okay, here's a flash. remember all the talk about KPMG and how dirty they are? here's a post that may bring back a memory... and maybe earn a spot somewhere on the strike list eh?

Why is this information about KPMG not being provided to readers here and other boards?
I have issues with those who fail to perform good research and fail to provide very critical information which helps to develop a notion of the credibility of this company.
The pr news about moving assets to Nevada is so ludicrous, I have dismissed the brothers as clowns.

I have had over 140 shareholders, representing over 33 million shares, email me in support of my proposition to demand access to the books of SLJB pursuant to NRS 78.257 of Title 7 - Business Associations; Securities; Commodities.
As mentioned in my previous posts, under this provision of Nevada law, if a shareholder (or group of shareholders) controls 15% of outstanding stock of a company, they can demand access to a company's records.
Please help out! Let's force PV's hand and get access to those AFs! Please email me at sljbfinancials * g mail. c o m with your name and current shareholding if you would like to support this cause.
If and when we get close to 75 million shares, I will post an authorization for everyone to execute appointing an attorney (it could be me or such other persons as we can direct) to demand access to the records. Once, I have a sufficient number of shares in support of this initiative, we will drive down the 401 to Windsor and find out exactly what is going on.
For those who have asked for my name and place of business, I will be happy to disclose the first part of it to you, if you email me. I am not prepared to disclose my place of business because I cannot be seen to be acting on behalf of my firm in this regard. I am acting in my own capacity as shareholder of SLJB, not in my capacity as a lawyer. I apologize for the redundancy in saying this, but it is very important that everyone understand this.
Regards,
HB

UAE is encouraging cement importation to push the market prices lower and meet demand in the construction industry, a senior official of Dubai Ports Authorities said.
"We are encouraging cement importation to the UAE, because the market price at present is high and as with all fair trade markets, we do not want to enforce price restrictions," Dubai Ports Authority (DPA) and Nakheel Chairman Sultan Bin Sulayem said.
According to a Middle East Economic Digest (Meed) report, US-based Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd is seeking a listing on the Dubai International Financial Exchange.
A spokesperson said: "Recent deals have generated great interest in Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd. We are now working with one of the largest investment banking firms to complete the listing of Sulja Bros. on the Dubai International Financial Exchange."
CEO Steve Sulja stated: "Our recent dealings in the Gulf region have greatly attracted the attention of the regional investors. We are very excited and working diligently to provide these savvy investors with a Dubai listing. We warmly welcome the Middle Eastern investors to the Sulja family of shareholders and look forward to even further expansion in this and other regions."
The UAE faces a shortage in the cement production industry by about five million tonnes per year, forcing it to import cement to facilitate the needs of the construction industry, the Meed report said.
A Sulja spokesperson stated, "We are currently receiving numerous requests for cement in the Dubai region and we are aggressively working to meet our client's needs."
Moreover, CEO Sulja said, "We conservatively expect the sale of the cement in Dubai to reach $180 million over the next twelve months. Furthermore we are negotiating a continuous and competitive supplier of structural steel. Another product in short supply in the region."

Been on the phone for 15minutes, great long distance bill I can't afford with all thats loss, but talked with Leslie, and she stated Petar is in his office at Kore, both her and Dave spoke with him. She stated he is preparing an update as we speak, but I asked her questions like, have you seen the audits personally, she stated "No", do you know who is on the board, she stated an attorney and Petar as of now, and I asked her about her involvement, she stated that she is only an interim Secretary. I told that if the SEC were to get involve they have her listed on the BOD with State of Nevada, and she stated, ok. She also mentioned that before Thursday, business was booming, but no one has been able to do any work, and she's getting frustrated with Petar, she also stated that her and Dave or going to his office * 10am. She wants to talk to him about releasing attorney's name so that investors could call them, cause I asked her, if we could talk to someone else such as the attorney's that actually seen the AF's that Petar had seen, then it might help. Also told her that this is in a state of an emergency, a she needs to get with Petar now. She took my number and said she will call me back. That's it.
