to 2 billion IMO)
- revenue streams from many divisions (check PR's)
- frankfurt listing
- japan, china, europe, africa, ... deals
- merger with OTCBB company
- upcoming financials
- backing support from major bank(s)
- ... all the stuff I forgot to mention

AWESOME EFG0 (formerly CHNW) news this morning..
Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (EFGO.PK) Sells Its Position in Mono Bank
Friday April 13, 6:00 am ET

http://biz.yahoo.com/prnews/070413/to494.html?.v=17

LAS VEGAS, April 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Esprit Financial Group Inc. (ESPRIT) (formerly Cash Now Corporation - CHNW.PK) www.espritfinancialgroup.com announced that it has sold its position in Mono Bank PLC http://www.monobankplc.com a UK based investment bank.

Garr Winters, Esprit's CEO said, "The previous management originally anticipated that a small new bank such as Mono Bank could be used to offer back-end services for some of the new products being offered by Esprit, such as international funds clearing and the Forex currency exchange business. The acquisition of Global-Vision, and particularly the addition of Jack Chang to the Esprit management team, has made this relationship redundant."

Winters added, "Jack Chang is extremely well-respected in the Financial Institution sector, and brings a strong network of relationships that can better serve our interests. As head of the Company's Advanced Electronic Funds Transfer division, Mr. Chang is expanding Esprit's USA based banking relationships. He is also bringing new relationships to the Company with offshore banks currently providing back-office support for leading edge products such as the proprietary EM2 service, that facilitates a wide variety of international funds transfers."

Esprit plans to use the proceeds of the sale of Mono, as well as the previously announced sale of Global Vision, to retire corporate debt and partly to fund a share buy back program. These two separate dispositions could represent a share buyback of as much as several hundred million shares.

Mr. Winters concluded, "It is our aspiration to tighten the float in the long run, while we continue to build shareholder value through the recently launched financial services divisions which are highly complementary to our original core business and expertise."

MM Manipulation. Newness didnt wear off. 3 days is all the MM have to cover (from what I've been told) then the explosion will happen. Seeing a couple mirror trades...

Posted by ZeroCool on :

IMO- symbol change won't be much of a deal- maybe draw new attention. Shorts have probably already covered- they have had plenty of time. Not to say it won't be shorted on the small run next week caused by new interest. But mostly everybody is frontloaded on this one, I think.

The longs are waiting for finacials- projected earnings, buy back, uplisting, etc. then .01.

Posted by Invaliderror on :

Finished green again. .0012 GO EFGO! If there isnt any shorts then why are teh MM holding this back? They take it down on buys and are doing mirror trades. Somethings going on, just glad we finished up.

Im long. Waiting for financials, uplisting ect. then $1.00!!

Posted by kermit42 on :

Zero, it's been my experience (or I overheard it somewhere, one of those) that shorts don't cover when you think they will. They won't cover when the price is low and they have the chance like a normal person would because they are banking that they will never have to cover at all.

They have to be forced, almost at gun point.

Also to be considered is that every single holder of an underperforming stock thinks there's millions of shorted shares and they are being manipulated and held down.

If Garr is what his fans think he is, this stock will do fine with or without a short squeeze.

Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (EFGO.PK) Announces Garr Winters and Jack Chang Meeting in Texas

LAS VEGAS, April 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Esprit Financial Group Inc. (ESPRIT) (formerly Cash Now Corporation - CHNW.PK) www.espritfinancialgroup.com advises that Esprit CEO Garr Winters and Jack Chang, head of the Company's Advanced Electronic Funds Management (AEFM) division will be meeting in Texas, beginning Monday, April 16th, 2007.
The two executives will have a busy schedule over the first half of the week, closing the Global-Vision purchase, as well as meeting with key banks who will be providing back-end services for some of the electronic funds management products. This includes 'Cash Now 21' check clearing services and stored value card products. Mr. Winters noted that, "By mid-week, we expect to have put in place key banking resources to support some of our key international funds transfer products. Once that is accomplished, we will be in a position to close some of the outstanding deals for these services, and would expect to announce some Agreements in Principle and Letters of Intent for new business by the end of April. These are new business contracts that have not previously been announced or discussed, in keeping with our desire to be conservative in our projections and announcements". Mr. Winters added, "We don't want to let our enthusiasm get the better of us, but I feel comfortable saying that the AEFM division will be ramping up activity within a 30-45 day time frame. We have literally had some potential clients pushing pretty hard to turn on the switch to become fully operational. With our new ticker symbol in place, the clock starts ticking as of now. Jack Chang has been very busy behind the scenes, and has positioned this new division in a very able manner. Leveraging our corporate resources, Jack is ready to hit the ground running, as soon as all the i's are dotted and t's crossed".

Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (EFGO.PK) Announces Completion of Global-Vision Purchase
Monday April 16, 6:00 am ET

LAS VEGAS, NV, April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Esprit Financial Group Inc. (ESPRIT) (formerly Cash Now Corporation - CHNW.PK) www.espritfinancialgroup.com is pleased to announce all of the contractual conditions and obligations for the acquisition of Global Vision are now complete, and Esprit now has operational control of the Company.

Mr. Garr Winters noted that; "The last remaining obligations of the purchase agreement have now been fulfilled. All parties have signed off on all of the required documents and we are now in legal control of the Company. The last administrative step of ratifying the agreement in court is a formality that will be taken care of in due course.

Now that the acquisition is complete, Jack Chang and I will be meeting in Texas later today to set up the banking relationships that Jack has developed on our behalf. We anticipate that matters will proceed quickly, and hope to have these initial relationships formalized within several days."

Winters added; "Esprit is acquiring all of the intellectual properties, processes and services that have been developed within Global Vision. We are most specifically interested in the key services that have been identified to date, including;

- Check 21 processing.
- EM2 electronic funds management and international transfer
capabilities.
- International stored value debit cards and branded prepaid Visa
cards."

There also appears to be some additional service capabilities that have recently been developed of interest to Esprit. Mr. Winters and Mr. Chang will be discussing these over the next week or so. Esprit anticipates making one or two additional announcements on these services as appropriate.

Winters further notes; "Esprit will also retain non-exclusive license rights on all of the additional intellectual properties that may not be immediately of interest to us in our core business sectors. These may be spun off with the remaining shell Company, or may be sold separately to third parties. We will be working with Jack to determine the best course of action."

The spin-off of Global Vision will require completion of additional financial and legal filings to bring the corporate records into full SEC compliance, and we have retained consultants to complete this work. We anticipate that it may take several months to complete this process, and prepare the corporate shell for sale in a Reverse Takeover or similar transaction.

Mr. Chang advised; "This is an exciting point in time. There have been a number of business contracts that we at Global Vision simply did not have the resources to close. Now that the acquisition is complete, Esprit brings those much needed resources, and I am quite optimistic about the opportunity to begin closing some of these deals in a relatively short time frame. Garr and I will have a busy week, to say the least."

They have to be forced, almost at gun point.

Also to be considered is that every single holder of an underperforming stock thinks there's millions of shorted shares and they are being manipulated and held down.

If Garr is what his fans think he is, this stock will do fine with or without a short squeeze.

kermie- can you clarify under what circumstances short's wouldn't cover...unfamiliar. Thank you in advance.

Any of you guys notice the difference in LEVEL II?
UBSS with his unlimited size has moved the ask from 0013 to 002.

Only 1 MM at 0013 and the next is at 002. This could be huge.

I have watched the level II on this one for quite some time. Before the ticker change the spread was always an uptick away and now the spread is huge. Trying to slow down the volume maybe.

I think this change in level II is telling us something here and I think the PPS will go up soon.

Never mind UBSS just came back to 0013.

Like they always do. I dont understand that one. They leave 1 at ask and before it should go up, more MM come back to ask.

Manipulation.

Anyone know whats up with the bids going through at 12 in blue(Scottrade T&S) then the ask goes to .0012 a bunch of buys, another blue 12 and then ask at .0013 again...???

Short covers are very difficult to force. That's why there are so many more anticipated then realized. The 2 ways to force it are a huge MOMO run that drives up the price so that they have to buy back the shares to try and limit their losses and/or some other event such as a dividend issuance that the shorts would be responsible for on their shorted shares.

Absent one of those forcing events (and the MOMO one is particualrly difficult because the shorters can further short into the run), the shorts NEVER have to cover. And most of the time they never are covered.

The most common short issue is the fail to deliver--MMs selling shares the don't have. Technically, they have 13 days to cover, but that can be extended indefinately by shuffling the shorted shares around between market makers.

It's a problem in the stock market as a whole and a huge one on the pink sheets. I've seen passed around a link to some professor who describes how MMs actually, consciously destroy companies by shorting the stock price down to nothing.

