This is the tax-selling time and most stocks' pps hit the bottom in the 3rd week of December. It looks like Rshn is coming out of the bottom one week early due to the positive PR today.

I must admit that I am considering a small funding to try to nab as much of the dividend as I can. However as the date passes, watch for selling. But wait.... if there is a new divy comming, I will have to hang on a bit longer. (Smart Bob, very smart)

I still know stores that would carry the line in LA...Wheres the Marketing Guy? LA is a great market and new product always does well in our local liquor stores..

oh yeah i made poor trades this past 3 months and now my margin prividges are taken away, now its a cash acct. I plan to do alot less tradeing in first few months of 07, trying to get to the golden 25K mark, then i can flip. I have about 12k, and should be at 25K by say late march.
I'll be very careful in what i jump into. and will hold at least one day. Now I have to hold one day before selling, as its a cash acct.
I'll never forget someone wrote me a PM saying 'look this is a good play to make $'s, PYPR" so I bought next day at .0065, tanked the day i bought it. I paniced and sold at a loss, had I waited i could have caught it on the rebound. Never do something stuid like that agin, buy with a one month run behind it.

Hey Paul! I think a LOT of us have been there and done that. Nothing like the old University of Hard Knocks to teach lessons that will pay big in the years to come. Chalk it up to freshman tuition.

Hey, Robbie. We need more info on the divy deal. Bob only mentioned 12/29/2006. That's not enough. A record date should be set after the detailed offer. Now he set the date without the firm offer. RushNet also disclosed an overview of a previously announced plan to spin-off free-trading shares of Apple Rush Company, Inc. as a dividend to stockholders.
According to Robert Corr, president of RushNet, Inc, the Company plans to declare a special dividend of one unit of Apple Rush Company, Inc. per a fixed number of RushNet, Inc. shares. The unit will consist of one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc., an OTC bulletin board company, and two attached warrants.
The first warrant will give the unit holder the right to buy one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc. at 66 2/3% of the closing price averaged over the first five days of public trading of said company. This warrant will expire in 45 days from commencement of trading in the underlying security.
The second warrant will also give the unit holder the right to buy one free-trading share of Apple Rush Company, Inc. The second warrant will be exercisable until 29 June 2007 at a price equal to twice the closing price averaged over the first five days of public trading of Apple Rush Company, Inc.

I think it's time for a new thread title. This 2 Billion share retirement is old news. How about something more like "RSHN(.0015) - Divy Date 12/29/2006" Could help to provide a sense of urgency.

Why not wait, and start it up in January. Market will be slow from here to then. Perhaps an even better bit if information will be better to start the new year off. Say, RSHN goes profitable with Garden deal? Spins off two new companies? Something we don't even know about yet?

I think this is a pretty good idea since the divy will be a great cause for folks to purchase and receive the divy. Then when things develop we may start a new thread then too.
I'm sure many still don't know about the divy.
