i got in at .0003 also, last sale 11:45:49 for 1,075,700 and then some really huge blocks followed buying. Two of them were for 10mil each. I was playing PAIM until i saw this. Whats going on haven't had much time to research.

C'mon CASH NOW give us this PR...."To mitigate any potential naked short selling that the shareholders may be suffering, we have accelerated plans to change the Company's name. Accordingly, once we have confirmation from the State of Nevada regarding our name change to blah blah blah, we will file for a ticker symbol change and a new CUSIP number. Technically, this should require brokers to exchange old certificates for new. However, in practice we do not anticipate all brokers will comply with this requirement. We do anticipate that those brokers that do comply will affect some resistance on any shorting strategy that may be impacting the current share price."

We are NOT selling into the news!
We too are concerned about the erosion. We are doing financing. We do not deny that. That is evident. That's where the $$$ are coming from to do all the things we are buying and developing (Forex eWallet etc..). There are laws as to what we can and can not say and we are hoping to address this issue (financing capital raising etc) with this announcement (we are hoping this week). As soon as we receive approval from our writers / legal advisors that will be issued to the shareholders.
Hope this assists and we are devoted and dedicated to making all of this happen as much as you are

The IR line is jammed. Im trying to reply to as many with FAQ. Yours is one of the FAQ so I thank you for the email.
We can tell you that we are doing financing. We do not deny that. That is evident. That's where the $$$ are coming from to do all the things we are buying and developing (Forex eWallet etc..).
We are building a company and we hope the next best thing that has hit the small caps.
There are laws as to what we can and can not say and we are hoping to address this issue (financing capital raising etc) with this announcement (we are hoping this week). As soon as we receive approval from our writers / legal advisors that will be issued to the shareholders.
To that end Authorized, 5 billion Outstanding, 4 billion Float 2.5 billion Remaining is restricted (these numbers are approx)
We admit, VFIN was killing us all the way down, and we tried to do all we can to cut them off at the path. It was consuming way too much resources in terms of man power so we refocused our energy on running the company with a long range out look. The financing has capitalized us well and we now have 2 choices being do we fight VFIN (and maybe win if you can define a "win") or do we focus on the company and sales. We choose the later. There is a Presidents message coming out that will address this and in the very near future possibly even this week some of these results and our hard work will start to show.

Folks, this is not bad news. It was obvious to most of us traders that the past 2 days trading, with 2 billion shares traded, that more than 1 billion shares were now in the float.
The fact the company is stepping forward and telling us that now establishes credibility for this new CEO and management team, imo. They are being straight with us, admit they did what they have to do to fund the company, and hopefully the worst is over.
Compare it to GZFX - where they have been diluting for years, have over 5 billion shares in the float and are trading at .0015 with a lot less potential, imo, than CHNW...
Also, remember the run last spring of CNES to over .002 with 9 billion shares in the float?
So let's get past this folks, and let the company tell us what they are going to do operations wise for the benefit of the company and shareholders.

So whats this mean in plain english? I get that they are being honest but...all I really care about at this point is the share price.