Another poster here probably has it saved and can send it to you.

Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (EFGO.PK) To Expand Presence in Forex Trading
Tuesday April 17, 2:03 pm ET

LAS VEGAS, NV, April 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Esprit Financial Group Inc. (ESPRIT) (EFGO.PK) www.espritfinancialgroup.com has made a strategic decision to create additional vertical integration for its Forex division, headed by Richard Sciacchetano. The Company is looking for the Forex division to become one of the major pillars in its electronic financial products portfolio, after recently launching its Forex Website as an Introducing Broker for Advanced Markets.
Mr. Sciacchetano noted that, "In order to fully realize the potential gross margins from the forex trading sector, we will need to go beyond the introducing broker role, and become a broker-dealer and/or FCM, as well as registering with the NFA. The window of opportunity is here, and we believe we can expand our products service capabilities to capture a greater percentage of the revenue stream from retail Forex trading."

Garr Winters, Esprit CEO noted that, "We have senior management consensus that this is one of the core businesses that best fit our model. Over the next month or two, we will be evaluating potential entry approaches to deepen our service capabilities. We have several options available:

- Purchase a broker-dealer with Forex expertise
- Acquisition of a Company such as our strategic partner Advanced
Markets that is already established with a licensed trading platform
and the requisite credentials as an FCM and member of the NFA.
- Build our own broker-dealer capabilities through strategic hires into
the division."

Winters added, "At this point, we are leaning to one of the latter two strategies, which provide a much better return on investment than the outright purchase of a dealer-broker. Initial discussions have been initiated in a serious manner, although it will take a while to agree to general terms and ultimately perform the due diligence required before choosing one of the strategic options and subsequently closing a deal. While I am in Texas with Jack Chang, Richard will be moving forward on the Forex front. Once the whole team is all back from the various business trips, this week we will sit down in a more structured environment and evaluate the options in front of us, and re-prioritize the different projects. My time with Jack will allow us to develop some clearer time lines for rollout of the AEFM division services. We will also report back on some of the new opportunities within the original Payday Loan division."

Additionally, Winters added, "Things have been going at break-neck speed over the last couple of months. Once we are all back at Head Office, we will meet as a group, establishing timelines and priorities over the number of initiatives recently announced. To a certain extent, this will be driven by the concept of harvesting 'low hanging fruit', and lock up some contracts that will demonstrate the best potential for short term revenue. There may be some additional surprises in terms of new product service capabilities within our core business sectors, but this will be driven by rigorous analysis and due diligence."

On a closing note, Winters added, "We are consistent in our focus on building shareholder value. I as well as some of our senior manages intend to see our stock compensation increase dramatically through the year."

Winters summarized: "Simply put, our target has not shifted. We have specifically identified business deals pending, and we are putting the necessary service capabilities in place to handle these products as soon as possible. Shareholders will need to show some patience as we put these contracts together. We will continue to distribute timely information in a transparent manner to the best of our abilities."

could be some VERY MEATY PR's next few days!

excerpt:

All buys today, and it's tanking. From 0014 to 0008 2 days later. This really is starting to look like a POS. Hoping for anything to get this back up to 001 bid so I can dump this before it goes right back down despite great news. I don't see anyway how this will do good long term. I get in initially at 001 and nothing but great news since then. It's at 0008x0009 6 weeks later. This occasionally goes up briefly on good news and tanks right back to where it was before. Seems all it's good for is to get it low and flip when it goes up a few points. I have seen nothing at all about this stock that makes me optimistic of the future.

Posted by dalton05 on :

I Agree with you Mindspin - I have been trading these stocks for a long time and all the PR's that come out never seems to mention Numbers. That's what this stock needs is for them to tell us what the numbers are because IMHO they can fluff PR us to death but unless they tell us how much they are making or even an est.then this is going to do nothing but go down.Maybe a couple of up days but will settle back down.

Posted by ZeroCool on :

If you don't see the circumstance of this stock- get out now! Then...in July- you can kick yourself in the arse!

But, for those who still have faith- hold on! If you are worried about why it is "tanking"- recognize this; MM's are keeping this down as long as they can- to get more shares. EFGO "IS" buying back shares- they will not release "awesome" news until they have hit there target. Remember- EFGO's share and financial structure was not conducive to the growth they wish to achieve, and the financing they are trying to close.

The following is IMO;

Remember "fluff" pr's are just FYI for shareholder's, and it is building like a shaken soda can. It will explode by end of June.

