Wish I would have kept my mouth shut, or fingers. But I didn't bash John1086 because he was new to the board. It was not because he was right either. I think we all knew this by the time he showed up to help. Just bad timing.

Cheers coby. I think in the end we are all after the same goal.
I like to find out everything I can which is why I tried to get john1086 to open up to me. He did pm me. And "he" has much to say. But it is not my place to speak "his" words. many boards have much speculation of what is going on. what we are lacking is the proof to put this to rest. All the PR's and manipulation are enough to file charges but digging deeper and a proper investigation by the proper authorities is in order IMO.

What is left to say about this stock? hmmm... Nothing really.

Oh and why does everyone keep bringing up a Rufus from CSHD? Can anyone explain real quick what he did? Was he like our beloved PV?

I see from the charts that CSHD tanked and is down to .19. Looks just as bad as this dog.

Sulja Triggers Calls For Penny Stock Disclosure
The lack of disclosure, despite promises to release audited financials, is yet again crushing the stock price of Sulja Brothers Building Supplies Ltd. (OTC: SLJB). Investors further sold off shares this morning, after not receiving an expected corporate update on Friday. With fears triggered by a Windsor Star article concerning the legitimacy of the company's operations and an RCMP investigation that has led investors to question whether the company is an outright scam, the stock is now trading for just a little over a penny at $.013, down $.017, or 56.67%, on another heavy volume day of 94 million shares traded. There is no doubt that investors with experience trading penny stocks will only be encouraged to speak out more and demand greater disclosure rules from regulators. It could not come at a better time as the Pink Sheets has taken steps to bolster market confidence by requiring issuers to disclose additional information to stockholders. Beginning in May 2007, Pink Sheets has created a new issuer classification system in order to provide more transparency to investors about the ability and willingness of individual issuers to provide adequate public disclosure in a credible and timely manner. Additionally, companies that have substantial operating businesses and provide credible disclosure to the public qualify for the premium tier OTCQX, which commences trading January 2007. It just goes to show that when it comes to the stock market, disclosure is surely the best disinfectant.

First post on Allstocks...

Here's an interesting post from IHub from a credible poster. Take it FWIW -

-----------

I just got off the phone with Steve Sulja's wife.

It sucks that I had to call them at home, but desperate times call for desperate measures, right? Please nobody else do this. This is a family and they will merely change their number if it gets out of hand.

I was extremely cordial and gentle with Mrs. Sulja. I heard kids in the background. I apologized to her for calling her home but explained to her that we are lost and haven't heard from Petar, the CEO in days. I explained to her that I lost $200,000 in the last 4 days, just about everything I had. She seemed concerned..

I asked her a few questions.

Q. Is Petar still in town or is he gone?
A. There is a message on my answering machine today from him so he must be in town.

Q. Is your husband Steve or Sam?
A. Steve is my husband.

Q. Do you know what's going on, Petar has disappeared and fallen through with all his promises. Did Petar scam us?
A. Petar isn't the type of person to scam somebody.

Q. Is Steve going to take control of the company back?
A. I'll have somebody contact you.

Then she took my name and number. She seemed very stressed and worried. She didn't want to talk to me any more and repeated a couple times that someone else would have to call me back.

This is another person that thinks Petar is a good guy and isn't capable of scamming people. I've heard that from a few people that know him personally.

Trying to keep the faith here guys and girls. This is the only kind of stuff we got to go on for now.

I think Petar is quite the opposite of what that "credible poster" wants us to believe, Brianehu. I think if Petar was a stand up guy SLJB would not be on the verge of being a sub-penny stock. Time will tell, but my gut says Petar screwed all his investors. If I was that guy who lost 200K I would be on a plane to Canada to pay Petar a personal visit [Wink]

Brian-

Thanks for your attempts to try to make this scam not seem so bad, however,
I could blow this statement outta the water with just a few pm's I have.
AND, they truly are from someone who knows him personally.

This guy lies, cheats, & steals from everyone ,...and some still think he's a good guy??!! WOW! [Eek!]

If this isn't scamming, I really don't know what is ......

I'm amazed,...what's it gonna take guys.......

