Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (CHNW.PK) Announces Successful Launch of New Forex Website
Thursday April 5, 6:00 am ET

LAS VEGAS, NV, April 5 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ - Esprit Financial Group Inc. (ESPRIT) (formerly Cash Now Corporation) (CHNW.PK) www.espritfinancialgroup.com is pleased to announce that it has received several hundred sign-ups for Forex demo trading and live trading during the first 2 days of operation. Many of these were received via direct email, while others use the submission form at the cashnow.com website.

The Company is making some minor administrative modifications in conjunction with Advanced Markets, Inc. primarily in the administrative back office reporting area. However, the site (www.cashnow.com) has operated up to all expectations during this first week of live trading, with no reports of system problems.

Esprit's webmaster will be tracking traffic for analysis in conjunction with Advanced Markets throughout the remainder of the week, and will provide additional updates early next week.

In other news, the Company has developed a mirror website with completely revamped graphics. It will be launched over the long weekend, at www.lowpips.com. This will be an autonomous website. As the Forex trading program rolls out, the Company is evaluating offering sub-IB accounts within the 'Biz-Opps' community as a mid-term business growth model. The Company will provide fully functional trading websites, along with advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to qualifying candidates.

Garr Winters, Esprit CEO concludes that: "This launch week has met our every expectation from a technical and sales perspective. We purposely started without aggressive marketing, to allow for a shakeout period. We now feel confident in the system, and will step up the online marketing support to drive traffic to the site. With the launch of the second website, we will be able to capture a broader audience responding to a completely different look and feel from a graphics point of view. This will also be very effective as a tool to optimize SEO marketing initiatives."

madmoney-

wachovia backing- as in- they have arranged financing for this expansion through wachovia-- in what way? i haven't been able to find out. But from my experience- it makes economic sense that they would be buying back shares- waaaay too much in the float.
In order to accomplish goals they have been pr'in- they absolutely have to tighten up financials-(in order to obtain underwriting)If it was pre-loan; we would have seen a whole different chnw to this point. as it stands- i believe it was an investment deal/operations restructuring--required to close it. With probably hundreds of conditions. I can say with most certainty, "besides profit- i think raising pps is no. 1 prority" I think that is a requirement for the financing- w/target prices over next 3 yrs.

any thoughts? I have been on here for over a year now, and just recently decided to post my opinions. In that time I have followed the post- and I have found about 10 or so people I have come to appreciate and respect, you are one of them. thank you

pump n' dump is like collecting cans- any idiot can do it- i'm not an idiot(i hope, lol)

dude- that's hilarious!

Just want to clarify what I said about "Wachovia backing". Wachovia is a financial powerhouse! Wachovia has ton's of subsidiaries. You could say they have an extremely diverified portfolio. I love this bank- they love the Benjamin's. I live in an area where Wachovia is investing HUGE amounts for urban renewal, business development, civil renewal. As for my posting's concerning them and CHNW- I tend to shortcut...just giving the most pertinent info and conclusion's, leaving the static details out.

Also, I have a few analysis, that are used for intangible aspects of research. That being said- the "statistical probability" of CHNW in a financing relationship with Wachovia is "82%" also confirmed by my "coffee grounds"-(i hate tea. too)lol

Why do you pump like that dude? 82% chance of Wachovia being a backer, based on your cofee grounds. Dude, that is complete B.S., it's clearly a 74% chance, everyone can see that. We don't need you coming around here and trying to build false expectations for this compan.............. hold up, my bad, apparently I was looking at decaf grounds. After I recalculate using the known decaf multiplier, your right on. Good form my boy, good form [Smile]

News for 'CHNW' - (Esprit Financial Group Inc. (Esprit) (CHNW.PK)
Announces Agreement With Japanese Company to Market Advanced Electronic
Funds Management Products)

LAS VEGAS, NV, April 9, 2007 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- EspritFinancialGroup Inc. (ESPRIT) (formerly Cash Now Corporation) (CHNW.PK)
www.espritfinancialgroup.com is pleased to announce an Agreement in
Principlewitha Japanese company regarding the marketing of products from Esprit's
Advanced Electronic Funds Management (AEFM) division. This announcement comes on the heels of a recent deal with another
Japanesecompanyto establish a chain of Payday loan outlets along the coast of southern
California using Esprit's proprietary software and expertise from its
PaydayLoanDivision.

