why do we even have a pinksheet market if companies can pull off stunts like this and screw the investors the way SLJB did? Sure they can say "you don't HAVE to invest in pinksheets" but why have a market that completely allows lies and manipulation? makes no sense... they made millions of dollars while many honest investors lost everything

Don't think it will happen. We have no support from the management and until that happens this thing won't move.

One of things that initially scared me away from SLJB was all the hype it was getting from those "hot stock pick" websites when it was hovering around .14 or .15 or so. One thing you can almost ALWAYS count on is that those "hot stock picks" will drop like a brick before to long as the MM's short them to accumulate shares. That said, I backed away. Sure enough SLJB tanked ten fold and more. That's where I jumped on * .015 Let's all hope for some new PR and a rally.

Beechwood, Did the same.. Bought on panic at .015 ...flipped half at .023 for 50% on half and bought it back at .015 today I think I'll get it again and more. This debacle is still doing business and selling at 10% of recent prices....NOW BOUNCE!!!

Guys, I'm so glad Mr Mackey confirmed the TA is ungagged! Petar sent me a bunch of text messages a couple of hours ago telling me that Steve Sulja signed the documents needed to ungag the TA against the trustee's demand. He asked me to keep quiet about it and not say anything to the board until it was confirmed so that there are no problems. Now that it is confirmed, I will be sleeping like a baby tonight.
Looks like they are telling me the truth. Great job Mr Mackey!
Steve was with Petar at his house with the family and Petar said that once his guests leave he will call me. I hope to have more info to share with the board.
Good night to all!

I noticed as soon as MM VFIN moved his bid from $1.01 "where he has been for 6 months" to the pole position on ASK, the stock immediately tanked from mid 2's, to .013. He is a known diluter. They were obviously issuing shares. I'm out until there is clarity.

Many honest investors are too greedy. I made a killing on this stock - 75,000. After I sold, the stock hit record highs. I was so upset with myself that I sold. I watched and watched an tortured myself everyday.
Now I am thankful that I got out when I did. i could have made another $50K if I got out at the perfect time - but I'll be alright with what I took away from this.
BTW - I only have a few positions that are worth maybe $2K altogether. For the time being, I think I have made enough in pinks. Pinks are the worst place to invest.
My point to all this...you have BETTER odds betting on black or red on the roulette table.
Dont be too greedy

Most, if not all, pinks are controlled by MM's. Enforcement by the SEC is virtually nill as I'm sure they're getting a piece of the pie, too. After all, some of the SEC enforcement team were once MM's themselves. What does that tell you?...

Please keep in mind that the attorney in Toronto is closed today due to a Canadian holiday.
Feel free to call and ask any and all questions you may have about anything related to Sulja and the silence forced on the company by the attorneys.
By releasing this info do you think Steve has anything to hide? This shows transparency and a true desire to get answers to us shareholders.
