Just go look at the form attached to the 8k. Word for word, what the company stated. That form was signed long before anyone had called the company. Be very careful of the rumors you hear.

Yeah! Thanks dude! I just recieved from an Angel through a PM that they talked to Javelin and Andrew yesterday and this morning and the merger is a go, the O/S will remain at 72m and that the 5b A/S was just to be compliant with SEC regulations to make the merger occur and has no relevence to the situation! It has also been confirmed by several sources that the new A/S will be around 400m and that spells $$$$$ to me! I am sticking around folks. I could have taken off and wnetand played the next momo stock for a few bucks, but why do that if I keep my faith and my patience, This will make me a millioniare. Mr. TrendGreen

Folks, this merger looks to be going through in next day or two.. numerous announcements related to AERO's operations have been stacking up and will be "briskly" announced very soon.. also said that go forward part of 8k may point to revenue figures and what Aero is doing now and how they are working on expanding currently.. great guy.. very open and wanting to answer questions...

I would expect them to issue a PR tomorrow if they want to keep the PPS from falling. The original letter of intent said the 10th, right? I have to think most people will be holding to that timeline...

Have you all been over to I _ UB? Christ I haven't seen such outrageous pumping since FHAL back in July/August! People are making claims of $10 per share, etc etc etc.
C'mon now, the run was from .002 to .05, we are now in the downtrend. R/M annoucement won't spark a run like many think imo. I don't see this on breaking .05 again anytime soon.

Yep, definately a witch hunt...just like H S M was during the CSHD pump. I _ UB looks like an organized gang of pumpers to me on this play. They are all probably selling shares bought at .003 to a bunch of fools, just like the H S M were selling old .12 FHAL shares to fools for $3+
It's amazing to me that with the recent R/M fiasco of FHAL/CSHD that already a new breed is buying into this one. Nuts.

US ~ problem is no one really knows what they have or don't have at this point. I have done some digging and Aero is well respected, especially by some of my NASCAR contacts. Thing is no one knows how big they are, or aren't. I can't get over how much this little logo was smacking me right in the face and I never noticed them before. Until we have numbers from Aero I can not and will not dispute your prediction, but... and this is a big but... if they are over a hundred million in revenue. (and with a premium desired product and several thousand retailers I think they could be.) Then I think those 72 Million outstanding shares are worth a heck of alot more than 0.05. JMHO.

Good points, we'll see this week I assume. However I still feel that I_UB has some relentless and downright ridiculous pumping on this one. Hell, maybe that's what it takes to get a decent run nowadays !

Ah there are numbers out there you just need to know where to look my friend. All will be in your lap shortly and to Uncle Smellies comments all a person can do is laugh. The run from .0022 to where we are now isn't even the start to where this one is headed, no if's and's but's or screaming cshd about it LOL. Some people need to learn how to do some research instead of just coming to talk forums and looking like fools.

Everything that gapper has told you he said he told me.
When asked about the merger, he sad the news would be out in a day or so. He also said if the company said a date then its true or they will put out information as to why it didnt happen
When asked what lead to the stock price he said a mis understanding of the recent filing having to do with the 5BB A/S. He said the PPS will be easier to control once the company financials are released. All in all a great conversation. Very transparent.nk

I've been reading some posts on the old FHAL thread. Same kind of optimism as FCCN - how this is the real deal, how they've talked to management and got sincere answers so it must be true, saying how they are going to be rich, saying how it's different than the other scam stocks out there.
Maybe FCCN is different and some "bashing" fools that didn't make money. But if it isn't, there will be a lot more poor fools.

We have no reason to have extra doubt about the company as they have not given reason to yet. Reticence about pinks.... I get that. Wager what you will. VERY good Statement... Yesterday was a panic sell period...look at the volume...the news of the AS scared the hell out of everyone...they sold...and the PPS dropped...once investors understood...it bounced back...
If the Company is going to dump? you'll see it...EVEN if it's a Pump and Dump...(I am not saying that it is or isn't)When news comes? Watch the volume and the PPS...if the volume is large? and there is no price increase? Their probably dumping...if the PPS goes up with the volume...then they aren't dumpin'...for the record I am in it...
YES this is a pink...pay attention to it...DON'T assume that it is for real...WATCH your $ and protect your capital!

FHAL/CSHD is not over, looks bleak, but not dead. If Aero completes this merger, I have NO doubt this stock will be worth more than it's worth right now. The company shows very good signs, thus far. They explained the A/S increase and said there would be a filing on it, well they followed through. I believe this merger will be completed by the end of this week, but that is JMO. BTW: I don't want to turn this into the CSHD thread.

I've done more reading on NASCAR the last several weeks, than I'd like to admit. The conversation we had with Aero rep. yesterday is what has confirmed my belief of how BIG this company is. The amount of money they are going to spend this season, is very large. I've read how expensive it is to place your sticker on one car, and they will have it on EVERY car. I'm very excited for this to be completed and look forward to seeing some figures on paper. GLTA

i have to disagree with you 1. the stock is in a downtrend? take another look at the daily chart unless you mean the 1 min-chart you´re flat wrong 2."R/M annoucement won´t spark a run" actually it did already, on dec.12 IF a definite agreement will be announced it will run just like back then, probably even better imo... 3.you claim to know this is a IHUB P&D i don´t believe you the run started as i said before on dec.12, so there was good reason for the run up do some DD on AERO and you´ll find out there is good reason to be excited IF and when the R/M is completed we can start talking about hype... AERO is one big player in the industry and they confirmed the merger talks with FCCN so calling this a P&D orchestrated by IHUB is an uneducated guess at best i´m glad to know you won´t lose any money here but other people could and yesterday´s action showed what manipulating the messageboards can do to the stock price i don´t want to complain, i took advantage of the situation and made out but i´m sure a lot of people lost quite some yesterday and regarding the fact that some individuals at IHUB were responsible for this panic sell, you shouldn´t be surprised that they´re rigidly deleting false claims or blatant bashing of course you can post whatever you want here i´m just saying i disagree and advise you to do more DD on this stock( going over to IHUB is not DD) if the merger is cancelled all bets are off...but after contacting AERO i doubt this will happen

FWIW- My brother is a race car driver....I know that to get a sticker on his car (depending on the deal) it's about $5,000...and obviously he is not "big time" so can you imagine how much money it is to get your sticker on a Pro car?

Rockford-Montgomery built the largest flat panel airborne T.V. screen in the world on their new "Team Green" Zeppelin. AERO will be advertised on a giant 30ft. x 70 ft. T.V. floating 1000 ft. above every NASCAR event. 100,000+ fans and the national networks looking at it.
Why keep pumping the stock when merge news suppose to come out tomorrow, unless they think nothing will happen tomorrow.

Just got off the phone with bro- he said that AERO would pay the money for the stickers on the cars to Nascar. Cars can choose to have them on or not- if they choose to have them on & then win the race they get money from the Aero via Nascar- if they don't have the sticker on, obviously they don't get the money.
Sorry if this is irrelevant- just thought it was interesting because if Aero is planning on doing this they must have some bucks!!!!!!!
