For those of you that do what I do, but no more I hope.
I had 100K shares of NMCX bought at (.005) . Fell for the "Oh this one is gonna be big" meaning FCCN.
I sold NMCX for a small loss at .0045 only last week.
Bought 10K share of this one at .05.
I am now down half or so ( 250.00 ) on FCCN and in the meantime NMCX is at .012
I had to hurry and get in before FCCN starting going up high.
Should I not read this board at all? Or learn to just watch only?
I know we are not talking about thousands, but I could have profitted 600.00 or so with the other if I just said "whatever" and held NMCX for a lousy 5 more days.

i am laughing like crazy, cause everyone thinks they know whats happening.Well no one knows whats happening, and what makes me even laugh more are these so called experts that get paid lots of money to predict stock prices, they are a joke.you all got to take some tranqulizers and relax, the worst that can happen is we all lose our money,i have faith in this comp.Today the prices went way down ,but it will rebound as all stocks do.you should all know that.It goes up, it goes down ,it goes up, it goes down, thats what stocks do, so relax and go with the ride, and if this comp. is doing what it says its doing, eventually we will all make money,so relax. This game is called gamballing, there are no predictions

i also have sold at the wrong time many times. For many months i had many shares of phei, well it fell like a stone and me and my friend who had 3million shares sold at a big loss cause it looked like it was going to go bankrupt (he lost 15 thousand $)well it still is going and today one could of made some $,so the problem with me is i seem to sell at the wrong time, but you cant predict what its going to do ,you just hope you are lucky, and it dosent go back up after you sell,so to all the predictors, you can not do it ,if you do, its just luck

You want new DD? I'll give you new DD... DD on the Management of FCCN, that is Peacock and Crew. It's funny, I got banned at iHub for asking the question, "maybe Aero is for real, but FCCN is a scam and is scamming Aero and us". Well, looks like I was pretty close:
FACTS:
Profiles below were gathered from any of the filings put out by FCCN, including the latest PRE 14A filing:
- Interim Chief Executive Officer, Interim President, Interim Chief Compliance Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors for FCCN
- From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Peacock served as a member of the Board of Directors of BDC Capital, Inc.
- From 2004 to 2005, Mr. Peacock served as Secretary, Chief Operating Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of CLX Investment Company
- Mr. Peacock also served as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Entertainment Capital Corporation from 2005 to 2006
Robert McCoy
- Chairman of the Board of Directors for FCCN
- Interim Chief Executive Officer, Interim Chief Compliance Officer and Interim Chairman of the Board of Directors of CLX Investment Company, Inc.

- serves as a member of the Board of Directors of CLX Investment Company
Gary Nerison
- Independent Director for FCCN
- currently serves on the Board of Directors of GTREX Capital, Inc.
- currently serves on the Board of Directors of S3 Investment Company, Inc.
BDC Capital, Inc. (BDCN)
On April 4, 2006, BDC Capital files DEFR14A to withdraw as a BDC. On September 9, 2006, BDC Capital files the N-54C and withdraws as a BDC:
"The undersigned business development company hereby notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that it withdraws its election to be subject to sections 55 through 65 of the Investment Company Act of 1940"
From then, PPS for BDCN has dropped and continues to decline:
On September 10, 2004, CLX Investment Company files the DEF 14C to become a BDC. On September 13, 2004, CLX Investment Company files the N-54C and becomes a BDC:
"The undersigned business development company hereby notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that it elects, pursuant to the provisions of section 54(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the "Act"), to be subject to the provisions of sections 55 through 65 of the Act"

"The undersigned business development company hereby notifies the Securities and Exchange Commission that it withdraws its election to be subject to sections 55 through 65 of the Investment Company Act of 1940"
On April 28, 2006, S3 Investment Company, Inc. files an S-8, putting 100,000,000 more shares of common stock into the market:
All shareholders care about is the PPS of the stock. It appears that, from the facts above, any company that this management touches gets their PPS hammered. This management is the kiss of death for all of the companies mentioned above, and will most likely be the kiss of death for FCCN.

Stockcop, I bought FCCN at .019 and rode it all the way up to .065 and all the way back down. I talked with the company and I still fill good about it, problem is people are unpredictable. If they knew this was going to be worth a $1 in May, they still would sell. I finally covered my capital yesterday at .03, after a friend of mine told me "I had fallen in love with FCCN". Pisses me off that I could have made 2 times what I did. GLTY

LOL The funny thing about all the charts you presented is they look like most every other pink out there.
Scan 100 charts and you will see 80-90% of them have that same look.
Thanks for the info. though.
Too bad you can't post it on I-hub..or did you get it from there.
The plain fact is no one knows for sure what is going to happen. I

This is my own DD, and yeah, I'm banned from I-hub.
FCCN may be a good trading stock right now, but come N-54C, get the hell out. This is no long term hold.
Withdrawing FCCN from BDC status means all four directors will have direct power over the company. Because of BDC status, only Peacock has some power, and only interim. Once BDC is removed, Peacock can be full CEO of FCCN. Then he can start issuing S-8s.

Oh, btw, eTrade still has online trading restrictions, so trading this stock using eTrade is hell. Takes average 20 minutes to put in your order. Too long to do good trades imo.