FWIW just wanted to share this telling msg. from tub-o-lard on Silicon Investor board for those who are tempted to re-invest. Thanks goodness I did not invest into this one, I feel really bad for those who did and hopefully justice will be served to those who did this.
Here it is:

"Since I'm on the ground in Saudi Arabia I though I'd try to chase down the Wessal/Red Sea Group connection. Here is what I've found so far:
1) I tried the Sulja investor relations number listed in the Aug 9th PR which said "Sulja Bros. investor relations, through Wessal International, can still be reached at (44) 203 002 3884. That number was answered by a message machine. A friendly British chap said this was Sulja and to leave a message and he'll call back. It's been a day now and he hasn't called back.
2) I tried Jeddah information to get a number for both Wessal and Ahmed Khalil Muslmani. When I called in english the operator had no listing for either and went as far as to tell me there are no Muslmani's listed in Jeddah at all. I had an Arab friend try also; he was given a disconnected number so we called again and were given a different number. The second number never answers. I've tried it a dozen times in the last 20 hours.
3) I did an internet search on Red Sea and came up a phone number for the "North Red Sea Group" in Cairo. That phone never answers either.
4) I tried the UAE phone book for Sulja, Wessal, and Red Sea. I found two red Sea listings that might have to do with construction: Red Sea General Transport in Abu Dhabi and Red Sea Housing in Dubai. I called both and neither knew anything about the Red Sea Group, Wessal, or Sulja.
5) I tried the Dubai Commercial Directory link suggested on this board. No listings for Sulja or Wessal but there were a number of Red Sea listings. The 3 most likely were:
A)Red Sea Building Materials = doesn't know anything about Sulja or Wessal.
B) Red Sea development Enterprise who's e-mail address was *redsea-group.com. I spoke with the office manager, Cristina, and she spoke with her supervisor. Our e-mail exchange after our phone conversation follows:

Dear Mr. XXXXX:

Reference to your e-mail, please be advised that we are not associated with any of the companies mentioned bellow and we are not in the Stock Market. However, please be informed that there is at least one other company carrying the Red Sea name here in UAE.

For details on the other companies with similar name, please feel free to contact the UAE Directory.

Best regards,

Mrs. Cristina V.

Cristina,

Thanks for your help. I just spoke to you on the phone inquiring about the Sulja Brother’s Design Depot. I would like to get a phone number & address for the Sulja store. I live in Saudi Arabia and would like to visit the store next month when I travel to Dubai. Sulja Brother’s is a Canadian company I’ve invested in and they’ve indicated they were associated with the Red Sea-Group. Since I couldn’t find a phone number for Sulja in Dubai, I thought I’d try the Red Sea-Group.

As I understand it Sulja Brother’s and the Red Sea-Group are both partially owned by a parent company called Wessal International. I’ve also been told Wessal is owned by Mr. Ahmed Khalil Al-Muslmani from Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Is Mr. Al-Muslmani your company’s Saudi partner? I’m becoming a little concerned about my investment, any info or help you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks again,
--XXXXXX

C) Red Sea International = I spoke with the secretary there and she knew nothing of Wessal or Sulja. She referred me to her boss William Malang. I spoke with him and also knew nothing of Wessal or Sulja but said he'd speak with is superiors and see if they had any info about Sulja. I'm waiting for his e-mail response. None of the other Red Sea listings looked very promising.

Hope this helps,
--Tub-o-lard "

The people have spoken and the company has responded.

"Sulja Bros. Building Supplies, Ltd. (PINKSHEETS: SLJB) Today announces the resignation of Petar Vucicevich as CEO of Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd."

"In light of recent press, we all felt that it would be best for the company and all the shareholders that Steve Sulja, a current director of Sulja Bros. Building Supplies Ltd., be reinstated as CEO effective immediately."

I guess we now know that Steve Sulja was still there. As for the above I take it with a grain of salt. We will see in the long run if everything is on the up and up.

I’m not surprised that high level employees don’t know that they own, or have merged, or partnered with another company. To you and I it's unconceivable that employees wouldn’t know what is happening in there own company. People only know or are aware of things that directly affect them.

I'm still in this as you can tell. The money I have invested in this would not change my life in anyway so I will hang for awhile longer to see what happens. If it flies some day then life will be better if it goes into the toilet then its no big deal.

GL to anyone who is still hanging on.

At least it's a step in the right direction.

1. Oust Petar (Done)
2. Get a good Board of Directors.
3. Release AF's.
4. Get back to the .10's to .20's

not been watching this one to closely since it
started dropping out the teens.
What exactly did this Peter V. do that
caused enough of a stir to effect his resignation?

Petar published exact dates that things would be released and did not deliver. Then a bad news paper article came out about him.

I agree with you 100% Red.

I'm not blind I do see a lot of inconsistencies but, business takes time especially in construction. I do believe that this is a real company with real assets but, the one question that remains is what is it all worth?

As to whether or not anything is happening overseas or not it doesn’t matter today. Remember the promised audited financials will not have much if any of this at all. Most of the new deals have only happened recently.

As for contracts being guaranteed, done deal, etc. In construction only when the material has left the factory and been installed is it a done deal. I’ve seen buildings under construction for a few years and then construction stopped for several years and then construction started again and then finally the building is finished. This was a billion dollar casino project in Atlantic City. There are plenty of new paper articles to back that up.

Anyway my point is there are no guaranties in construction. This applies to suppliers and builders.

I think that this play is dead for now but it will be a play again someday soon I hope.
