In development for more than a decade, "The Origin of Atherosclerosis" is a far-reaching investigation and review of risk factors for cardiovascular disease, underscoring the importance of whole blood viscosity -- an overlooked, basic biological parameter that the authors believe may be the unifying risk factor and root cause of the disease.