Take this next statement as you will; "EFGO will be trading above .30 by August"

Press Release Source: Esprit Financial Group

Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (EFGO.PK) Open Letter to Shareholders
Wednesday April 18, 11:45 am ET

LAS VEGAS, April 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Esprit Financial Group Inc. (ESPRIT) (EFGO.PK) www.espritfinancialgroup.com CEO Garr Winters provides update on Corporate activities in open letter to Shareholders;

April 17th was a roller coaster ride, with over 200 million shares
traded. The price per share was all over the map. Now that I'm back at
the hotel, I wanted to take a few minutes to discuss the status of our
plans, and where we are taking this Company.

First and foremost, I think we have developed enough of a track record to
establish that we are not selling hype, or creating some "pump and dump"
scenario. My compensation, as well as other senior management, is tied to
long term performance via restricted shares. Our goal line is still nine
months + away, and by that time, we expect to have a rock solid Company
with several complimentary revenue streams and bottom line profitability.

We are making prudent and calculated strategic moves to lay a solid
foundation for growth. But I know of no business where you can simply
'add water' and instantly have a new business division firing on all
cylinders. We are holding the course, and following through diligently on
sound business decisions based on potential ROI. Period.

Days like yesterday happen occasionally. There was tremendous volume, and
despite extreme downward pressure, the PPS did not cave. It may be
traders who wanted to flip stock as soon as the new ticker symbol worked
through the system. A significant chunk of restricted stock moved over to
free trading. The MMs may or may not be manipulating the market. Frankly,
it's not important. Our job is to build a profitable company that will go
the distance. One day of crazy trading doesn't change our focus.

Short term PPS can fluctuate at times, but even with a close at .0010,
the PPS has increased ten fold in less than three months. So yes, some
shareholders may get skittish, and take profits on a day like yesterday.
The point is, we are not in business on a day to day basis. Our planning
horizon is from 3 months to a year in most of our divisions.

More importantly, we are making excellent progress towards our goals.
However, patience is required as we build out the infrastructure and
operating procedures for our various divisions.

I'm down in Texas working with Jack Chang to set up relationships with
partners that know and value the quality of his credentials. His network
provides access to excellent suppliers and strategic partners with whom
we can pick up a phone and begin discussing business on a credible basis
without extensive due diligence regarding our Company. Does that
translate to instant revenue - absolutely not. If shareholders are
expecting an announcement that we have locked up a multi-million dollar
deal within the next week or so, that's a little naive. Major deals do
not happen that quickly.

Is there a reason that we are not sharing names and revenue projections
at this stage? Absolutely. We are committed to a transparent program to
keep our shareholders in the loop, but never in a foolhardy or
unrealistic manner. We are holding back information on programs until
they become real, and have a strong likelihood of success. In the short
term, that means putting business relationship in place on the strategic
partner/supplier side. As far as whether there are business contracts
waiting to close once our business foundation is properly completed, I
can only say that we have very interested parties pushing us to become
fully operational so that we can handle their business.

But, and this is important, rushing through the process prematurely does
not serve any of our stakeholder interests. A slap dash agreement just to
put numbers on the board is not good business. We want long term
customers. We want referrals. We want an excellent reputation in our
chosen business sectors. In short - we are building credibility. We do
what we say, we say what we do.

As most of our shareholders know, we have tried to be very transparent
since I came on board in January of this year. We have been very busy
beavers broadening our product and service portfolio into strategic,
complimentary areas. There has been a lot of information to share, but
perhaps some unrealistic expectations have taken root.

So, a quick recap:

Our Payday Loan division: There are new license agreements being
negotiated for multiple locations, from previously announced Japanese
clients to smaller domestic multi-store locations. Software is being
revamped, and will be redesigned to handle foreign currencies with ease,
opening up many new international markets.

The Forex division is young. Yet our website is fully functional. We are
waiting for a couple of software modifications (mods) before rolling out
mirror sites, with the next one ready to be released as of this date.
Once completed, we will begin an online and offline marketing programs to
generate traffic and new accounts. There are plans to diversify
vertically, but these need some discussion and additional strategic
analysis. Forex trading is in a very dramatic phase of change. We will be
careful to proceed in the best way possible, after due analysis of
options and negotiations with potential acquisitions or development of
our own resources.

