disappointed the company could not take the momentum to continue the run, wish i had flipped my .0002's at .0004, today is very similar to Tuesday/Wednesday last week; all buys at .0002, just a few sells....consolidation and profit taking is healthy as long as the company didn't screw us. more news is expected by weeks end, hopefully some news to bump us back up and continue the run up

Our shareholder structure has been issued for some time now. It is posted here at
It has come to our attention that pink sheets was displaying old info on their site and as recently as yesterday they finally updated it. The info on this ABOVE link is the accurate one. We were also advised that the Nevada site may display old info as well. We inquired with our resident agent and they tell us that the State takes anywhere from a few days to a few months to update their web records.

Yes we intend to spin out GVHL and recover most of the $$$$ we paid out for it and its key staff. We already have a buyer lined up. The deal is set to close by the end of Feb. Our barristers have learned that there is an issue with GVHL and a shareholder Mr.Smith who has appointed himself as the new CEO and apparently "hijacked" this company. We have retained a lawyer in Nevada to obtain an order in a court for this company. Our barristers feel that we will be successful.

The last few days there seems to be a lot of trading activity, although the PPS doesn’t move a lot, at least not the way we would like it. The heavy volume suggests dilution or shorting. Can you say anything about that ? ANSWER: Yes we are getting shorted and KILLED by VFIN. We can not stress that enough! To circumvent that and to manage the process we ordered the NOBO list. We ordered a shareholder list and matched the names across. If we saw that the inquiry came from a NON Shareholder we simply refused to answer any questions. We were puzzled as to where they were getting their information and insight. We thought we had all the angles covered! One of the shareholders invited us to a posting board hes a member of. (Ihub). We were shocked to see that some of the confidential and proprietary information (in other words information that should only be made available to our SHAREHOLDERS AND INVESTORS was posted for all to see. For example the shorts can not stand a reversal. We said we were going to reverse the stock. That made it on Ihub and the very next day the shorts covered. Not only did they cover but we went up to 005 and did 1.1 billion in volume with no IR in place. When about 15 concerned REAL CHNW investors asked if we are reversing we told them the truth. The truth being NO REVERSE. That info instantly made its way on Ihub and we finished off at 0.003 (where we started) The next day we did almost another 1billion and went down to .0002! Now if you look at the INTRADAY trading you will see that these folks (as soon as they covered) went at it again, and they managed to hammer it down to 0.0001 briefly before it rebounded to 0.0003 Nice 66% gain for doing absolutely nothing but driving us into the ground. All they did was play tag team between them 2 market Makers and achieve their goal on all of our expense!
Now we are not saying YOU did this as this letter is being sent to all shareholders with recent inquiry that we belive are legitimate shareholders but this posting hurts us all. How one feels that these postings help their and our cause is beyond our comprehension.
3. Is it likely the company will do a Reverse Split in the near future ? Or does the Board Of Directors better like the idea of a continued share buy back ?
ANSWER: No plans for a reverse split. If we do that we need to find backers who will support the stock. At this point we are determined to do whatever needs to be done to see our stock value return to normality. This shorting and tag team is beyond abuse. We are looking to do a 211 and are seeking outside assistance. FYI 15C211 is:

4. Is there any plan being formed to deal with short sellers ? Name and CUSIP change ? Dividend ?
Yes all of the options you mentioned PLUS 211 see above.
5. Can you briefly point out the news/events that will be addressed to us in the near future ?
ANSWER: Thats against the law but the obvious ones are presidents message thats being worked on now and Forex as we wrap up these agreements
6. Last but not least I would like to express my disappointments about the fact the company seems to have a problem with releasing PR’s on the right time … I believe, and I know many share this thought, it would benefit us more if PR’s are released between the trading hours, or at least closer to opening … Also it seems the PR ™s aren’t being picked up by some news/investor resources, I don’t know if there’s anything you can do about it, it’s important this is being fixed because the PR’s are missing some effects.
Answer:
There is nothing we can do if some of the traders do not pick up the wire or do not subscribe to all services. We know that Scott trade is one of the non subscribing ones and they miss out but by going to www.otcbb.com and www.pinksheets.com you can pick it up there. These press releases that we issue at 4pm after the market closes are again done for tactical reasons. We are trying to get the shorts to cover. Sometimes it works. It also gives a shareholder the time to maul over the press release and take a time out to see if they should invest more or get out. We do not play games by issuing releases that will drive the stock one way or another. This is a real company with real products. There are real people that work here and people who have invested their live savings into the company. This is NOT a GVHL type company that gets hijacked by a disgruntle shareholder gets bought out for net asset value to name a few. We are using all of our talents and all of our wisdom in running this company. We are confidant that we can turn this around!
On the financing issue. Seems like the financing we did allot of people interpreted as "dilution". If we didn't need financing we wouldn't have gone public in the first place! The company GVHL did no financing other then trade 100 billion shares (or whatever the number may be) never increased the capital and in the end spent several million in R and D that we picked up for a fraction of the cost. GVHLs eWallet and ATM back office and Debit Card is worth its weight in gold. Thats why we are fighting for control of all of these assets and we want them ALL in Cash Now. Then we plan to flip that shell and get our investment $$$ out. You have to remember our interest is in attracting value to our company and our shareholders. These financiers DID NOT hurt the stock nor are they. We were successful in raising a good amount of cash to do these purchases and all of the growth we want to do. You have to remember that every share you buy on the open market not ONE PENNY reaches us. It goes to whomever ones the stock BUT NOT CASH NOW. Thats the way it works. Maybe we did a part of that cash several years ago. Cash Now is the currency you trade and own. To that end I can tell you that Cash Now did not benefit 1% of all this trading and volume in the past few days. Notwithstanding we are refusing further financing and will work with the $$$$$ we raised so far. GVHL purchase is "neutral" as we only paid a deposit and will get a good $$$$$ infusion once we close that deal.
$$$$$$ wise we are OK and our burn rate is quite low. We have steady income flow coming through from sales.
Right now we are exploring various other alternative names as we wish to add other business ventures inside CHNW (or whatever the new name and symbol will be) and we just cant see how by us using this $$$$ we raised and buying into companies with established income flow plus doing a 211 plus a name and Cusip change can not have a strong positive outcome on our stock value!

Can someone explain to me how you can short a pink in the states? And if you could, I mean come on. who in their right mind except Repoman... just kiddin Repo, would short a stock at .0002 or .0003? you cant trade below .0001. I just dont buy the old SHORTS ARE KILLING US scenario. I believe flippers can kill a run. That is how you make money and thats cool. If someone could enlighten me it would be greatly appreciated and I will dance at your next wedding. lol. TMAN...

GVHL purchase update. I called GVHL and the IR guy there told me CHNW is paying a Nevada lawyer to do a court order to stop the corporate rader. GVHL appears to be looking forward to being taken over by Cash Now. The IR guy at Cash Now was stiffed lipped on the issue saying we do not comment on legal matters but did slip out and say that their lawyers feel its a foormality and that they will do a news release as soon as the Nevada judge issues the order. The both IR's think it is in the bag!
