I think Gamood on the other board may have someone who did. He is saying Bob will not be going to Miami. That can only mean that they are working on something important. I bet shortie is involved at the minimum.

Maybe there's no need to go to Miami, because he has more orders than he can fill/handle right now!!!!

Tom Swan was the one who registered for the Miami show. Bob's name was never on the list. I hope we get another NOBO update soon. I think they might have lowered the O/S because the short position is going to be a huge chunk of it. I want to see some Garden news this week too. We better get at least 2 this week.

Sort of hard to get the show on the road when everyone wants to buy at the Bid. Don't blame you of course but can't tick up then

Now that is more like it! Yes, I do think Bob is working on that order for Japan. Orders have to be up. Too many stores now carrying our products. (A list is suspect is about to grow a bunch)
Thanks J. Yes it would be good to see two this week as well. Shortie (if they are any) are going to have to cover soon. PPS will rise at that point.

I'm not an expert but it takes time to get products to market and get customers interested in buying. We are right on schedule and much has been accomplished with much more to come. They are doing all the right things.

Yes, so many more things are happening with this company than there were when I found it. Oddly, the price is only a bit higher than it was then. We've now got the same O/S as we did back then, 20% higher sales numbers, an actual relationship in Japan, contracts galore, and the Garden deal. It'll take time for people to realize, but once they do, we'll be golden.

Those last two PR's last week, were not even in the rumor mill. I would love to be a fly on the wall in Bob's office this week!

OK, any questions for Al or Bob as I am going to call them now?... I have been busy running my company, sorry for being so quiet.. I am still holding all my shares and am a RSHN junkie till the end.

I have an odd question of sorts and can and will address it with them at some point. We use Tree of Live Distribution down here. They are terrible. Old bottles nearly out of date. They do not carry Rush Cola, (or AR or ARR is my guess as well.) Can you see if they are looking at changing any Distributors?
I will be happy to address this with them if they would like.

Robbie, ask everything on all fields... cover all the bases that you can think of. You were right on with the last one, so I've restored my faith in you.

I have to call Bob Back in a few minutes as he is preparing a PR. Al, and Tom are in Miami for the Trade show.
I will be asking about the NOBO, Tree of Life Distribution, see whats going on with Garden deal, any progress with orders from Japan or the expo east and gas station show. And what is the ex divy date and at what rate will we get shares.

To RE. Please ask: Is Gray's still on the table? And, does each product, i.e. Apple Rush, have to get approval from the Japanese government prior to being accepted as an import? Thanks,
G

FIFO...Consumers need to clear them of the shelves before Distributors can restock (1st in 1st out). The Raley's store finally got in a new batch after going thru 3 cases (me)...or was it 2

Sounds like a good list, i was going to call later but your list is better than mine we seem to get similar answers when we call just a little different twist depending on who we talk to, thanks Robbie.

That pretty much covers everything I wanna know Robbie, the one other thing I would like to know is, has there been any potential buyers interesting in buying the company.

I cleaned the shelf in the Houston store Madtony. Nice having a GR with dinner every night. It is amazing how well they go with most meals.
Still have not tried Rush Cola. Can't wait to try AR and ARR.

1)This will discuss the whole way the Apple Rush Company will be set up and do business. webpage, so on so on...
Not in PR:
Japan will only concentrate on eWater... but there is a great catch as there will be a line of flavored eWater also fortified with calcium and also a sparkling eWater
Next Week PR;
NOBO and OBO list are in, they are checking against DTC for shorting and will post all results either EOW or early next week.
Tree of Life is not rotating their stock properly and Bob has been intouch with them. They have been reordering several times so there should be no out of date product.
They are still producing some product through Grey's but the deal is not concluded because of a price issue...however there is another brewery in the picture that is already organic certified and so on. Grey's asking $1 Million too much

anyway he sounded upbeat and very positive..much more together than he has sounded in the past and much better spoken...He did not have to think about what he was saying, so I believe things are really starting to tick around the HQ.
IMHO... we are heading to the launch pad...
Oh... almost forgot... the other PR about the investors and so forth on how that will be structured is coming, just no time frame given.

Yes, Apple Rush is new company new website and completely seperate.. best part is RSHN is the exclusive distributor and marketer of this product and will make money on the product.
This is better for us, as if they need to grow the Apple Rush company by selling shares it will not be diluted against us. We will make more money and have a reduced share structure.
There will be more info on the ex div date and all that too, not sure if it is going to be in this PR though or sometime later.
He just said this PR will explain alot about the Apple Rush Company.

Interesting to note...Rush Beverage company is a private company owned by Bob and does not have to answer to us or tell us squat...
Apple Rush will be Publicly owned. This will bring more value in the long run because we will actually have and hold shares in something tangible. If Apple Rush company shares go up, so will RSHN shares. and we will have BOTH!!
