A few thoughts for the board on some valid points. I've also had my thoughts about VFIN and the extensive time on the ask as i've been playing this stock and DD'ing the hell out of it since Dec 4. O/S has remained unchanged at 72 million since my first contacts in early december. The first few trading days VFIN was nowhere to be seen but jumped on board as we began the upward climb. A week later we popped up on the short list, lol suprise, suprise. During a sell off the other day on the panic brought up by a board rumor two 6 million buys went through and a few other huge chunks signaling they were able to cover some or all of the shorts during this period. The last few days we've seen a repeat cycle IMO with SBSH joining the mix lately as well and MM's swapping shares back and forth which has been evident by anyone who has watched the level 2's here lately. The T/A who works with FCCN has been giving out share info up until this last week. The IR department with FCCN is now more than happy to share this information but doesn't want the new structured information released until they are able to get the K's completed. Any slip up in this by the current TA and they would become non-complient with SEC reg's and would encounter issues in dealing with the merger. FCCN IR has also stated that they are more than happy to keep the public updated and will remain open on a daily basis and post any changes (if any are needed) in a K filing prior to merger details. If anyone is curious on who's basically guiding the show with structure etc. it would be worth your time to check out Javelin who is helping run the show. Lots of info out there on them, very professional.

Ok,....why isn't the subject of that email mentioned on the last page by th0th being mentioned anymore???
Cassity?.....I read that he pm-ed it to you above. 10?,...did you guys read it?
th0th made a post (last page) about getting an email from the IR regarding the OS,... and somehow, it was swept away in the posts, or rather, 'swept under the carpet'....
He (th0th), claims the OS is not what we think, he says he has the proof in the form of an email. Let's take a look at it.....
Would be nice to share it here with the rest of us.
Thanks

Franchise Capital Corporation Announces Exclusive Agreement for Aero Exhaust Vehicle Mufflers at Yakima Speedway Friday January 12, 9:09 am ET
TEMECULA, CA--(MARKET WIRE)--Jan 12, 2007 -- Franchise Capital Corporation (Other OTC:FCCN.PK - News) today announced that Aero Exhaust, Inc., with which it has a preliminary acquisition agreement, has reached an agreement with Yakima Speedway, under which Aero Exhaust will be the exclusive supplier of vehicle mufflers for the speedway. All vehicles that race at the speedway in 2007 will be required to have an Aero Exhaust muffler installed on their vehicle. Yakima Speedway, an historic one half mile oval track located in Yakima, Washington (www.yakimaspeedway.us), will be supplying Aero Exhaust mufflers to the racecars that do not already have one installed.
Aero Exhaust has been the title sponsor for the past two years at the Aero Exhaust 200 NASCAR Elite Division race held at Yakima Speedway. Last year's Aero Exhaust 200 was held on September 3, 2006.
"Aero Exhaust and Yakima speedway have a great history together," commented Bryan Hunsaker, CEO of Aero Exhaust, Inc. "Management of the speedway became familiar with the Aero Exhaust product through many of the NASCAR Elite Division teams that run the Aero Exhaust product on their racecars and personal vehicles.
"Many speedways are under pressure from local residence to reduce the noise from the speedways, and the Aero Exhaust provides a way for them to do that without hindering the vehicles performance," Mr. Hunsaker added.
According to a recent Yakima Speedway press release, any competitor that installs a properly mounted, untouched, 4-inch, Aero Exhaust muffler will not have to worry about meeting the very restrictive, strong-enforced sound limits at the track. It also states that the Aero Exhaust muffler has been proven to quiet the cars down under the DB level in force at the facility and that the Aero Exhaust muffler is a high quality, performance enhancing, unit that Yakima Speedway would like for all competitors to use.
In December 2006, Franchise Capital entered into a preliminary agreement to acquire the issued and outstanding shares of Aero Exhaust, whose mufflers are an exclusive National Association for Stock Car Auto Racing (NASCAR) Performance product and carry the prestigious NASCAR brand on product, packaging and related media. NASCAR legend Rusty Wallace is the official spokesperson for Aero Exhaust products. The company is currently conducting its due diligence and expects to announce a definitive agreement with Aero Exhaust by mid-January 2007.
"The definitive agreement is still on track, and we expect to have an announcement regarding its status very shortly," stated Steven R. Peacock, chief executive officer of Franchise Capital Corporation. "We are extremely pleased to be advancing our relationship with Aero Exhaust and look forward to further updates both on the operations of this company and details of the acquisition."

Well, I just can't get past the fact that Aero, a very GOOD company would allow some company to continue to release their PR's, if something wasn't going on. JM2cents!

I really don't think a company like Aero would be part of a scam. I think we just need to sit back and relax. All good things are worth the wait......

Morning folks. The news was good. Aero and FCCN linked together. I like it.
However, trading will be strange. People wanting to sell news may panic because there was no gap. We may see some red, but I think it will recover. Could be a good flip day.
Just my 2 cents.

Wit - that was for Mr Ford. I didn't have any way of getting that to him so I posted, thinking no one would read RB anyway these days. But eh, so now it's out in the open.
BTW, I would suggest going on to the Yakima Speedway website and try to match today's PR from FCCN with a PR from Yakima. There is a little descrepancy, or info not mentioned in the PR.

Any competitor that installs a properly mounted, untouched, 4 inch, Aero Exhaust muffler will not have to worry about meeting the sound limits. The Aero Exhaust muffler has been proven to quiet the cars down under the DB level in force at the facility. The Aero Exhaust muffler is a high quality, performance enhancing, unit that Yakima Speedway would like for all competitors to use. The installation of the Aero Exhaust muffler will ensure competitors that when they come to Yakima Speedway the noise issue will be handled.
To encourage racers to use the approved Aero Exhaust unit, Yakima Speedway will sell them at the reduced cost of $130.00 per unit. Both 4 inch and 3 1/2 inch models are available.

Yep RyBree. That news on Yakima site is dated Dec 21st 2006, so unless something has changed between then and now, there is a big difference between "encourage racers to use Aero" and require racers to use Aero. I find it kind of odd that if it has changed, why Yakima not have this on their site, since require is a big difference.
If I were a racer at Yakima and they forced me to use Aero, I would be pist off because I see nothing that states that on their website.

th0th, You were banned on Ihub and I can see why now. Forced or encouraged has only a small gap between them. They are also offering it at a reduced price. If you don't like this stock why are you wasting your time on this board? You have yet to show me any proof that this deal is not legit.
