And then doing dd on Vista Group International Corporation I could only find one reference to them and that was this website www.forever-in-love.com. I saw a recent post on this board that "Vista International and Consultech have been building structures in Dubai, Germany and Europe for a number of years." If that were true I would think that there would be mention of it somewhere on the world wide web. I was surprised to read your post about Kore, I truly thought that company was created solely for the purpose of the Loftwerks Consultech merger. Heck, Two PRs stated that "the BOD has reviewed the audited financials", yet when I met with Leslie last Monday, she said she has never seen the audited financials.
After visiting Sulja's hardware store and SAM's "garage", it is so obvious that they have nothing that the ME would be even slightly intererested in.
John Sulja had a successful Lumber company and paid his taxes until 2004. Steve Sulja and his brothers took over and ran the company into the ground. they haven't paid taxes since 2004!
Petar says he is building an MGM on Al Rheem Island and because he has a gaming license (which he does not), he is bringing gaming to Dubai. The PR put out by MGM says thdy are building a NON-GAMING hotel in Dubai.
BTW, Petar is a Roman Catholic Priest, educated at the Pontiff's University in Rome. He told me not to tell anyone because it was "insider information" LOL!!!

They can turn with the best of them. But when it comes down to being a real company and showing all what it has... they can't even put out a financial report on time. Their year ended in May wasn't it? this is December... where is the AF as promised?
yet they can promise the moon... they haven't delivered it yet.