The AEFM division is very new, having just completed all of the requisite
conditions for the acquisition. Jack and I are wasting no time putting
key relationships in place to support the various products and services.
I will be able to provide a better time line and expectations after the
round of meetings this week. What I can say is that Jack can pick up the
phone and get through to anyone we have needed to talk to. This
tremendous amount of credibility and Goodwill is not reflected in our
financials at this stage. The value of being able to skip through the
first 6 months of back and forth, is the difference between a market
leader versus second or third in with a 'me too' product.

Our structured debt settlement services have garnered interest from
several serious potential accounts. At this point, there's nothing to
report in terms of revenue. We are going to redevelop our software
platform to accommodate this type of transaction, and must still develop
rate cards and billing policies. We're a couple of months from beta
testing. Do we feel we have a winner? Emphatically! Timing of new revenue
streams - not likely for another 120 days.

We will continue to provide information, even if there are no revenue
numbers or projections we can comfortably share. Let's remember that when
Xerox invented the photocopier, they considered the market so small and
highly specialized that it was hardly worth the bother. We can project
impressive numbers all we like. It may keep investors excited - but not
for long. As I mentioned in the beginning, we are holding the course. We
feel we are doing the right things to build true shareholder value. I'm
prepared to have my performance judged in the longer term, when we
provide realistic projections that we deliver in the real world.

A final word of thanks to the entire management and support team that
have been putting in long hours to make things happen. I am very proud of
this team of high-quality individuals, who put aside the usual petty
office politics, and work extremely well as a team focused on results.

I like peanuts

This seems worth going long with the trust they attempt to build. The only reason people are weary of this now is the lack of PPS increase. Everything done, the PPS should be higher and so you have to wonder why it isnt.

Thats all I have to say for now.

I'm not surprised it isn't running. a lot of the new money hit right after the symbol change, now imo everyone took profits and covered. to be expexted after such a short but major ride. Todays pr put everything back in perspective. my buys are untouched waiting for a dip. holding at this pps is healthy imo. mm's will have this moving soon enough imo.

GO EFGO GO!

Whats with the spread on this thing? Why would a .0008x.0011 spread prevent buying? It would prevent me from selling because i wouldnt want to sell at 8 if the ask is 11

boo hoo...just calling it how i see it...any company that PR's something every day and has 5 billion O/S is a POS.

I here ya stocktrader.. Got an order to get all but 100k out of this at .001

Let 100k ride just in case, although I doubt it will do anything.

Ask at 0011, Here's to hoping we start at 001x0011 tomorrow.

If all you look at are the number of PRs and O/S then thats all youll ever see. If you ever want to make loads of money, the trick is to find a company with value (EFGO) and go long. As the company grows the stock will follow. Most Pinks are POS and only good for flipping but like the lottery, someone is bound to win in the millions playing the game. Just need to wait. Play something else while your waiting to alleviate the impatience. It will take about 9+ months to see it grow because financials are quarterly. The CEO could bs all he wants in the PRs to pump the stock price but it doesnt create trust or value in the company. This CEO cares about the company and not the flippers, thats why this stock will start soaring as the financials start coming out with good revenues.

Ignore your pinkland thinking, it will betray you with EFGO. These are the levels at which you want to stock up on!

But as always, you might kick yourself later either way you go. JMHO.

GO efgo go...?

GO EFGO!

Folks...he is right on the money with this one. I learned quite alot over the past year that it is very risky to go long in pennyland. Take your profits...however I do hold shares here, but it is a risk I am willing to take. As far as anything else goes here in pennyland, do what you think is best for you. Be very careful though...Just look at PLYCF and INXR...What happened with those?? I took my profits when they ran, and re-invested and then lost money because of it.
JMO...of course.

Just a word of advice, if you have the capital stick with nasdaq/amex small caps...and trade pinks/ob's that you are familiar with in terms of the company and the trading patterns.

I appreciate it. I've been around here for a while, and I think people are just starting to catch on that even though I'm not perfect in my trading, I often have very low risk/high reward stocks that I invest in. I was a heavy penny trader, and made tons of money off of SLJB just to lose it on CSHD...but I have learned many lessons of dilution, corruption, lack of promises, false PR's, etc from these OB's and pinks. I do still trade pinks and OB's but on a lot smaller frequency, and only on ones Im very confident in. Sometimes for a quick daytrade Ill throw some $$ in for the hell of it if im bored. But pay attention to the hot stocks free for all section, thats where I put most of my picks. I'm not here to brag but out of my nasdaq/amex/otcbb stocks lately, I'd say 75% or more have been winners.

