My only reason for a small correction is the STO is really high and in the past at this level it's dipped a little. I'll be happy if it takes off from here I'm all loaded up and ready for the ride. GL

My personal opinion? I have bought all I plan to, but if I were looking to add, I would do it today. FANC is on the bid - he hasn't been there before - looks like he is trying to cover.

Mo-rydr talked to Andrew today for a long time. Basically he said that he had been told they would be finished by the end of the month (and that was in May) and that they would be filed shortly thereafter with the SEC.
They apparently do not file pre-market or during market - that was definitive - so I would look after hours Monday....and remember the filings are coming from PDT.
I did like that a couple of MMs that have been trying to keep it down had moved to the highest position on the bid. That was a first, so I believe they either think or know that they are coming soon as well.
SIDE NOTE: Everyone who reads this board, I try to be specific and say "rumor" when I post something that is heresay. If I have a PR or filing, I will ALWAYS post a link or the actual document...just wanted to avoid anyone taking my comments the wrong way.
Have a super weekend all!

There are several people still thinking fins filed after hours, with a PR from the company tomorrow. Truthfully, as long as I see a clean shell by around the middle of the month, I won't panic. I am holding my shares, even if we get a retrace....
Every person that has spoken with Andrew reports basically the same thing - some embellished more than other, but he was told the audited fins for FCCN would be completed by end of month (which was May) and would be filed immediately following. Also, that they would be filed after hours, not pre-market or during trading (see last filings for timing evidence) with a PR to follow the next day. He said he has not been told otherwise, so he assumes them to be done and in transit....FWIW

For those of you that have asked me this question, I got this from I-Hub:
"Per Andrew the O/S is 921M.. he won't comment on exactly what the float is, but only that it is substantially less than that. Nobody owns the shares authorized above the 921M because they HAVEN'T BEEN ISSUED YET!!"

From 71 mil to 921 mil O/S...Just as I suspected...they have been diluting the crap out of this since first posted in Dec.

Here is the short version on the full story...basically GGI took two draws on the OS - totals between 90-100 million, and yes, they were diluting it, but they aren't exactly FCCN either (that gets more interesting). The A/S is huge, but will go away when the merger is completed. The dilution appears to be done....and at this point, which I would rarely say, the dilution that was is a mute point in this play. It's all about the merger....

The fins coming out this week are for FCCN, not Aero. Basically those mean the shell is clean, and Aero is free to take over at any time. Aero's fins are the ones we really want post merger - that is your money maker IMHO.

Sherri...where did the other 800 mil shares come from? Doesn't appear to me that they are finished diluting...VFIN is still sitting on the ask dumping shares like there is no end in sight...

I never had the first number you posted, the one below 100 mil - I suspect much of the 800 mil is held by insiders. The float is lower than the 800 mil for sure...we are guessing around 350 or so.
(Edit: VFIN goes back and forth...sometimes he backs off, and others he sits there. The dilution has something to do with restricted shares being bought at $1 per share. I know it was discussed when the dilution started, but don't recall the particulars.)

I never said there wasn't dilution...I said it is not important to why I am playing this right now. Everyone has to make their own judgements....

Watching the L2's from time to time...I think that 49 is correct... although we have known that there has been diluting going on since the last nice jog... the concerning part is when it will stop...and so far I think that it continues... perhpas not as heavy..but still happening...seems we can only get a small gain...and then a pull back...
I am hoping that Sherri is correct and when the meger is completed it will do a great run... time will tell... In the mean time...I'll buy at .015 or less...and sell at .0165-.017...GLTA!

Yes Lockman...still holding a modest freebie position and flipping a few, (I sold most of mine in the .05's) but I wouldn't invest much in this right now...WAY too much dilution and NO guarantee on a merger...Time will tell, but I wouldn't bet the farm on it...GLTA

I'm pretty much ignoring the rumor mill now, but I do think fins coming sooner than later. VFIN is still on the ask, but not nearly like he was....017 is the key break, we get that, we will be back over .02.
I'm not going anywhere.

I'm starting to think this another well orchestrated ruse - I won't go so far as to say it's a 'scam' but it wouldn't surprise me to find out that VFIN has been selling shares for FCCN/Javelin management while Aero has been stringed along...
Something simply doesn't 'smell' right to me on this one. My 'scam' alarm here is at yellow alert on this play.
Call me crazy but if I were a betting man, I would bet $ that this 'merger' will be delayed well past June 30th, end of Q2. I guess by not owning shares I am betting against it, lol.
I would expect to purchase shares here around .003 when the delay announcement comes out, this is just my opinion.

US? Earlier this year you were singing their praises - now that it is close to completion time, you are yelling "fire" - what gives? What specifics have caused you to change your opinion?

I was very excited about this, but there have been missed deadlines and too many false starts perpetuated by Andrew. It just 'feels' to me like this is being held up.
I just feel something is wrong.
Where are the Fins? It's June 5th, 25 days left until end of quarter and the shell is not cleaned out yet.
While this may be legitimate, I still feel that there will be a delay that will hurt the pps.
Look I may be totally wrong, I sold out of my position weeks ago and was planning to re-enter last week. But now I just 'feel' like something is amiss and Andrew is stalling.
Just my opinion.

Again - this is my opinion, I am not 'bashing', I am simply saying I have a yellow alert on this imo and I'm not 100% positive that end of Q2 deadline will be met. In fact I'm 65% sure it won't be.
I won't post my views anymore here, sometimes you have to take a look on the other side of the fence folks. And imo it's time with this one.
Of course watch all the Fins come out today, the pps skyrocket to .25 tomorrow and I'm left in the dust. That would make me very happy for you longs and I will post here that I was wrong.
