1. name and Cusip by March 15. Its out of our hands and in the hands of the transfer agent. We hope that they deliver on time as theres nothing we can do there. 2. Better financials meaning making $$$? Well if we didnt start Forex and just stuck to paydays we be in the black. We are building Forex to add $$$ revenue 3.We have allot of contracts in place and some forbid announcements altogether, but if one reads between the lines you will see them and some will be released over time and as different levels are me. This is a building process.
OTCBB is in the works will take us 2 yrs to get there, unless we merge with an OTCBB, or Nasdaq company and by default we are then an OTCBB, or Nasdaq company. I think Garr already mentioned that he is hunting for a OTCBB, or Nasdaq company so theres nothing new there.
Lastly the town hall will be up very soon. We are building it on www.espritfinancialgroup.com The Forex and Cash Now payday is our #1 priority but will be delivered. The NOBO list shows 1 billion short! We received 4 warnings of lawsuits if names are mentioned. We choose to focus on our business rather then fight lawsuits thats why we did no PR on this. Garr is in FL and Georgia next week to meet with 2 MM who say they will support the stock (Garrs pitching them to do that). Richard is in NY to snag a For4ex dealer but you know that already. There is lots happening and we think its all coming together.
You know that Garr is in charge of Payday sale, Richard is Forex, Jack Chang will be ATMS and eWallet, thats 3 seperate revenue streams that will kick in and drive this not 2 as some think. Theres 2 other revenue streams but they are looking for management to head those divisions.

I aint bashing but why dont they try and do something here for the shareholders in the states. It would seem that they would be better serving their "loyal shareholders" by providing audited financials and uplisting to the otcbb. Any thoughts? TMAN...