No sweat...I don't have much capital unfortunately but I do love this game. I wanted to pick up where a buddy of mine left off after he died in the 911 attacks when he was working for Cantor Fitz. We used to play music together in New Orleans back in the 90's...unfortunately I didn't find out till just recently...so I put down my gig bag..settled down with my girl and started trading. I work as a chef fulltime, so the money isn't all that great...so it is hard to take substantial risks on the pinks and OTC...I guess from now on...considering your risk factors are very low...I may start piggy backing your trades if that is alright with you of course.

They raised the OS from 5,000,000,000 (billion), to 11,000,000,000 (billion) in Feb.

https://esos.state.nv.us/SOSServices/AnonymousAccess/CorpSearch/corpActions.aspx ?lx8nvq=VXehRn4u%252frPF%252bYLY3RCK5g%253d%253d&CorpName=ESPRIT+FINANCIAL+GROUP +INC

This appears to be a dilution machine based on that info.

Also, their latest filing on 4/11/2007 where it says "Designation" is likely a re-designation of some common shares of the OS, into preferred shares, or something like that. Not enough DD done by me yet, but am getting there on this one....

Any Nevada company (mostly Pinks - HAHA) should be found by name in this system:

it's A/S not O/S !!!!! big difference !

the A/S raise was to prevent hostile take over

filing on 4/11/2007 has something to do with the name change that happened on 4/11/2007

You're joking right? How many times have you heard that here in pinkie land? If you're not joking, go back and find the PRs and/or filings that stated in hundreds of pink companies that the reason for the share increase is to prevent other parties from taking over the company. Sorry, heard it too many times before. It's bogus and BS.

Also, even if you belive their reason, when that share count increases, it allows the company to actually issue those shares....

I'm sure you can guess what that means for shareholders like us.

I'll be more than happy to eat my hat, as I am often wrong, and have an aquired taste for hats. H:-D

BTW: I've only been watching for a while and through the RS, not actually in it.

I'm of the belief that it will fall back to .0001 as well.

Also, this particular thread has only shown the OS as 5 billion on the posts I saw. Folks should know that's not the case, and where to find that info.

Just calling it like I see it.

O/S is only 5 billion (little less actually) you are confusing A/S with O/S ...

Call T/A and believe!

You're also talking about R/S ? EFGO did not R/S !!! Where are you finding this ?

It looks you are using the wrong sources

My best advice for you (and anyone else interested) is to call the company or the transfer agent and ask for the current A/S and O/S ...

At least get the facts right please.

Other than these responses I respect your opinions, I have mine ...

Chart is starting to look like it may run up again soon, might be a good time to jump ship if it does unless everyone wants to keep holding long. I dont think it'll go below 6 if it reaches it so buy in everyone! Spread tightened, 3 MM at .0006

No PR in two days now if we dont get one today. Could be a record if we dont get one monday either!

My gut says we are running on monday. Whether were running up or down, I dont know. JMO.

Something huge is coming either by EOD or Monday Morning!!!

BUY IT NOW. PUMP PUMP. ITS GOING TO BE HUGE!!! PUMP PUMP PUMP. YOU DONT WANT TO BE TRAILING WHEN THIS RUNS TO .002!!! PUMP.

Grow EFGO Grow! PLEASE!??! Still holding.

PS. Most people now the A/S is 11B and O/S is 5B. Its a moo point by now. I dont think anyone will beleive me that this should run up again really soon

Soon yes. If anyone is playing technicals here, it should. I dont think any lower than 6. All it needs is a PR at this time, and something solid in it too. I dont like the 7, but isnt 7 a lucky number!?!?

A/S vs. O/S - Yep, know the difference, but didn't recognize that folks were talking about the O/S being 5 bil vs. the A/S at 5 bil.

Even if O/S is currently 5 billion, the A/S increase speaks for itself as to what is about to happen.

R/S - RIGHTO! Sorry, I meant ticker/cusip change. See how wrong I am sometimes? (MUNCH, MUNCH, mmm-mm....tasty portion of hat!)

imho we have been duped again.i believe this was another classic case of a pinky getting pumped and dumped. This will probably head down to .0001 land and volume will slowly go way down and most on this board will stop talking about this.Sounds like most other stocks on this board.

