Fact: 2006-12 A/S: 950 O/S: 581 per someone’s post on IHUB per conversation with the company. I saw it earlier when I went through posts but I didn’t make a mark which post it was.
Fact: 2007-01-23 A/S: 5,000 Restricted: 4,000 +
A/S has increased 4,050
Assume that all shares up to 950 millions beyond 581 were put into the float. Therefore float would be 245 + (950 – 581) = 614 millions. But one can go as far as all A/S 950 is now in float so maximum 950 millions are in float and non-restricted.
If what the company has said in the email is accurate: 4000 + are restricted. Half (around 2000) was used up for financing and they are restricted, and half is in the treasury for future expansions. So this means those newly increased in A/S, is not dumped into the market because it is NOT TRADABLE yet till the restricted term is reach. From what I can figure, I see that 1 year term is likely the case.
So why so much volume lately?
From 12/20/06 to 01/23/07 = 1,231 millions traded in the range of .0002 - .0008 I am certain that part of the volume went through flipping. As a method I use to calculate shares being introduced into the market with other stocks which very good accuracy when price is moving in smaller range like this … I would say that 1/3 of the volume belong to shares flipped. 1/3 goes to buys 1/3 goes to sells since every share changed hands generate volume = 2. So 1/3 of newly shares introduced into the market during 12/20/06 to 01/23/07 for investors to buy.
I have used this calculation on many stocks before and believe me it works. Error margin is about 10% or so.
So 1/3 of 1,231 is 410 million shares … that’s is 410 millions new shares introduced into the market since 12/20/06
581 (old o/s) + 410 (new shares into float) = 990 millions float max. but it could be as little as 654 (990 – 336) BINGO!!!
That’s where the volume came from. So let’s run with that figure.
1) 1/3 to flip, 1/3 to buy, 1/3 is the newly shares put into the market (410 millions)
2) So the new 410 millions were probably sold in .0006 range. 3) If 4000 new shares are restricted then the increased in shares from 950 – 581 = 369 could be very much GONE into investors. And 1/3 of those 1231 were around .0003 or so, I think are very much are in hands of those who got shares at .0002 to .0003. That translates to we are at the bottom.
I don’t expect that much more of a volume without no price movement. If ASK is getting hit and volume comes (without naked shorting), price should move up.
How much price movement will it be? Who knows? It’s all depending on the momentum, how got shares, and how high whoever in power want to take it.
USXP went from .0003 to .045 in about 3 months. QBID went from .0002 to .033 in about 4 months IPRE went from .0004 to almost .005 in few days. USSE went from .0003 to .33 in a matter of few weeks.
Anything is possible. I do think CHNW is about to go to .003 to .005 in very short time frame. We need a pr about those 4000 million shares telling us that there are restricted shares.
My numbers make sense to me that those volume (1.2 billions since 12/20/06) came from putting 410 million shares or the rest of the old A/S into float, nothing more nothing less.
Now those shares are scooped up at the very low price .0002 to .0003, now it’s time to move up. It’s a matter of 10X, 20X, 40X or 100X.
NOTE: should the share count was at 581 million and the company started putting the rest of the 950 millions into the float, total traded since 12/01 is 1387 millions. You just change 410 millions number I have up in here to 462 millions. That is only 52 millions different. There is no big different. Keep in mind that lots of volume in DEC came from TAX LOSS selling. So you might as well 1/5 of Dec volume instead of 1/3. Total Dec Volume is only 176 millions. 156 millions from 12/01 - 12/19; 20 millions from 12/20 - 12/29

CHNW important update on share buyback : I received an email from the company regarding my specific pointed question about share buyback. The company is saying in their latest reply that they bought back 300 million shares as part of the share buyback. This is according to their last email I got. My head is spinning. I don't know what to believe here. I asked them to PR this as soon as possible along with the current share structure and promise us not to reverse split the stock coz we can go up big if the company puts out some good PRs. I think I will sleep well knowing this. I think this 300 millions fits well with Hans analysis.. Putting it simply
All 950 million is in the float (just a guess) Company probably sold at a much higer level and exhausted the float. Now they are buying back
So the math is this
A/S - 5 billion Float - 950 million Rest (4 billion is restricted) Out of the 950 million float the company is saying they bought back 300 million. So the remaining float of 650 million is our retail hands and I got nearly 55 million of them!! God bless us. I see a big upside if this theory is correct..

I think the company is doing some dancing around to get cheap shares or to have someone gets cheap shares.
Just think of this simplely...
1) PPS was much higher, company sold shares ... Then the company started to gag TA ... that creates uncertainty and drive price down.
2) When price is at the lowest, the company ungagged TA (from what i gather from posts that it happened yesterday) so investors know of 2.5 billion o/s. Out of 561 millions and 185 millions traded in the last 2 days, maybe the company bought back or maybe they let someone bought in at the cheap price. It could be a deal the company has with financers.. who knows?
DOMS was there to cap for a reason and showing 100000 in size yesterday. If you were to dump shares DOMS won't be coming capping and show 100000. It will show 1 or 100 so people won't be so scare to buy.
That's just my opinion.

i will hold my shares(at .0002), don't have alot of $$$ out, but if this does run...CHA CHING !!!!!
a lot better play right now than 9/10 penny stocks in this price range with potential to rocket, ( this was as high as .09 in the last year, and shows it can pop...went from .01 to .06 last year from June to July)
goes back to Risk vs Reward.......
$200 gets you 1 million shares now
if this runs you will be VERY happy, if not you won't get hammered
if I listed 20 stocks at .0002 right now this would be one of the best plays, most sitting here have never run to .01, much less been at ..06,.09,.50, 1.00, 2.00
will it ever run to .05+, probably not, but a .005-.01 is in play, which is much higher potential than most here in this range

this is a great play for risk takers with larger accounts that have $50-200 to throw at it
we have all held much bigger dogs than this... but this dog will run again, how high?

We can tell you there are NO plans for a reverse split! We are negotiating with backers to support the stock and 2 have said YES if we can get the price up! We have the volume they like to see now we need the to get the price up! Look at the time now its 2 am and there are 4 of us in the office here who will work till 4am and be back at work at 9am!!

Just trust the ability of the MMs to manipulate the pps to unload their huge inventory. However, it normally takes 6 weeks to push the pps up.

last three days every order sowing green on the ask .0002
IMO the mm's are rearranging there inventories, like JimSC has posted several times, but this looks like they are priming to let this run and make HUGE profits soon....they shorted this to the hilt for 2 months, and now are collecting, and covering their positions....they made a lot on the way down, and now look to make a killing on the way back up....put the T&S up and watch, since all sales have been at .0002 you have to assume these are all buys( or almost all) why would they be letting people( the public) unload at .0002, when the bid has stayed at .0001, the only sales going on like this would be between the mm's selling to each other

This is a gamble: R/S or No? If the ceo lets the MMs run and gives them 6 weeks, CHNW will come back nicely. If the ceo wants the pps up quickly and does a R/S, he will be killing this stock.

agree - the cap of 1.2B * .003 is still equal to less than 1M..and their annual revenues are a multiple of it...there is no reason why the stock doesnt treade at .001 or at .01. This might be one to hold and perhaps be the sub-penny of 2007!
