The company today announced that it has made application through its transfer agent Heritage Trust to obtain an International Securities Identification Number - ISIN number. (ISIN) system is an international standard set up by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It is used for numbering specific securities, such as stock, bonds, options and futures. An ISIN code has characters which are alphanumeric, and is structured to include the country in which the issuing company is headquartered, the specific security identification number and a final character acting as a check.
Garr Winters, Esprit's CEO, said "Our primary reason for obtaining an ISIN number is to facilitate our previously announced dual listing on the Frankfurt exchange. Ideally we would like to have this and the Frankfurt listing in place for the launch of our European Forex site launch scheduled on May 15 2007. We also see other benefits to having this ISIN number as we expand our business further internationally."

Garr Winters, Esprit CEO explains, 'With the transformation of the Company to a multi-division financial services company, we feel that its time to move up to the OTCBB. This is inline with our continued efforts to build transparency with shareholders, and reduce the impact of speculative trading in our stock. Frankly, between short-sellers bashing our stocks, and distortion of some of the news we have released to the market, there has been an inappropriate level of volatility in our share prices. We are committed to building long-term value for our shareholders, through sound business practices, expansion of Company activities into complementary financial service areas and strategic acquisitions. It's time to add more stability and less speculation to our market value.'
Mr. Winters added, 'This is a logical next step for the Company, and we will work in concert with our previously announced plans to obtain a listing on the Frankfurt Exchange. We have aggressive plans for the Company, and we are intent on building a sound foundation to support the increased number of revenue streams. I think it has been evident that we are committed to building long-term value. As we advised in a previous announcement, our senior management team is waiving salary in lieu of compensation in restricted stock. We're in this for the long haul.'

This PR every day is kinda starting to piss me off. It's getting to the point where big news doesn't matter; it doesn't move, because there's something everyday. Save the PR for when something BIG officially gets done.

My comment was to Mindspin... I have GWGO and there are never any updates, and with some of my micro pennies, I don't even know if I'm going to log on and see any shares sometimes! This is def. good, at least they are showing us a pulse.

a little too much "pulse" imho. for months now, big news has moved this one. news like this would've probably moved this 5-7 points a month ago. must agree with "fluff".

Michael: I'd rather get PR's periodically when big news comes. Not updates on pretty much nothing or something they've already said in the past and it's just 'We're continuing to make progress on...' instead of 'We closed a deal with...' or '... will happen on this date'
I think if they held off on PR's for awhile, and put out some decent news a week after the last PR, it would actually move the stock. We've been bouncing from 0010 to 0012 with 7 PR's in 6 days.
Don't get me wrong. A couple of the PR's they released this past week I did find informative, but just wish they'd just release PR's with substance and not these 'fluff PR's' The stock might move.

LOL. Actually got a couple mil of JMCP as a lottery ticket. They said no R/S for 2 years, so I believe it will either stay where it is, or move up a bit (IMHO)
As for CHNW, if it gets back to a 0012 bid, I'll probably dump 300,000, and save 200k and see what happens in spring. Got too much money tied up in sub-pennies recently. Cost me money for not being able to get into Hansen Medical (HNSN) a week ago.
I do however think this will start to move come April (or May at the latest), but could be wrong.. Just seems wrong that no upward movement with the PR recently (even if most was fluff)