From IHUB.============

I received an e-mail from the company about the O/S clarification on the e-mail received this morning by, I believe, GoVols1:

*****************************************************************
The outstanding is about 5.5 billion with 2 billion in an escrow account (not released) to close on 2 OTCBB companys. 2 not 1 ! If we dont close the OTCBB companys then this 2 billion returns to the treasury and the outstanding goes to 3.5 billion as it is now.
*****************************************************************

So O/S did not increase!

Sorry.

understand the caffeine.... in just a couple hrs it'll be counteracted with some liquid proof, BBQ and then the hot tub!

Maybe you should find a job that is not so boring like proof read MM's or see if you can get a job with EFGO.I am sure they are looking for a real go getter.

Posted by Invaliderror on :

Not really trying to pump, just a bs pumping is all was really doing earlier. But the rumor mill is going and in an email sent to an investor, EFGO is actually aquiring 2 otcbb companies, has a O/S of 3.5B -the buyback and is possibly doing a 1 to 1 share exchange for the OTC companies. That would be the rumor so if people bite into this, it will probably move pretty quickly. Real or not, thats what's up.

Just something to watch I guess. Do the DD.

NEWS OUT!!!!

Press Release Source: Esprit Financial Group

Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (EFGO.PK) Announces Launch of Town Hall Discussion Forum
Monday April 30, 7:00 am ET

LAS VEGAS, NV, April 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Esprit Financial Group Inc. (ESPRIT) (EFGO.PK) www.espritfinancialgroup.com is pleased to announce that the much anticipated Town Hall is now operational as of Monday, April 30, 2007 * 7:00 AM EST hosted on the www.espritfinancialgroup.com website.

The Town Hall provides a forum within which shareholders and other stakeholders can pose questions to management about various business activities and achievements pertaining to Esprit. Queries from interested investors can be submitted via the enquiry form on the Town Hall page at www.espritfinancialgroup.com.

The Company will post and respond to questions that are representative of the questions submitted. For obvious reasons, questions will be screened for language, and moderated to prevent abuse.

The Company's IR department will try to ensure that popular questions are answered within 4 - 5 business days.

The Town Hall will also be used to post ongoing developments re: Company operations on a pro-active basis. This will be complemented with regular press releases regarding more significant business developments.

Esprit CEO Garr Winters explains, "There is just a tremendous amount of business projects in the pipeline. We will try and filter through as much information as we can in a responsible manner. However, we must be responsible and posts will not be speculative in nature."

Winters added, "Our four different divisions will evolve quite rapidly, although we must be realistic and allow for a methodical plan of operations to ensure that we have the right intra-corporate as well as strategic consultants and third party resources properly aligned with our business objectives. As an example, the next 30 days may be very exciting within our Advanced Electronic Funds Management system. We are barely out of the gate with Jack Chang, head of the division, and we are fielding calls from interested parties via word of mouth. I continue to be impressed regarding his network of very senior C level executives at large Blue Chip clients.

"Importantly, Esprit provides the type of corporate capabilities needed to turn Jack's great ideas into operating business, with our sales, marketing and business management skill set. I have got my passport ready, and it looks like I'll be spending some time in the air to negotiate some of the very promising opportunities that continue to open up to us."

Winters summarized, "I invite all interested parties to stay current through our Town Hall forum, and register to begin using the service. All users, even the pre-registered users, will have to re-register again at the Town Hall Forum, as Esprit updated the current database to a more robust platform which requires all users to re-authenticate before they can begin using the service. Please note that the Esprit website itself will be upgraded shortly to bring all of the information up to date. It's been a bit of a moving target recently. Our IR staff are having a bit of a challenge keeping up with all the news."

maintaining their own agenda sounds like. We'll see how it works out.

Hey Brackep!! excellent question - I sent them an e-mail asking they post the same thing a couple weeks ago and never got a response - guess they thought enough people were asking for the same thing! sweeeet! I like that you don't have to register to be able to read the questions and after seeing some of these companies that use a bl0g imo this is the way to go. however - if you send in a challenging question and it isn't posted and you don't get a reply in a resonable amount of time could be a bad signal.

QUESTION: I would like to see more transparency. On the website you could add management’s bio’s to the investor relations page, a real-time share count of Authorized, Outstanding, and Restricted stock, the Transfer Agent’s info, and management’s stake of restricted shares.

RESPONSE: We will be posting bios for key executives, as we are in the process of updating this website. For share information, you can refer to our Pink sheets listings. This is updated regularly.
