This guy is the CEO for a very good reason : THIS IS A SCAM.. There is no "company" aside from a couple of schmucks working in a small lumber yard , who will probably lose thier jobs when this thing implodes. There is no board of directors, the president and former CEO Kahn claims to not know much about Sljb's buisness, yet in the PR's published in sept he was said to be involved in buisness contracts with the middle east. It goes on and on...

In my opinion, Pete looked down on people that were not of his level, people of less wealth and education. Nobody likes to be treated like that. And I guess I have never been fond of people that think they are God's gift to man kind. The Sulja's are all great people, Steve was a great boss. I really liked working for them. We had some fun times there and I met some great people.

There was another business IBP that Pete was involved with as well that was US based. Things were going over the border all the time for Pete. Consultech had an unlimited credit limit with Sulja's. Pete was just a dark figure that loomed around the office and when he said 'jump' everyone said 'how high Pete?' Somehow it was all related, but how?,, not too sure.

He was always good to his employees and customers. From what I saw/know, profit for last year could not have been that great. Just alone, Windsor had a slow down in building. Contractors in the area were having a slow year. And like I had mentioned, a controller was hired to take over the finances, money could not have been that great. The girl that they had doing their collections was on the phone constantly trying to get enough money to cover the cheques that they had written for thier suppliers.

the first 3 sets in the IP addresses of Max, Dom and Petar Vucicevich are the same, the only thing that's hidden is the last numbers, so are these guys the same posters?
man, he would post something by 4 and he lied again, I wasn't surprised though but what an a$$hole!!!! I've never encountered so much lying from anyone. Typical business a$$hole... the kind that belongs in jail, talk about a menace to society! As a pinksheet stock CEO and a non-US citizen I'm sure he can probably get away with it though...

A new article is out this morning in the Windsor Star.
Just got it emailed to me.
PENNY STOCK KING DENIES $100,000 LEASE DEBT
BY GARY RENNIE STAR STAFF REPORTER A local businessman who has created a sensation on North America’s penny stock market with plans to develop a US$645-million hotel complex in the Middle East has been accused of stiffing his landlord for the rent on his former corporate offices in Windsor. “They did a midnight run on me,” said Joe Mikhail, a major commercial property owner in Windsor and Essex County. Petar Vucicevich and his small staff bolted in the night about eight months ago owing $100,000 for a yearand-a-half of rent, the unpaid portion of the five-year lease and cost of renovations for the offices, said Mikhail, who recognized his former tenant’s picture in Thursday’s Windsor Star. Interviewed at his Colchester residence later Thursday, Vucicevich, the CEO of Sulja Brothers Building Materials, denied owing Mikhail any money. He insisted he paid a few extra months of rent just to get out of the lease. “I don’t owe Joe anything,” said Vucicevich. According to a news release issued by one of his companies, Vucicevich — as director general of Consultech Construction Management Inc. — was in the United Arab Emirates in April to buy land and launch construction of a $US645-million luxury hotel on Al Reem Island in Abu Dhabi. He showed The Star his passport to prove he was in the UAE in mid-April. The hotel project is the largest of a number of multimillion-dollar deals — including a $20-million commercial development in Colchester Village — that Vucicevich and his companies have promoted to investors. Sulja Brothers is one of North America’s hottest-trading penny stocks. On Thursday, more than 171 million shares of Sulja stock were traded, with the price per share dropping from nine cents to four. About 67 million shares traded Friday with the price closing at three cents a share. Until the website for Vucicevich’s Consultech company was taken down “temporarily” earlier this week it still showed the Mikhail property as its Canadian headquarters. The Star paid a visit recently only to find an empty suite with workers painting it for the next tenant. Mikhail said he heard Vucicevich describe deals that were in the works when he tried to collect the rent, including the big hotel project in the Middle East. “He lost all credibility with me with that story,” he said. The Consultech office appeared to be used mostly at night, Mikhail said. “Nothing made sense.” Mikhail said he didn’t pursue Vucicevich with a collection agency or lawyer because he didn’t think he had any money at the time. But Vucicevich now has a choice of a Range Rover, BMW or Maserati to drive, all leased, he says. And between June and September this year he and his wife purchased four parcels of land in Colchester Village for $609,000, according to land registry records. Vucicevich said Consultech doesn’t do business any longer in Ontario or Michigan, but is active in Middle East projects. He insisted the hotel project was still in the works with the land — worth about $29 million according to a company news release — already purchased. Construction will start next year, he said. “We’re looking to expand into Lebanon.” Vucicevich gave The Star a tour of the Sulja Brothers’ Harrow construction materials yard to prove that it was a bustling business with 28 employees. “This is not a fraud; this is a serious enterprise,” he said. Asked where were the employees of Consultech and Kore International — another of his companies — Vucicevich said some work out of their homes, but the majority of about 40 were stationed in overseas offices. He said the reason no employee was in the Kore office on Pelissier Street when The Star dropped by was that renovations were being done. Vucicevich complained that while the facts in The Star’s story about him and his company in Thursday’s paper were “absolutely true” the picture painted was misleading by not pointing out the busy lumber business. While close friends do call him “Black Pete” because of his fondness for all- black clothing, Vucicevich said the story appeared to give that a sinister tone. Asked if the audited financial statements for Sulja thousands of shareholders have been promised for months are done, Vucicevich said: “You’ll get them when everyone else gets them.” Vucicevich said he doesn’t own any Sulja stock and doesn’t benefit or lose when the price goes up or down. “It’s not like I’m selling off lots of stock and making money off it,” he said. Because the volume of shares traded was so high Thursday — more than 10 times the average volume for the stock — Vucicevich said the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission would probably take a look at the reasons, but he wasn’t concerned that anything was amiss.

PV claims to be the Director General of Kore International Inc. , as well as Sulja CEO,....how is that?

First off let me introduce myself. My name is Petar Vucicevich and I am Director General of Kore International Inc. In response to your post; I would like to know how in Ontario anybody could take possesion of property without paying. This would be a very handy trick to learn. Every property purchased was PAID FOR IN FULL! This is truely the most ridiculous statement I have ever heard in all my life. How can you even post such lies and think that anybody would take you seriously. Moreover, the fact that I don't know you and I don't believe Kore had made an offer to purchase your home makes your statements more ridiculous.
I would kindly ask that before you fill the web with lies and "rumors" that you get your facts straight. thank you petar

I heard a rumor that this idiot CEO of ours was trying to manipulate the assests transferred in some way. His lawyers then advised him not to post the statements, for if he did he would go to jail. This is just a rumor I heard. I do not know the legitamacy of it.

OK ! this stock droped from $.10 to $.03 ( 70% Loss ). How about PHBT(PRHB) droped from $.10 to $.015 (85% loss) after R/S but I don't see anyone attack this company. I Lost $5140 on this stock PRHB and everyone lost money. Please attack this company. SLJB is still better than PRHB.

I don't have an answer for you unix. My interest here is curiosity mainly. Some have called this a scam from the get go. But there wasn’t any proof. The local papers seem to be picking up his trail pretty good. I am only researching this to see it to the end. As this gets more publicity in Canada I’m sure more will come out. I like to see fact not fiction. Petar may not own shares but his family may. If there was an AF it would have been out long ago. Why is this getting attention more than other pinky scams? Who knows, I’m here for this one… someone else take the next 1. The next couple weeks should be very interesting.
Do not trust my input, all things in this arena should be dealt with due diligence, this is not a buy/sell recommendation. Simply an opinion of one sharing with another. If you use any of my input on any site without your own DD…..
