Personally I think FCCN will fall apart pretty quickly this week when (in my opinion) no PR comes out, or a 'delay' PR comes out.

Aero Exhaust, a seven-year-old company based in Salt Lake City, already is convinced it's getting the bang. The Nextel season doesn't start until Sunday, but the company is experiencing "triple-digit" sales growth in the first quarter of 2006.
After sponsoring a car in two lower NASCAR divisions, it bought into NASCAR big-time for 2006. The company is Wimmer's multiyear primary sponsor, and it also paid to become NASCAR's official muffler and for a new company spokesman, recently retired driver Rusty Wallace.
Still, shelling out big bucks for a shiny stock car wasn't an automatic go for Aero's board.
"More than anything it was convincing them and the (200) shareholders that NASCAR could bring the brand loyalty and name recognition that it does," Aero Exhaust CEO Bryan Hunsaker said. "It was educating them ... particularly the bean-counters. They didn't understand what kind of credibility this could bring."
Wait a few months, then ask Little Debbie.

I agree, and I meant no disrespect, Cass....the part I didn't like was that Andrew should know what the timeline is, and he should be careful using words like "expect" with penny traders/investors. The result you could almost bank on was a good dip - fine if you want to flip or add, of course...I just want it to go up ;-)

I agree, I didn't even like posting it. Andrew is very careful in what he discloses, which is very good IMO. Even if he had the exact time a PR was going to be released, he would never tell me or any others. He is very professional and has done this before. BTW: Sherri, I wasn't really directing that towards you. If I say something on these boards, I will stand behind what I post. I was just trying to clarify.

Notice how they take it up on little volume? the Mm's are playing this...IMO I'm not sure the wall at .057 is as strong as they are making it appear...also...today the support was closer to .048-.05...and it has been .045-.046...good sign...

Best post I've read all day. I saw this drop to .022 right before I left to go to Aero today. I wasn't expecting to see much today, but what I did see was VERY encouraging. I also spoke to FCCN's IR guy. What he told me made perfect sense and any other explanation would have been unacceptable after SLJB/CSHD. The portion of Aero I visited today is about 45mins from my house. It is the technical sales office in UT. The gentleman that meet us in the entrance was very careful in what info he would release, but just seeing the building was a relief. We talked about their products and he said that office was used for technical sales QandA. He mentioned they have several distribution centers all over the US, but mentioned the one in California specifically. We asked if we could take pictures of the inside, but were denied. He thought for a moment and said, "it wouldn't be a good idea". The office was small, but had a lot of cool NASCAR stuff on the walls. All in all the visit was very worth my time. If/When this merger is completed, I will more than likely just sit back and enjoy the ride. I have NO doubt that Aero is BIG and will produce very satisfactory financials in the future for us. Do not invest on my word alone, but do your own DD. I will not listen to anyone's B/S on this stock. I've seen it with my own eyes and nothing will sway me. GLTA
