What a perfect morning for ETRD to release my funds from their stupid 5 day hold policy. Grabbed a nice chunk just in time.

TRESPASSING IS A CRIME. Digging in others peoples trash without permission eh? Better be careful. Good luck with that.

I'm thinking about going back into RUSH. I have their 3 drinks on the way, ordered last week.
So what 3 things do you think RUSH needs to do in order to get this stock over 1 cent? I'm talking trading over 1 cent, and not falling below a penny? I guess you could break it down into 3 categories 1) short/immediate (pulling off shrs might fill this category) 2)mid 3)long term

1) Additional retirement of shares (already retired 2 billion, putting the O/S back to what it was the last penny run) Larger than expected short position & forced squeeze. Close the Garden deal. 2) Begin distribution of ewater to Japan Fill some of the other international orders. Complete the dividend. 3) Distribute Apple Rush to Japan. Complete a brewery purchase. Land Krogers in January.

just some thoughts about the japan thing... Be careful not to overestimate the immediate effects of such a deal. I dont know if anyone else lives in japan, but i do. And im telling you, there are many, many, many kinds of water here. So of course there is a market, but without a real, focused advertising campaign. Japanese consumers will stick to what they know. Also, as far as Ginseng being a big deal over here... Thats much more of a stereotype than a reality in my opinion... Im in RSHN long too, but just realize that the Japan deal isnt an automatic ticket to richland.

A believe it's bottled in Wisconsin. The exact location, I do not know. The last time I talk to Danny from real soda. He said a shipment was coming in from Wisconsin.

Wonder what kind of stock pile he has. How much inventory is in the pipeling and what orders are looking like these days.
Just looking to see if anyone here knows the basic business criteria.
Will move forward with contacting the company on these questions, thanks in advance for anyone's participation.

Hensley1971, The thing that is important with this deal is that if rshn signs an exclusive contract with the distributor in Japan there is suppose to be a performance clause stating a minimum order per month, we do not know how much but i am sure if rush is going to give an exclusive it is a pretty good amount. I also think that if the distributor is signing such a deal he is pretty sure he can move it and probably has done a lot of research into the market, of course there is no guaranteed sales for the distributor.

My last order that I got from real soda. I sent one of my guys to pick up around 24 cases of the e water. He said he saw cases stacked up of the e water but did not see any of rush cola. He did take a couple of pitchers for me with his cell phone. But they were kind of blurry.

Doing a little TA on RSHN tonight...... Interesting. Charts have worked so far, but tough to tell what is going on at times. Looking in general.... the trend is trying to break. NOT firm yet that it is broken, but still hopeful.
We broke the 50MA and are nearing touching the 200MA. I won't feel the trend is realy broken unless we get above the 200MA.
CMF.... still rising.
RSI a bit high, but still room to move higher.
Bottom line is looking better. Don't really trust the charts on Pinkies, but don't ignore them either. Fingers crossed that we break the long slow death trend and replace it with a long slow uptrend.
