KP it doesnt say that they are restricted either. The only restricted stock will be to the owners etc. The rest of the A/S can be sold into the market without notification to share holders. Pinks do it EVERYDAY! TMAN...

risky looking chart if you ask me. "400%" but how many folks lost before it went up. The time slot of "400%"/MM's spread may not have allowed that margin, unless you got lucky at the peak point. which no doubt lasted about 5 minutes lol

Not really, just that I recommended him to buy pypr when it was running back in September. He made some wrong moves and lost a bit . Ever since then it seems he bashes almost every penny stock. I have no problem with him, hes just trying to learn.
