Good Day guys! I hope you had a great time for New Year's and gave a toast to AERO! I personally gave thanks to God for allowing me to be in this wonderfull opportunity! The Korbel was quite good!
The more I think about the prosperity of AERO, the more I am impressed with the management of this co.! They seem very professional and insightfull to me. Also like every one else, the more web sites that I go to and research AERO, the more unduly impressed I am with not only the quality of their exhaust systems but just how many folks love the exhaust more after they switched from Dynaflow, Magnaflow, Flowmaster, etc.
We have the best performance exhaust on the market dudes and it doesn't get better than that! I untill the last couple of days, I hadn't realized just how ingrained into the dealership networks that sell and install exhaust systems they are! If you haven't yet, I will suggest for anyone to go to the AERO website and do a dealer search in their local area and voila! tons of muffler shops everywhere selling and installing Aeroflow exhaust systems! I did a search in my local area and their is more than 50 shops selling AERO and I live in small town!
I imagine that many large cities have more than 100 shops selling AERO exhaust! I guess what I am trying to say is that they are more ingrained into the industry more than even I previously thought! They are everywhere!
I do believe that the primary reason they are going public is because they plan on ramping up production and doubling capacity. They already have a 100,000 sq. ft. facility and I was told they are looking for another similiar property! These guys are marketing/advertising genuises and I feel that their exposure to the consumer has and will continue to drive up sales and revenues, hence the now need to expand! They will become the leader in performance exhaust I feel, especially after reading those testamonials and seeing how folks prefer AERO over all the competition.
Now on my thought of their current yearly revenues. It has to be quite aways above 75 million IMO becuase if we look at the cost of running the #4 car on the nascar circuit last year, that was a extraordinary expense. It cost 17-20 miliion to just have the advertising on the car, that does not include crew and driver pay as well as the cost of buying the car and maintaining it. Heck that trailer they have to transport the car to each race costs 250,000 bucks! So all in all I would say it costs no less than 30-35 million to run a car on the NASCAR circuit for a season! Now look at their other race sponsorships(craftsman truck series, etc) and the fact they even have a race named after them and you get to thinking, wow! these guys have some very deep pockets! If they can spend 50 million or more on sponsoring races, then they must have revenues that are at/exceed 100 million! I am not hyping, I am just trying to draw rational conclusions on ther sales and revenues streams by putting 2 and 2 together (advertising+30,000 retail shops selling good numbers of AREO exhaust).
I do believe also that their new association with OTC360 is a very smart move and will give them even more visibility on the NASCAR circuit! Mayfield is a much better known driver than Wimmer(no offense Wimmer) and has NASCAR WINS on the shelf at home. This will be the first foray into NASCAR by TOYOTA and I do believe they will do quite well. But here is the ultimate reason why I think this is a brilliant move/ OTC360 has built the first Zeppelin with a huge T.V. screen that will be seen for miles above whatever stadium that it is at that weekend! This Zeppelin will be the only one of it's kind in the U.S. and will be huge! Ok I am going on and on(and could continue) but this post is long enough! Tomorrow should be interesting, as we get closer to the middle of the month this will continue to rise. I think that we will break .05 tomorrow IMO. Suppose to be many PR's over the coming wks. They have a lot of business to disclose. GLTA
