We are told any day now for a symbol change. They keep coming up with new requests that we are complying with. We issue news to keep shareholders advised and make the market. We get accused of issuing fluff etc but remember we are an unsolicited stock so without 1 PR a day there would be no market made.All investors stock would be worthless as the volume would dry up. This is what some want by the way. I think we all know who we are talking about. This is not going to happen under our watch. We constantly try to bring in new buyers and new markets like Frankfurt (and others)Others meaning those we havent announced yet but when you read the news this morning that will give you a tip of what we are trying to do.
Someone came out with an idea that Tango Cafe and ReNu are part of CHNW, and the sell off started as many investors were negative on the coffee biz and biochem being mixed in a financial company. They are not part of CHNW!!. They are investors of CHNW and backers. This rumor nonsense started on your board we are told and spread like wild fire. All we ask is that if supporters are posting this then they are bashers and do not support anything. Supporters should simply ask us 1st and we will answer. Someone said that there are 56 domains on Cash Now servers. They missed a few zeros. Some of these sites are developed some are just pointers some are just mothballed waiting for an opportunity to pop in. We are not involved in 100 different unrelated businesses! we are in the Forex and sub prime software sales and money transfer business. Yes CHNW does have other assets it purchased over the years where it is a shareholder a majority stakeholder a joint venture partner a silent partner a venture capitalist an invoice discounter to name a few but that doesnt mean we are in that or those businesses. Just like you own stock in CHNW does not make you a Forex business owner! We are no different.
I must have answered 150 such e mails in the last 3 days.
Where I get stumped is when Im told person X whos your 110% supporter issued this post and others assume that it must be true! Then we are e mailed all the links. People can tell bashers from supporters but when a supporter goes on a rampage saying look I found this I found this then it hurts us all.
We also think that the sell off will soon cease and we should see a reversal of price soon. You should also see higher volumes as backers step in to assist and stop the slide. (This is what Im told) There are constant flippers that buy and sell and yes they bash and undermine the company. We all know what their motive is. There were a great deal of e mails of Garr said this and Garr said that. I have spoken to Garr and he tells me he took a few calls to assist. If anything was said its being taken out of context. Try talking to another CEO by just calling as a stranger. What we have here is something unique and a unique team.
All of the news issued tells a story. We are building and rebuilding a great company. I can not tell you yes the stock will go to X price it will go up etc. All I can tell you is that we are doing the best we can under the circumstances that we are generating revenue and that there will be no stock split or reverse. I know we get that asked allot.
Sorry for all the typos and mis spells (if any Im sure there is) as Im using our web based e mail and answering the e mails from the airport lounge.
Simply put for the supporters just ask your questions and we will reply as permited by law, this has sent us sideways but we hope that in the next few days with the PRs we will issue and other things we will do as an emergency measure we will or we should reverse the down trend.

The service will allow banks, financial institutions and other creditors to invite defaulted clients to negotiate a settlement online, in a neutral and non-confrontational manner. CEO Garr Winters explains; "Current collection procedures don't work particularly well. They usually require telephone contact with collection officers that are very stressful to clients, who typically practice avoidance rather than resolution. Clients find these conversations very threatening and are often is not in a position to pay off the debt."
Winters added; "Our new service portal will allow creditors to invite their clients to visit the Cash Now Structured Debt Settlement website. The original Trust Vault deployed by the Cash Now Payday loan division was programmed to allow borrowers to apply for loans in a secured environment, and allow lenders to review various loan applications and approve or deny specific loan requests.
The planned portal will use the same logic and functionality, but turn things around a little. Lenders will invite defaulted debtors to review and consider settlement proposals. Importantly, the service will be free to the borrowers. A percentage of the total settlement amount will be charged back to the creditor as a fee for the service. Importantly, this should result in significant savings to creditors versus current labor-intensive collection procedures. The settlement process will be largely automated, and creditors will be able to establish rule-based decision processes in evaluating settlement amounts. The company plans on offering the service free to both the creditor and the debtor and only charge a fee or a percentage of the debt recovered on a sliding scale basis, with the fee charged to the credit grantor only. I love CHNW! Great investors invest in stock with value when the price is really low. This company definetly has value. People just see it as another sub penny stock. Once they make it to OTC this thing will really move, that and financials.