This new agreement pertains to the Company's EM2 and 'Cash Now 21'
products, andisthe first significant business deal for the Company's new AEFM division
headed by Jack Chang, one of the original inventors of the ATM machine. As previously announced, the 'Cash Now 21' service is based on U.S.
Federal Lawunderthe Check Clearing for the 21st Century Act, which defines an approved
methodology on how financial institutions can expedite check clearing
usingadvancedelectronic methods. Under this new system, digital images of the front
and back of a check are created, capturing all of the information
digitally, thentransmitted via secured internet connection to a check 21 bank/processor
and directly to the Federal Reserve System. The Federal Reserve System
thenforwardsdata to the Paying Bank.

Checks drawn on a U.S. Account for deposit in international markets
usually takeweeksto clear. Esprit's Cash Now 21 reduces the clearance time to a mere 3
business days or less. For foreign markets such as Japan that have
significantfundsflow back and forth from the U.S., this becomes an invaluable asset.
Esprit is believed to be the first non-financial institution to offer thisservice, based on relationships with international banks that have been
developed over the last decade or more. The Division's EM2 product is a very sophisticated solution that enables
electronic transfer of funds within the International arena, with
tremendousflexibilityand capability. EM2 (Electronic Money Management) Electronic Wallet
is essentially an online banking and checking account accessible to both
bankedandunbanked customers. This can be linked, when appropriate, with prepaid
debitorVisa branded credit cards, to allow retail transactions in international
markets.EM2 provides a proprietary, leading edge infrastructure for international
moneytransfersproviding advanced encryption techniques for security, while
facilitating the rapid transfer of funds between countries. Funds can betransferredin a wide variety of ways, depending on customer requirements. These
include: - E-wallet to E-wallet transfers

- EM2 transfers to debit cards, prepaid Visa cards, etc. - Transfer of funds through Esprit's integrated Proprietary Network

covering 190 countries. Access to this network costs less than current bank wire transfers or SWIFT international bank transfers.

- E-checks are available and these electronic checks are cleared through existing Automated Clearing House processors.

- Wire Transfer can be accommodated via Fedwire. - Access to the SWIFT international wire transfer network allows

transfers from bank account to bank account, covering roughly
8,000 banks in 206 countries and territories worldwide.

- Traditional Checks can be drawn from an e-wallet account. - EM2 E-wallets can be loaded globally from existing bank accounts.

Garr Winters, Esprit CEO, commented that; "Our Advanced Electronic FundsTransferdivision is developing at break net speed. We have been in
conversations with our Japanese client for many months now. With Jack
Chang onboard,we're ready to start closing deals. This past couple of weeks, we have
been fortunate enough to develop 2 different Japanese deals from 2
separatedivisions. However, this is not the only international market being developed.
We hope to have some announcements in South America within the next few
weeks.""Jack has done an amazing job developing the software, infrastructure and
relationships with multiple international banks to make EM2 a reality. Thebottomline is that we are first movers in international finance to offer the
ultimate combination of extensive flexibility, capability, high speedtransactionexecution and lower user costs to market sectors that have
traditionally been underserved. This refers to retail customers, small andmid-capcompanies, and companies with specialized funds transfer needs such as
payroll for foreign workers and Multi-Level Marketing organizations."Winters added; "We will be providing additional information on the
products andservicesoffered by the AEFM division in the near future. However, we have the
happy circumstance of 'gathering low-hanging fruit' from deals that have
beenunderquiet development in the background, and are ready to close."

LOL, I have to use the coffee ground method myself. I have way to many kids to have crystal balls, LMAO. Sorry if that offended anyone but it was right there for the taking [Smile]

That's funny, and ya know I can't just say 100%, I have not used the decaf multiplier- still learning.lol

Are you in deep?

I'm into my waist.

July is what i'm waiting for- after the PR about the buyback, I see at least .01 maybe a little more. I take my capital off the table, and farm the rest.

Thanks for the laugh, needed it!
