Read the PR. Petar only had two months left then he was out. The share holders will be voting on a new CEO via proxy. Petar was six month interim CEO. Read the old PRs.
As to the connections of any of the other companies that are supposedly involved that remains to be seen. I do believe they exist.
I’m not surprised that high level employees don’t know that they own, or have merged, or partnered with another company. To you and I it's unconceivable that employees wouldn’t know what is happening in there own company. People only know or are aware of things that directly affect them.
You are right Imake and Wit it is all still speculation on our part.

Just got caught on reading the thread: Boo and Red, We were just talking about bashing new posters and look what happened. A rookie comes in here and tries to talk some smack with the elders of the thread. What is the world coming too? Borat running his yapper, SLJB up 145%, Steve is back as CEO. This has been a rough couple of weeks!!

Actually I haven't noticed much bashing here at all. pleased to say how this fiasco has been handled here. which is why i like this board. Just looked back over the last few days, very informative. And cautious.

It's from Da Ali G show on HBO, I don't have that station, but some buddies of mine got me hooked on this guy. Funny stuff.
Back to SLJB... I don't post on iHub, but I do browse it once and a while, and I see that Stock HOG has 41 questions that he wants to ask Steve Sulja for the stockholders. He left a VM with his office, and was hoping to hear back, to see if he could submit them to him.
I am sure Steve is a bit busy right now, but it would be nice to see if we can get some answers right form the horses mouth, eh? Red

I had a bid for .017 for the afternoon crash. BooYA maybe in the AM. I think Steve S. has his hands full trying to comprehend WTF happened or he was in on it all along. we shall see. I am seeing more that all the overseas stuff is bogus. check the other forums. This is just constructive dialogue unix... take it for what it's worth.

15) How long after the audited financials release do you expect to file Form 10 to move to the OTCBB?
16) What are the locations and expected opening dates of the 4 design depots?
17) Do you plan to pull a NOBO report in order to determine if any naked shorting has been taking place? How do you plan to deal with the shorts?
18) What is the plan for a dual exchange listing? Will the same O/S be traded on both exchanges?
19) What is your plan for future coverage and exposure?
20) What types of assets were transferred to Nevada and what is the approximate value?
21) Are there any plans to offer a dividend?
22) Can you tell me anything about the 300M shares slated for use with a merger with CCM Midwest? At what share price can we expect to merge? Are all 300 million shares to be devoted to the merger or will some also be used for other acquisitions? Will these 300M shares be restricted? 43) Please clarify which company owns which company in the umbrella, which was mentioned in an earlier PR. The companies are: Wessal, Sulja Bros, IBP, SAMs, Kore, Consultech Construction Management, Vista, Red Sea Group.
